Hm. This is very tangy. Sour. My lips are pursing just sniffing at my wrist. But, underneath that tangy sourness, is a tinge of sweetness and spice. I like this, but there is barely an throw! Boo. The sweetness gives it a bit of a perfume-y note. This might be a keeper, but I'm not sure. It depends on the final drydown, I guess. Edit: This dries down BEAUTIFULLY! It goes very very soft warm sugary vanilla musky honey. Mmmmm The throw is still very low, but I enjoy this VERY much.

This is very.. piney in the imp and WOW. Once I put it on, it's all "YO! I'M PINEY!!1 *flailing wave*". Yikes! Ahhh, the girlie perfume is rearing it's head. Oh dear. I'm starting to smell like some cheap crap someone in my family gave me when I was still in grade/middle school. ;_; Okay. Something very sweet is coming up. Berries, maybe? This is a very CHILLY oil. I put this on the back of my wrist, near the back of my hand and it's very COLD there, now. WTF?! Hahaha I'm not sure if this is something I'd wear often, so Snow Bunny might be heading for swaps. This is seriously an awesome blend, but definitely not me.

This doesn't have very strong throw for me (though I only applied a bit for testing purposes, so that might have something to do with it), but when it's dry? Smoky incense galore. At first, I didn't think I was going to like Midnight Mass, though I love incense notes, and quickly put it up for swaps. Yeah, it's coming down now. I really like it. I love how it's not pure incense, but it has a distinct smoky quality to it. aslghd;l

2005 Rose Red WOW. This is STRONG! This is just ROSE in the imp. Wowwowowowwosg;lkhas Okay, on? This is still rose. But, the greenness is fading to the background and it's sweet sweet rose. I'm not a big fan of florals, but I wanted to try Rose Red anyway. It's.. it's getting some sort of apple note??? Weird. I like her, I do, but I don't really do florals, so Miss Rose Red is going to be swapped away to someone who can better appreciate her loveliness. I am glad I got to try her, even though we didn't get along.

Warm, cozy gingerbread spiced with nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. In the imp, this is straight-up gingerbread. ;laskjgdh;lh YUM! When I put it on, it's very.. dough-y. Like. I can smell the 'cookie'. But, it's kinda flat? I dunno how to describe it. I was hoping there would be more spice. Yeah. It's very flat. Woe.

Oh wow. This reminds me vaguely of another scent but I can't put my finger on it. When wet, the chestnuts come up for a quick second and then they're gone. Which is good, because I'm not a fan of chestnuts. This gets VERY buttery with the sugar in the background. Smells like someone baking. The smoke shows up in small hints, but not strongly. Mmm. This is a definite keeper, even if the season is over. I'll keep it for next year. EDIT: I ended up putting Hearth 2005 up for swaps because as it dried, it also got that SUPER FOODY SWEET smell that gives me a headache. Damnit

In the imp this is.. I'm not sure. All floral, I think. And, when it's wet, it just screams "AHHAHAHAHA FLOWERS!11". Which, frankly, is kinda scary. :\ But, now that it's drying a bit, the white musk comes up (as it usually does on my skin) and.. and.. Nope. Doesn't do much to quell the damn flowers. I took a chance on Stardust and I knew that going in, because scents that consist of mostly flowers don't get along with my nose very well, so I'm not too disappointed that we don't get on well. Especially now that it smells like Play-doh. >_<

This is leather, but sweet with smoke. When it was wet it had a distinct anise note to it. But, now it's all leather with a hint of pipe smoke. I like it, but I don't think I like it enough to keep it. Once this totally dried down, a note similar to one in Gluttony popped up and this got as washed off as possible at that exact second because this is a note that gives me a monster of a headache. In the imp, The Rat King is very sharp and woodsy, but it's more greenery than wood. Once on, though, he gets very very sweet and becomes extremely perfume-y. I smell like a grandma. I'm pretty disappointed because I wanted this to be deep musky woods, but nope. Too sweet. I wish I knew what note it was that gives me grandma perfume-smell.

This is SWEET. Wow. It's a touch plasticky, but I'm not sure what note that's coming from. On the insides of my wrist it's mixing with the Puck that I tried before (IT WOULDN'T COME OFF ALL THE WAY IN THE SHOWERWTF) and that makes it smell really interesting, actually. It's making it strawberry musky. I'm not sure how much I actually like Pink Phoenix. I think I'll have to try it again (when I've not tested Puck previously, even with a shower in between) before I truly decide.

Okay. Despite all the reviews, I wanted to get my hands on at least an imp of Puck to try. You know, that whole "gotta try 'em all" mentality? I have that. So, I picked up an imp from OriginalWacky's decant circle. In the imp, it was very mossy & I could smell the juniper berry. I had hoped it would kinda stay true to that on my skin, but I'm not sure it has. Once on my skin, what I'm guessing is the sweet sage comes out (I'm guessing that because it's very sweet smelling), but it might also be the grape? Unfortunately, the civet makes me smell like a nursing home. Ugh. Damnit. I really wanted to like this. Maybe it'll morph a bit more, but somehow, I'm not sure it will.

In the imp this is pure coconut suntanning lotion. Hm, this doesn't bode well, does it? Once on, it gets very plasticky and omg sweet. Ugh. I think that might be the iris, but I'm not sure. Gah. PLAY-DOH?! Yuck. It's a good thing I'm not going anywhere any time soon, so I can wash this off in a shower later. Edit: As this dries, the musk comes up and mixes with the coconut, making it very nice, but the coconut note still doesn't agree with my skin chemistry. :\

At first swipe, this is all floral. As it dries, the incense comes up a bit and it mellows out. Now that it's completely dry, it's all floral again. Yuck.

