Oh, beautiful. A bit heavier on the pumpkin than the perfume oil is, but still an amazing soap. Totally ordering a backup or two of this.

Cool apple and cranberry that sadly decides to go sour on me. Worth a try, but is sadly nt my thing. Ah well.

Whoever compared this to Crunchberries got it right on the head. Crunchberries, soft cerealy berries. Not quite my thing.

Yeppers, red musk all right, a bit creamier and a touch of honey, but still, almost Red Musk SN, and it's a touch too strong and sharp for me. Pass.

Coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin, though the last two take prominence for a bit before lettign the rest out. Not out and out getting the vanilla, though that might be taking the edge off the COFFEE. Second skin test, fo sho.

Beautiful. Sugary blackberry initially, then turns into soft fluffy spicy pumpkin. Definitely getting a second skin test.

I should really just stop with the aquatics. Or try to figure out what the exact combination in Egle is that makes it so awesome. Aquatic cologne with greeness. *SIGH*

Golden vanilla and gilded musk, stargazer lily, white sandalwood, grey amber, elemi, orris root, ambergris and sea moss. This vanilla has been sold to me as one of the end-all be-alls of BPAL. So, my expectations may be a touch high going into this. In the imp, I'm getting lily and ambergris. ...Vanilla is where? On my skin, this is, again, lily and ambergris, with vanilla seemingly nowhere near here. We'll see what it does. The grey amber and the white sandalwood along with teh orris and the ambergris make this a soft, powdery thing, but, no vanilla. Not my thing.

This is something that's been on my to-try list for a while, and hey, now that it's fall and that I'm also ordering the soap from the Post, figured it was high time I tried it. In the imp, warm, spicy, buttery pumpkin, with a touch of peach, mebbe? If this is what the soap smells like, I may need to put in for a backup order for it before it goes down. On my skin, pumpkin and clove and nutmeg and a touch of peach. Oh, wow, instant second skin test for this baby, and possibly putting in a backup order for a bar or two with Puddin'.

In the imp, I'm getting honey and chamomile, along with a touch of what's either tonka or hyssop, can't quite tell. On my skin, honey and chamomile, and honestly, very similar to Door, only without the note that makes Door so wonderful, and fading a bit quickly. Basically ends up being Door but without the deeper note that makes me love Door so much, so, pass.

In the imp, this is beautiful. Bright, crisp, musky apples and flowers with a touch of dragon's blood underneath. On my skin, it's much the same, and just absolutely beautiful. Definitely going straight to a second skin test.

Ohh, wow. In the imp, this is all plum and amaretto and the wine and blackcurrant lurking underneath. It's a definite kissing cousin to the Countess, and really drop dead sexy. On my skin, luscious, sexy plum and amaretto. Oh god, not even dry, and this is going straight to a second skin test, possibly a bottle tacked on with my next order.

Ordered this as an imp pack with a Joyful Moon group order, accidentally got omitted, and now it is here with me in Japan. In the imp, this smells interesting; ambergris and white musk and I think the violet first and foremost. On my skin, ambergris and white musk first and foremost, a touch sharp, but it seems to be mellowing out. We'll see what this girl does. Turns a touch soapy, but I was wearing The Sea Foams Milk a few hours before this, so that may have influenced it a touch. Second skin test to see if I get different results.

Definitely some light cherries, here. On my skin, cherries and florals. Ehhh.

Ginger blossom and vanilla orchid. In the imp, this is mostly vanilla orchid and mebbe some ginger in there somewhere. On my skin, this lovely, creamy vanilla floral with just a hit of kick from the ginger flower. Mmmm. May be the only hit of the night thus far.

This is some kind of red fruit and spices, like a Christmas candle.

Mint and florals. Will probably not turn out well.

Ginger and citrus in the tester, some sort of manly aftershave on my skin. Huh.

Florally spices in the tester, cardamom and nutmeg on my skin. And fading quick.

In the tester, I'm getting mint and redcurrant. On my skin, it's redcurrant and some light florals with mint dominating. Hrm.

In the decant, I'm getting daemenodrops, vanilla, and the sandalwood, copal, and amber, I think. Very interesting scent. On my skin, I'm getting the damenodrops, sandalwood, and copal, a very darkly spicy scent. Hrm. We'll see where this goes.

In the imp, this smells like cherry, red musk, myrrh, and pomegranate, just absolutely wonderful. On my skin, it's much the same. Mmm.

In the bottle, I'm getting this beautiful vanilla floral musk. On my skin, it's this amaaazing french vanilla white musk with florals underneath. Oh, hell yes.

In the bottle, there's a vanilla sugary powdery note to this, with an odd touch of the nail polish remover myth mentioned further up thread. On my skin, this translates to a far more sugary bakery note.

In the bottle, I'm getting a candied fruit musk with a touch of what I think is ozone. On my skin, this is ozone and candied fruit lurking underneath. Hrm. We'll see where this goes. I'm just really not sure about this scent, going to set it aside until after I'm back from Japan and see if my opinions change at all.
