This is my scent. Fades quickly. Lemon sweetness, clean and saved from being cleaner solution with the addition of green tea.
-
Fruit infused rose, not a matronly rose at all. This is young and playful and bright. After a day, it smelt a little like rotten apples, but by then it might be my scent imposing on it.

The "Job Interview" scent for me. When I want to be professional and not a little girl. It gave me a headache at first, but it's glorious now.

I might like this on a man because it's too spicy on me. No vanilla on me (which is unusual) but that might be because I've been attacked by juniper and pine.

Rose. No tea, nothing else. Like Rose Cross, but maybe I just can't tell the difference between the roses.
ETA: Gone in a few hours (less than 5). I guess my skin just ate it.

Imp: Sophisticated.
Skin: Sharp. Lovely. Like Katharina, but lighter. Half a day later: it ends ... warm? A warm scent and ... old? Could be the oakmoss.

Very nice. I put this on directly after a shower and thought it smelled like a freshly washed gentlewoman. (I smelled the back of my hand, where there wasn't any oil, and I didn't smell it.) It stays close to the skin. I love it. Not offensive at all. Clean and soft.

Imp: dear Jebus this is strong.
Skin: Oh, lighter. Lavendar and .. something.
Results: Didn't help me sleep the two times I used it. Applied to wrists and temples. Maybe it should go on the pillow. Tonight's experiment. But I did have vivid dreams (one was a nightmare but I have nightmares frequently so I can't blame it on this).

Imp: Wow! Fruit! Juicy, ripe.
Skin: The fruit market. Smells like I was in a fruit fight. I use kumiho to tone it down slightly, but this is absolutely gorgeous if you're looking for a juicy fruit scent. (Not to be mistaken for juicyfruit the gum.)

Imp: complex, can't name a note.
Skin: fruit (grapefruit and currant).
Half hour: musk and lavendar, no more fruit. So adult, maybe in a few months when I accept my adulthood.

I wanted this to be like Shanghai, but with lime. That's how it was in the imp.
But then, skin chemistry struck: it turned into cleaner solution, into laundry detergent, into lilac. I've put it on a tissue, in a silk sock into my unmentionables drawer. Hopefully without my skin, it will keep the freshness. If not, I'm fine with my laundry smelling like laundry. But this won't go on my skin.

Imp: Sweetness!
Skin: Sweetness and tartness.
After half an hour, it has settled down so that it doesn't smell too young, too playful. Maybe not an office perfume, but lovely.

I wanted to love this, I loved everything but the sandalwood and what do I get: sandalwood. Nothing else. Weep.

Thank goodness I didn't wash this off at the 10 minute mark. In the imp it's sensual, complex and I can't pin anything down. On my skin: 0-20 minutes: medicinal. Like the green herbs my grandmother rubbed on me to break my fever once. 20 minute mark and beyond: green comfort scent with berries in the background.

Baobhan Sith reminded me of Herbal Essences Grapefruit shampoo. Obvious as to why. It smells different wet and dry. Wet, there is only the potential for something refreshing. Dry, it's a tease, not much throw, lying close to the skin. It's clean and fresh, citrusy without the sugar. One of my favorite scents.

Light, slightly mature. No berries at all but I might have an aged imp. The rosy heather is lovely though. A comfort smell.
