  1. To me on wet, this coded as a sugary black cherry jelly. You get the sugar and the cherry bits, and as it dries I get more of a sugary meringue with a bit of crust. The cherry fades on the drydown on me. Medium throw, low wear length.

If you're into cherry or sugary blends, give this a whirl.

  2. "You're dead, Mad Sweeney," said Shadow. "You take what you're given when you're dead."

"Aye, that I shall," sighed the dead man sitting in the back of the hearse. The junkie whine had vanished from his voice now, replaced with a resigned flatness, as if the words were being broadcast from a long, long way away, dead words being sent out on a dead frequency.

Tinny eucalyptus and elemi against a flat black backdrop of opoponax.

Minty elemi and white florals. This one is wispy and like an aldehyde. You get white, wispyness, and fragility. Good throw and wear length.

  3. On wet, this is green and ozoney, and then dries down to get more spicy/frankincense on the drydown. Clean, misty. Good throw and wear length.

ETA: I tried this, and I swear this sort of makes me think of men's fougere - very clean, slight floral tone with the asphodel, but its green and ozoney, and the drydown has that spice/frankincense that anchors it. I may give it to mr. zee_zee to try out.
