This is a very delicate scent - light peach and blackberry, with an icy note that I'm not quite able to place, and a vanilla cream that smells very similar to me to something in the Glowing Vulva bath oil. Don't know if I'll need a backup of this, but it's definitely going into rotation for the winter.

Thank you dear! Ooooh, the dawn, dusk, and midnight phoenixes look stunning.

(Again, wasn't able to find a review topic for this, mods, if I've missed it, please merge appropriately.) In the imp, I'm getting a darker red fruit and rose; on my skin, it translates to a lighter red fruit and rose note. Not seeing that much difference from the released version here.

...Why helo thar holy grail. Nice to meet you. In the bottle, this comes off as the crystallineness in the Girl. On my skin, it's a combination of that crystalineness and the madagascar vanilla in Celeste, blooming into probably the most amazing scent I've ever smelled. MINE.

I had to roll this in order to get the components to meld properly; when blended properly, it is opaque, but it does seem to have a tendency to separate. And the scent itself is stronger mixed; I'm getting a sweetish sort of musk with caramel and some sweeter florals and I think sandalwood? On my skin, the sweet musk and caramel amp. Hmmm. Mixed, this is an opaque brownish oil, quite neat. Not quite my thing, but someone else I think will love it more.

In the bottle, this is mainly tobacco flower, lavender, and hay. I do not have a good feeling about this. On my skin, much the same, and fading quick b/c of the lavender. Also, astringent. Ow. Not quite for me.

In the bottle, I'm getting pomegranate and higher-pitched florals. On my skin, pomegranate quickly getting drowned out by the tuberose/lily/berry/jasmine combination, very high-pitched floral for me. Not quite my thing.

An absolutely amazing honeyed french vanilla orchid scent, with just a touch of juicy strawberries. On my skin, that amazing french vanilla and strawberry orchids. Oh, wow.

In the bottle, I'm getting an amazing vanilla musk infused with saffron, and the orris supporting it underneath. On my skin, absofuckinglutely amazing; the vanilla musk is actually similar to XCDL13's vanilla, and the orris and saffron nicely support it. Oh wow. MINE.

In the bottle, this is definitely similar to the sniffie I got a while back, an almost scary patchouli-leather-spice combination. On my skin, the cardamom amps at first, but the leather is slowly ascending. We'll see how this goes. That initial hotness fades away, like the initial pain of a spank, into a spicy leathery scent, which is like the pain-tinged pleasure that comes after a good spanking... (Why, yes, I DO know way too much about spankings.) MINE.

In the bottle, this is definitely similar to the original Cake Smash, but lighter on the cake note and heavier on the cream cheese frosting spiciness. On my skin, cream cheese frosting spiciness with a faint hint of cake. Compared to the original Cake Smash, this is lighter and not quite as heavy on the Doc C/Dorian/Snake Oil mix. Not quite for me, I think.

In the bottle, this is a lemony-citrus sticky glaze, like that glaze you get on Krispy Kreme donuts, only if there was a citrus type. On my skin, it's almost a lemony gummy or sticky glaze, or lemonheads, very sticky, very lemon. Do you get that sense yet? The lemon definitely fades off and isn't as sharp and bright as it dries, but this just isn't my thing.

I don't get the chocolate so much here as I get the earthy spiciness of the cassia and the smokiness of the bacon playing into that. Light application, again. On my skin, all cassia, all the time, though there's a bit of bacon poking through.

In the bottle, I'm getting that creamy white chocolate for a second before the more astringent of the alcohol (the same note in the Champagne and... scents that goes to ammonia on me) overwhelms my nose. Which is a bit worrisome. Light application. On my skin, white chocolate floating over that astringent alcohol. Maybe they'll meet somewhere in the middle?

In the bottle, this is creamy clovey ginger. On my skin, the ginger, which is the same lemony ginger as in Mother Ginger, made dusty by the clove. It just... isn't quite working for me, sadly.

Lemony tea, I've smelled this somewhere else before in the BPAL catalogue, but I can't quite place this. On my skin, tea and lemon, and it's kinda going Fruit Loops on me... That's it! This is what Crib Girls did to me, though with more of a tea note.

This is the scent I have the highest hopes for, honestly. In the bottle, rice wine, sandalwood, and an odd bit of musk. On my skin, primarily rice wine, and kind of going sour, like Hungry Ghost Moon did...
-
Coconut and hazlenut in the bottle. On my skin, coconut, hazlenut, and anise. Basically, with my skin chemistry, an utter disaster.
-
In the bottle, this is peaches (fruit and blossom) and currant with gardenia lurking underneath. On my skin, all peaches and musk, all the time. Super sweet, super juicy. But then the gardenia amps. ><
-
Honey, grains, lemongrass, and tea in the bottle, kind of made my nose wrinkle. On my skin, honey and lemongrass and ginger. Kind of makes my nose curl, still. Not quite my thing.

First off, I have to say that the label made me do a double-take. I would totally love to have those koi in a pond. In the bottle, I get brown musk, labdanum, and champaca. On my skin, much the same.
-
In the imp, I'm getting hazlenut, pecan, and tonka, with just a touch of lavender and I think the bergamont? On my skin, bergamont first, with the fuzzy nuttiness underneath. Tonka amps over the orange and the fuzzy nuts (hehe nuts), so there's a bit of an creaminess to this.
-
In the bottle, darkly, muskily spicy, maybe a bit of leather? On my skin, much the same. I can smell the balsalm and the spices rising, though, and I have a feeling that's how it's gonna turn out on my skin in the end.

Woods, rose, and honey in the bottle, not quite as MALE!! as I would have expected. On my skin, primarily woods, though the vanilla and honey are coming out unexpectedly and in pretty even balance. ...You know what this kind of reminds me of? The Boadicea bath oil, but in perfume form. It's the same sort of woodsy vanilla, but with a more floral tone underneath. I'm fine with the bath oil, personally, but if you missed out on the bath oil, or you really liked it, you're probably really gonna like this.

In the bottle, I'm getting red rose and currant and orange, very red, very bright. On my skin, rose and currant and orange, with the myrrh starting to creep up.
