Creamy vanilla with the tiniest hint of mint. I get absolutely none of the fir and pine. Pretty, but not what I was hoping for.
-
Lots of orange blossom and vanilla at first - it actually smelled more like a sweet cake and was a little overpowering. The tea showed up after a while and settled things down, but I never got a hint of the carnation which is disappointing because I love it so. Now it's down to a subtle whift of sandalwood with a touch of orange. Overall nice, but not a favorite.

Very minty in the imp and wet on my skin. It takes a while, but the tuberose finally appears briefly before going slightly powdery and there is a tiny hint of something creamy - like vanilla. Overall, it's a cool, subtle scent.

This one has disappointed me. I had really hoped for more of the French vanilla (which I usually amp) and the woodsy tones, but this is all lemon and pomegranate. I smell like a slightly fizzy sweetart. Completely and utterly...meh.

In the imp and on first application, nothing but honey. Suddenly, there is carnation and rose, and just a hint of something plasticky. It's an interesting scent, not what I expected and pleasant. Too bad it has no throw past the initial blast and is fading quickly. Meh.

I am in loooooove!!! Musky vanilla floral (mostly rose) with just a hint of sweetness from the opoponax. What a pretty, pretty scent!
-
Dark and heady at first, but it morphs down to a very light, almost perfumy floral. I actually like it better in its "soft" stage.
-
Chilly green, tart apples with just a hint of floral. A bit sharp at first, but the floral note just softens it out to something quite lovely.
-
Rotting, mouldering wood. Ugh! I could not get this off of me fast enough! Off to the swap pile it goes.
-
Very perfumy, but with an odd undertone that I think is the olive blossom and something sharp that makes it chilly. Also has a very strong throw on me. It's nice, but not a favorite.
-
Wow! It's all incense, spice, wood and musk for me. Very little of the rose and pomegranate, just a very light sweet undertone, but I don't really mind. Kind of masculine in a way, but not. I'm adding this one to the "keep" pile.

I really thought Pomegranate II was going to be my favorite of the series, but putting on Pomegranate V just disproved that. Wow! Spicy florals, all dark and lush! Just had to get past that initial sour note in the bottle, but wow!

Pomegranate, white musk, lemon verbena, grapefruit, pink lime. Wow, this one is...different. Cloyingly candy-like in the bottle and fresh on my skin, almost nauseating at first (shades of Candy Phoenix *shudder*). On dry down, it's like a fizzy pomegranate lemonade. Refreshing and nice. I can't believe I like something this sweet!

Very green in the bottle, almost ivy-like, and spruce/pine was intense on my skin at first. Sweet, soft florals were next. Very pretty. Unfortunately, the throw on this is very weak and I can hardly smell anything nearly 3 hours after application.

Sadly, I'm finding that this heavy, dark scent is just too masculine for my taste. Lots of musk and resins, very little floral buried deep underneath it. I might try this on the BF before deciding to add it to the swap/sale pile. Terribly disappointed, because this one had been on my wish list for quite a while before I managed to snag a bottle. Meh.

I receive a bottle as a fairy gift package and I am so, so happy with it! It's like walking through an evergreen forest on a chilly winter day.

Based on the individual notes, this should have been a perfect scent for me -- but, alas, that is not to be. In the bottle and on my skin, I get the smell of crayons. I'm not dissing crayons, mind you, because I like the smell, but not for a perfume. More than two hours after application, I'm getting a hint of the bergamot; however, the throw is fading quickly. Terribly disappointing.

In the bottle, I get...pickles. I'm serious. Pickles. Fortunately, I was brave enough to just go ahead and put it on and have been pleasantly surprised. It's like an old wooden chest full of dried flowers and spices. Heckuva throw, too. Odd, but not in a bad way. BF doesn't like it, but I sort of do. It's not going to be a favorite, but I might keep it around for a while.

Sharp and sickly sweet - in the bottle, wet on my skin and for hours afterwards. The only good thing is that the "blech" factor receeded as it started to fade and become a bit more tolerable. Almost as bad as Candy Phoenix, but slightly better in that I could actually wear the scent. Blech.

This is a very interesting scent, and not in a bad way! Lots of vanilla, musk, and mandarin with just a hint of the cognac and some florals. Thankfully, I didn't get that weird smell that I often do when tea is present, but I'm thinking that the acid adds just a bit of "ozone" to the whole thing. Pretty good throw, too. Overall, it's unusual and I like it!

When I was a child, my maternal grandmother kept a chest filled with old clothes, purses, hats, shoes and costume jewelry for me and my sisters to play with when we visited. This scent smells EXACTLY how that old chest smelled -- eerily so! Mostly wisteria and magnolia with a hint of the amber and bergamot. This is a lovely, old-fashioned scent that I will happily wear again just for the memories it evokes.

In the bottle, it was all soft floral. On my skin and for about half an hour, the orris and patchouli produced a smoky wood scent that was a little off putting, and had me worried that this would be the Mata Hari fiasco all over again. I stuck with it, however, and the bourbon vanilla and flowers finally pushed the smoky wood out of the way. It's quite lovely, but the throw is a little weak.

Floral in the bottle and wet on my skin, but I know there is lilac in there because I get a really odd reaction to it. Had the odd tang of the lilac for a while before the other florals regained control with the help of a vanilla musk. Overall, it's a lovely scent with a very nice throw once the lilac morphs out.

Dark, heavy plum and incense. Great throw, smells yummy and the BF loves it on me.

So, so glad I managed to snag a bottle of this one! Light, white florals with a hint of spice and musk. I'm not getting the aquatic note that others are, but who cares?! This scent is beautiful and has an excellent throw.
