This smells exactly like a pure, alcoholess version of Bath & Bodyworks Green Clover & Aloe line. Now, I don't mean that as an insult to BPAL...in fact, it makes me very very happy, because it was one of my favorite scents B&B has ever put out and is very hard to find. I have spent the last month during their semi-annual sale scouring every store for some, and its the one they never have. So, I am very happy to have something that smells almost exactly the same...but better! All I get is aloe from this, maybe a teensy bit of linen, but thats fine with me. I don't get any Antique Lace...in fact on me there is absolutely nothing similar between the 2. And while House of Mirrors seemed very orange/amber colored to me, this is all green. A cool, clean, watery aloe scent. I love it! But unfortunatly its pretty faint on and fades in record time. Guess this will be a slatherer...but that may be a problem because I ordered the entire Maelstrom line together just before it went down, so had no time to buy backups of the ones I liked

Aaaaahhhhhh Storyville... Being as New Orleans is the most beautiful, magical city in the world to me, its no surprise that this is one of my absolute fave oils. And I have not done many reviews, so mine wont be as wonderful as most others. It has been a while since I have smelled my smut (hehe), so I am not sure how closely they are related like everyone else has mentioned. It does sort of remind me of Red Lantern, but Storyville is more of a boozy, musky sweetness, not the thick, syrupy sweetness that Lantern is. And, am I the only one whose first thought upon smelling this was "Did they put some of those lovely N'awlins Pralines in here?" Thats what I get...Pralines, boozy musk, vanilla, tobacco, a hint of cocoa and some raunch. Someones earlier description made me think of exactly who this scent reminds me of...the character Stella from Anne Rice's The Witching Hour. Its like it was made as an olfactory description of her. it is lovely, and definitely reminds me of the city

Ok, I am not good at giving reviews, picking notes and everything. I rarely give reviews, cause I am just not as good as all of you lovely ladies. However, I wanted to post and tell all of you ladies to put this oil on your men. It is absolutely the sexiest thing I have ever smelled on my fiance. It makes me want to jump right on him. It is lovely, a very distinguished sexy though. I can definitely see the sexy cowboy thing that other reviewers were talking about. But not the type who would just go into a saloon and "purchase" you for the evening, but one that will pick you up and carry you into the room, lay you down on the bed and then...umm...engage in some very passionate recreational activities with you So, I would say even if you dont like this in the bottle or on you, try it on your bf/husband. My fiance and I both loved it immediately, and he said it even makes him feel sexier. Slather him and have fun!