I don't remember if I reviewed this one already, but whatever. I only swiped a small bit on the inside of each wrist and my neck, but WOW. This has throw! At least, it does when freshly applied. This isn't fruity or juicy on me at all. This is ALL patchouli & red musk on me when wet. It's starting to dry now and it's getting.. less patchouli and more musk, which is nice. WOW. I just took a sniff and the musk totally beat the patchouli DOWN. Shit, I smell sexy. I'm not sure how anyone else would describe this should they smell me, but I think I smell sexy. The myrrh is coming to play with the musk and wow.. This is just morphing all over me. Yum. Once I get over the PATCHOULI A GO-GO when it's wet, this is.. raw & sexy. Guh. EDIT: Turns out I did review this already, but with less intensity apparently. That review is here, for anyone curious.

Mmm this is all apricot & musk on me. It's very similar to March Hare on me, though. Just less spicy, since there's no clove in this one. When I first put it on, it was really strong (but, hello? slatherer here!) and now I really have to sniff nosetowrist to really smell it. I like it, but I prefer March Hare's spicy clove to Katharina's mellow muskiness.

Hm. This is very.. Okay. I'm not sure what this note is that I'm getting, but it's not agreeing with my nose at all. This is just flat out PERFUME. A bit cloying, I think. Too sweet. I'll edit if it dries down a bit better. Edit: I don't like the way this dried down either. TOO FLORAL. It's somehow gotten slightly.. musky? Actually, no, that's probably the aquatic note & the moss. If it was more mossy than floral, I'd probably enjoy it more, but this isn't something I'd wear often either way.

Hm. I dunno. I get a subtle champange note, but it's mostly strawberries. Unfortunately, it's not fresh damp strawberries, it's chapstick strawberries. It's waxy & plasticky. Boo.

This is.. very tart. But, I'm not sure if this is a keeper. I can't get much more out of it, other than 'tart'. At least it doesn't do the 'hair coloring smell' that Persephone does. I was afraid that it was the pomegranate note that did that. I'm not sure.. Eh. This doesn't strike my fancy, so I think this is a swapper.

Mmmm apricot right out of the imp. As soon as it's put on, the clove comes up and is all HEY. I'M HERE TOO! *is clovey* But, they mix well. If I sniff too closely, it gets plasticy. Oh no. March Hare, you are NOT going to swaps yet. I much be too cold for you to work properly. I will set you aside and try you again when I am not freezing. Because you are yummy. Edit: Well, I retried March Hare after showering earlier today and I have decided that I love it. After it warms on my skin and such, it's just.. yum. I'm about to reapply right now because... Mmm. I don't care that I'm going to sleep soon. IT IS MMM!!!

Shortly after this was re-released, I made a huge imp order and included this with it. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. Well, in the imp, I get vanilla with LOADS. OF. BABY. POWDER. Whoa. I'm gonna smell weird. :\ So, I put it on. Up close? Baby powder. Far away & wafting? Diaper. Kinda. It's getting a little soapy now and.. Boo. I'm not sure I like this very much. Yeah. I smell like a clean baby diaper. It's not a EW GROSS smell, but totally not something I want to smell like.

I got my 5mL of Resurrected today and had to try it immediately. In the bottle this is pure cinnamon with a touch of something else. Obviously that's the cloves or pepper, but I'm really not sure which. Once on me, this is cinnamon, but.. it turns pure potpourri (sp?) on me. Ugh. I have a feeling this might give me a headache. It's getting a bit mellower as it dries, but I'm not sure how well I'm going to get on with Three Witches. This is a pending swapper, I think. Damn.

In the imp this is chocolate with.. something. Oh yes. Cherry. Those cherry cordials. I think that's what they're called. Chocolate covered cherries. Whatever. But, once I put this on.. Um. Floral. ;_; Flowers dipped in cherry chocolate. Which.. sounds interesting, but isn't really. Now it's less cherry chocolate and more floral, which is kinda ewwy. If the flowers had stayed in the background, there wouldn't be a problem, but I am not a hugely floral person. Oh ew. I think I smell like some sort of potpourri. Ick. Swap box? Meet Vice.

Okay. When I first put this on? It had a very furry musky smell. It smelled like I had been letting my friend's rats playing in my shirt while I was still wearing it (which I loved doing while I stayed with her family last month). Once it dries a bit, it starts to get powdery, which makes me feel kinda 'eh' about it, but when I sniff up close, I get the honey vanilla mix, which is yummy. I don't really get 'sex' from this after it dries, but it's still good. I'm kinda cold right now, so I'm interested to see how this holds up/changes when my body heat runs a bit higher. I will admit (because I'm weird like this) that I wish the furry musky smell stayed a bit stronger once it dried a bit.

I am very upset. I lovelovelove pomegranates and really wanted Persephone to work well with me. But, damnit! She smells JUST LIKE hair dye chemicals on me. You know the smell (well, maybe you don't).. it's chemically with that overly sweet juicy/floral smell over the top. Woe. I might give her one more go before giving her up to swaps, but I am so disappointed.

Hm. I don't know. It was really fruity & floral in the imp and when I put it on, the fruit goes away and it's all gardenia & gladiola. Ugh. If this stays this floral, this is a swapper. And, I think it's going to. Ah well.
