Work occasionally pulls the rug out from under me and puts me on a plane bound for somewhere, but even when they do I have an awesome neighbor who takes care of my mail and packages. I teach several college courses that deal with Wildland Fire, Emergency Management, and Fire Behavior and Prediction. This year I am at a new college, and I am taking advantage of being able to take some courses myself. I am taking a couple of basic computer classes, because back when I went to college I typed everything on a typewriter and bought stock in correction fluid. I work with computers every day, but have never been formally taught anything, so this is a lot of fun. I’m also taking a creative writing course because I’ve always wanted to be a better writer, but when I do things for work it is very technical, hence it tends to be choppy and poorly formatted. If you click on the sold item, sometimes it will give options that are similar to what was sold, but not identical, would you like the similar item or prefer not to get it at all unless it's the same item? How picky are you? The things on my wish lists are really just there for inspiration. I would NEVER expect you to get me something off from them. I just pick the kinds of things that I like so you can get a better taste for my style and things I like. Do you wear make up? Yes. My former witch enabled me with my first mineral make ups, last round. I generally do a pretty full face every day, but since I work in a pretty restrictive environment, I keep the colors to pinks/plums/purples, etc. Nothing wild. I have a really long torso, long arms, short legs, and a big chest and butt.

This is all sugared lemons for me. I love this scent. Very bright and sparkling. Moderate throw and wear length.

Sweet light and very girly. A very pink scent in my opinon. Sweet and sugary but not in a foodie way. Lovely light floral that turns creamy on dry down and stays close to the skin.

Holy Crap this is AMAZING! It is everything that I love about Snake Oil, made better with honey. This has now become my most favorite blend ever. I'm hoarding 3 bottles, and know I need to track down at least that many more. I can see wearing this every day forever, and it is only going to get better with age.

I get the creamy custard thing too. For me it is like a big steamy bowl hot rice pudding with a bunch of cinnamon. Bleh. Not something I want to smell like. This is not wearable for me at all, so of course it has huge throw and lasts for ever.

Gleaming black musk, mandrake, labdanum, black ginger, benzoin, champaca, ambergris accord, myrrh, and star anise. Dark, smokey, smooth, mysterious and slightly sweet. The resins remind me of Schwarzer Mond also. Love it. May need to search for a back up. ...and less than an hour later it's gone. So sad...

I went to prom in 1988 and BATHED in Obsession. For me Illustrated Woman would be a good choice, but you'd need to use most of a bottle to get the complete experience. Have fun!

I would definitely suggest High Strung Daisies. It is sweet pink sugary smelling, but still "light" smelling, and is one of my favorite summer scents. TKO is pure awesomeness!!! I wear it every night to bed, and some days because it is such a sweet comforting scent. I go through about a 5ml bottle of this every month. Neither of those are LE, so could get them from the lab. In my opinion some LEs to look for on the forum would be Cake Smash (Red velvet cake with cream cheee frosting), In Winter in my room (Sweet caramel goodness), Butter Rum Cookie. Some "Holy Grail" type fragrances to keep an eye out for might be Pumpkin Queen (Hard to do this justice with mere words... Sweet pumpkin buttery yummy goodnes, but sexy as hell!) and Beaver Moon '05 (Cheese cake/red velvet cupcakes simply amazing. I always want to lick my arms whn I am wearing this one). The other one that I have been drooling over lately is Womb Furie. To me it is very sweet, but not in a foodie way, very complex and yummy. Hope some of these help.

Wet, rye bread with extra carway seed. Actually smells good, just not sure if this is what I want to smell like. Then it goes to to a NASTY wet dog eating rye bread smell. Had I not been driving during this stage I would have been scrubbing it off. Good thing I didn't scrub it off as the wet dog stage lasted about 15 (very long) minutes then morphed into a lovely warm dry spiceness. Final verdict: If you can put up with the wet dog phase the dry down is worth it.

First applied it smells like straight up Amaretto. WHOA ALMONDS! Very sweet and foody. Once dried it calms down nicely. The cinnamon and frankincense really takes over and the almonds become more of a backdrop. Not sweet or foody once dry. Nice, but I don't know if I need a big bottle of this. 3.5/5

Not at all what I expected. Very sweet green and herbally with a little dry dirt flirting in and out of the background. I get no wine or alcohol note from this, which, in my case, is a very good thing. The scent is quite light and seems to fade fairly fast, but is lovely enough that it would be worth reapplying often. 4/5
