This scent was an absolute disaster on my skin. I had to wash it off pretty immediately because it amped the scent of fresh dog poo. Bergamot and I do not work on any level.
-
Wet on my skin it smells strongly of grapes with a hint of roses and soap. Dry on skin it smells like roses and soap with a hint of grapes. My skin amps this one like crazy. I put a tiny dot on the inside of one wrist and within 15 minutes the entire room smelled strongly of grapes and roses.

Wet: Cedar, amber, slightly astringent and the most minuscule hint of floral, likely the saffron. Dry: Cedar, more cedar and amber. It smells almost smokey. I used only the tiniest touch of the oil and it is still going 18 hours later, even after sleeping. It isn't particularly strong right now, but still somewhat noticeable. It is a very masculine scent, but I like masculine/unisex scents.

I usually love spice based perfumes, but this smells like cloves and stale gingerbread cookies on my skin. Hopefully it may mellow out after a few hours. Edit: After several hours it still smells like stale gingerbread cookies, but now has a heavy, choking floral scent instead of cloves.

Floral and a sharp zest of something. I honestly can't pick out a single note in this. It smells almost like a stereotypical department store perfume without the chemical undertones I pick up in most of them. As much as I dislike florals this one isn't terrible. It isn't a cloying or heavy floral and, like I said, it doesn't smell like chemicals. I may use it as a summertime perfume for times when my usual go-tos don't seem appropriate. ETA: My imp is probably 4+ years old. I remember it being much fruitier when I first got it.

I've had my 5ML for about a year and a half and I have about 1/4th of it left. I'm not sure if it smells just like it did when first opened, but it still smells phenomenal.

I thought the scent was okay at best. On my skin it smelled like ginger. Ginger ginger ginger and lemons with a very slight undertone of potpourri. It faded almost completely in 2 hours, though my wrists have a small potpourri tinge that is barely noticeable even if I stick my nose right onto them.

I've been using this scent almost exclusively since late 2011. Frequently I get comments about what smells tasty or who smells like cinnamon. It isn't an overly femminine scent which is probably what I like the most about it. My fiancee could probably wear it as a cologne with no eyebrows raised if he was the cologne kind of guy. It lasts all day and only the smallest touch on the insides of my wrists is almost more than enough. I'm not particularly good at picking out notes, but I'll do my best. Wet on skin: A dark, sharp spice with an undertone of vanilla and fresh cut herbs Dry on skin: Creamy vanilla with a sharp spike of almost-but-not-quite-cinnamon. The other herb scents lose the "fresh cut" tone, but are still there to some extent. It is more like a forest in autumn than a fresh herb garden.

In imp and wet on skin: Spicy with floral undertones Drydown: Very floral with a strong hint of wine and undertones of cinnamon and other spicy herbs. Much much later: A smooth, rich vanilla with very slight florals. Mostly a very strong vanilla. Edit: I decided to wear Follow Me Boy again today and it didn't go through the spicy stage. Instead it started amping vanilla and buttercream immediately.

In the bottle it smells almost syrupy and a bit musky. As soon as it hits my skin, though, its like a sweet fruit which has been dipped in honey. The fruity scent fades rather fast as it starts to dry and it the oak and sugar notes become most prominent. Edit to add: Hours later I smell like waffles in syrup with a little bit of vanilla.

In the bottle its all pinot noir and sandalwood with some very slight floral undertones. As soon as it went on my skin, though, it turned straight into rose with some very slight patchouli undertones. This is a very strong scent and I will probably have to wash it off before I go to bed so I don't give my boyfriend a headache. The scent in the imp almost had me convinced to buy a full bottle, but I'm glad I didn't. This is a nice scent, but heavy florals aren't exactly my thing. Edit to add: Its been about two hours and it has shifted to a grapey scent with very light floral and wine undertones. And it has been about half absorbed my my skin.

For some reason I get a really, really strong lime note from Milk Chocolate and Matcha, but a lot of other people seem to get lemon. I open the bottle and its just "WOAH, LIME....and some tea"

This smells so lovely in the bottle. Green and slightly fruity with a hint of freesia. On my skin, however, the freesia simply takes over. After about an hour the fruity flavor is almost gone and it is nothing but freesia with a tiny hint of musk. And after three hours the scent was completely absorbed my skin. This imp is definitely being kept for occasional wear, but it doesn't warrant buying a full bottle.

... Ogun’s ofrenda is heavy and dark cigar tobacco, gin and juniper, melon, chili pepper and a touch of honey. The smell in the bottle is extremely fruity with darker undertones and smells almost identical when wet on my skin. The drydown, however, ends up smelling like melon soda and babypowder. It makes me a little bit queasy, but my boss said it made a lovely summer scent. The late drydown (after about 3 hours) was AMAZING. It went back to a more natural melon flavor and the tobacco and pepper scents started to come out rather strongly. It didn't have a very large throw, I had to have my wrist within a few inches of my face, but I could still smell it fairly strongly after six or seven hours. I only used a tiny dot and and rubbed my wrists together and did not reapply any throughout the day. This one will have to be tried a couple more times before I make a final verdict. I may end up forcing my boy to try it because the drydown might be more tolerable on his skin and it is rather unisex.

I could smell the anise before I even opened the imp. When I opened the imp to smell it, the scent of anise was so overpowering that it triggered my gag reflex. This definitely is not a scent for me, so I'm considering giving my sniffie/single tester to my boss or my mother because they both love licorice.
