How very strange. The moment I put on Winter Solstice Lunar Eclipse, it was overwhelmingly PEACH on me. I'm a bit confused considering this note is not listed. It's not bad just surprising. ~

I didn't realize there were two different labels going around until I read the reviews. Not sure if it was mentioned or not. I got the male label of WILF. It's pretty much straight up Snake Oil but more on the masculine side. Not bad. I think it will age well. ~

I really wanted to love The Arabian Dance but it did not work on me. In fact, it smells horrible. The leather note killed it for me. Definitely not a keeper.

There is something very interesting going on with The Soldier on my skin. Someone mentioned anise seed. I see...er...smell what you mean. I'm also getting pepper pie. How very odd and it's actually not bad. I hope it turns more to pie on me. ETA: Nooooooooo! It turned into a pepper garden on me. ~

Holy Ginger Batman! That is all I can smell. If you like the smell of ginger, you will love this one. I was hoping for more of a gingerbread scent. Not my favorite of the Yules by far but not bad. ~

Sugar Plum Fairy is the Queen of Sweets alright! It's very strong. I have three scents on my skin right now & this one I can smell with my arm down at my side. I can't pinpoint what the "sweet" is exactly but I do not detect cocoa at all. Regardless, I like it. ~

I had such high hopes for The Russian Dance since it has two of the same components as in Hellion. BUT it smells nothing like it. Something turned to wood on my skin & it smells....well, not pretty. Maybe the labdanum or benzoin. What a major letdown. I do not like this at all. :@&*$!: ~

Sweet Winter Berry Ale was completely horrid on me when I first put it on. Ewww, ale scents don't work for me. I got zero berry. BUT, after drydown, it turned into a nice berry fizz, if that makes sense. The other review mentions mint. Thank Goddess I didn't get any mint. Mint is a death scent on me usually. This scent isn't bad. The imp will last for a long time. ~

Shortbread Snowflakes is yummy butter cookie on me. BUT the scent isn't very strong. Sad.

There's a reason I stay far far away from anything mint. I also don't like citrus scents. Overall, Strawberry Lemon Drop Candy Cane was complete epic scent fail for me. I barely got any strawberry, what little I did went straight to fake plastic on me. Most lemon scents turn into Lemon Pledge. I won't even get into the mint. Not a keeper. ~

I'm not much for coffee scents but was excited to try Chocolate Espresso Gingerbread for the gingerbread. I can definitely smell whiffs of gingerbread but the espresso is very dominating. I didn't get any chocolate at all. It's not bad. I actually love the smell of coffee brewing( HATE the taste) but I'm not sure if I want to smell it on my skin. ~

Beaver Moon 2010: I always get excited seeing my beloved Beaver Moon make an appearance. I was excited to try this version. The box I received today smelled amazing! I slathered this on my wrist right away. I don't smell cheesecake at all. It's very PEACHY, like in your face peach. I kinda sorta smell strawberry in the background. This is very nice & I do like it but it is far far different than the other versions. Not one bit of cheesecake, darn it! ~

I just received A Game Called Yes & No today. It is really amazing! I keep sniffing my wrist. Thank Goddess I'm not getting any "almond meal" from the marzipan. As much as I love almonds in real life, it is a death note on me usually. The mulled wine smells very sweet on me & strong. Love it! ~

I'm getting married on Halloween this year, so I prayed that I could wear this on my wedding day. Unfortunately, it's way too spicy. It did fade a bit after a few hours but then it smelled like spicy cinnamon with a bit of marshmallow. Not one trace of my beloved pumpkin. Sadly, I need to find something else to wear. ~

Why Bogle, why don't you smell awesome??? You'd think by all the wonderful components like pumpkin, wild blueberry, ginger, red currant & frankincense that it would be a huge hit but it's not. A big jumbled pile of blah! I think it's the vetiver that ruined it for me. Or maybe too many components trying to compete with each other? Not one note stands out. It just smells wrong, generic. ~

Gah! I wanted to love Ginger Skulls. I got ginger right away and really thought it would be my new signature scent but it faded to a mixed mesh of I don't know what... fake plastic ginger, pear, quince? I'm truly sad about this one. ~

For the most part, I like apple scents. SGA is my favorite by far. The moment I applied Candy Corn Coated Candy Apple, I got sharp fresh apple. Almost too sharp. It's been a few hours since I applied it to my wrist. I no longer smell apple but a light sweet candy scent. I almost want to say cotton candy. Not one trace of candy corn unfortunately. It's not bad overall but not something I would reach for right away to wear. ~

I got Muilearteach in my Trick Inquisition. It was the one I least wanted to try because I knew it wouldn't work with my wonky skin chemistry. It smells like cheap perfumey soap. Not good.

At first Harvest Moon 2010 went horribly wrong on my skin. I'm not sure if it was the cedar or lily note. Most wood scents do not work on me & I really love lily but if it's the lily in Black lily *shudders* don't even want to think about it. It finally morphed into a really nice autumn blend. I had hoped pumpkin would be the dominant note in this blend but alas, I don't even detect it *boo* but the sweet wine note saved this scent for me. It's a keeper.

I'm so glad I ended up buying a bottle of Paduan Killer Swarm on the last day it was offered. On me, it's a cross between Snake Oil & Snake Charmer. It's very interesting but very light in scent. I stuck my wrist under my fiance's nose & he said he could barely smell it. Either way, I really like it.

I'm obsessed with anything and everything pumpkin so I was dying to try this. I can definitely smell the pumpkin at a distance but when I place my wrist right under my nose, I smell red hots. Red hots & pumpkin. Not a bad combo. I haven't had the opportunity to try the prototype( still waiting for my bottle) and I'm really curious of the differences. Either way, I really like this scent!

Darn it! I was really hoping to love this one. Wood notes do NOT work on me. Boo! It's also very masculine smelling. No black wine or mossy earth. ~

Oh my, Midnight Bell smells amazing on me. It's the incense, sweet & sensual. I'm not getting any of the crumbling stone, not that I can tell really. I'm so glad I ordered a bottle of this. ~

Jeez, I hadn't realized I never reviewed this one. My bottle is aged a few years but I dabbed some on right before I left for work. I went to embrace my soon-to-be-hubby and he said he smelled marshmallows. It's pretty much all marshmallow with a touch of vanilla. Nice! ~

The brown sugar is so strong that it's pretty much over-powering everything else. I think I get a tad of the sassafras at the end. Zero wild plum or clove. There is something badly off about the brown sugar, like it's burnt. Not good. Sometimes I really hate my skin chemistry. ~
