Hmm this is an odd one. I can't decide how I feel about it. I'm not getting much in the way of flowers. I get mostly tonka and some musk. The sage is way off in the background. It isn't strong or heavy handed, but it isn't very soft either. I like it better in the imp where I get some of the sweet pea. It gets very powdery on my skin. Not quite sure what to make of it, so I probably won't wear it much. ETA: Cute roommate review: "Eiw, it smells kind of flowery. I like the other one (magus) better." - but he did like this better than golden priapus, which surprised me.

wow. Pale powder notes is right. It is very light, sweet and powdery. It is so pretty and nice. It doesn't change a lot from the bottle to my skin. It just gets much lighter. It isn't very strong, but I like it a lot. I'll just have to slather. I love the label! ETA: The more I wear it, the more I like it. It is becoming my favorite "soft" scent.

mmm It's fresh, pink and yellow garden flowers with a lot of green. I'm not sure what flowers specifically they are. They are sweet flowers, but I don't think there is jasmine. Usually jasmine goes weird on me, but Beltane isn't doing that. Very nice.

This one makes me think of a cross between Misktatonic U and Beaver Moon. It is very sweet and tasty. On my skin a very slight grahm cracker note came out. Then once it was completely dry my fears came true. The vanilla went weird. The plastic, weird vanilla on my skin note took over and ruined a great scent. Maybe I can wear this in my hair.

I was gonna say persephone too! I also recommend the Hamptons.

This is a very light floral. Extremely light and bright. It fades kind of fast though.
-
This is so light and dark at the same time. It is smoky and airy. I'm getting a bit of that coconut too. There is the tiniest bit of celery in this.
-
mmmmmm It is very sweet. There is also a spice underneath. There is also some fruit here too. It changes a bit on my skin. The clove and cinnamon come out more later on. I like this a lot.

I thought I had already reviewed this one. It has a kind of fruit note to it. It is mostly floral though. The jasmine isn't going crazy like it usually does, but it is giving it some kind of alcohol note to it. It is sort of alcoholic rose.

I get mostly sweet orange from this. There is a bit of a hint of floral in here. hmm it's nice. it is pretty and simple.

At first it is a very fruity floral. Light and sweet. Then once it's dry it gets a sort of rooty and dark. hmmmm Then it kind of sinks into my skin and gets a little bit lost. I know I just won't wear this enough to keep. oh well

At first this is a delicious peppery chocolate. Then it goes to musk on my skin. Then the cocoa goes away and it's kind of powdery and soft and dusty. I wish it didn't change so much, but it isn't bad at all.

mmmm I like this. It starts out a bit sharp. I agree with lunareclipse about the almost but not quite minty stage. Then it warms up and the minty bit goes away. It turns into warm, soft woods. Not especially floral on me. And bonus, the cedar isn't especially strong.

whoooooeeeeeeeee There is definitely some civet in here. It was really strong for a bit and then mellowed down. It still smells kind of animalistic. It is definitely not as strong as satyr in that department. I probably won't wear it much.

At first this was sweet and floral. Then it goes softly aquatic and greenish. There is something herbal and sort of sweetgrassy to it. It is very light.

At first it's sweet mint chocolate cookies. Then once it was on my skin the evil mint took over. It went to a tingly, dry ground and mint. bummer. I really wanted this one to be good as a scent. I don't know if I will really want to use it like I had hoped because the scent goes so off on my skin. boo!

hmmm This is light and floral. I think I may have found a type of vanilla that doesn't go weird on me!!! yay! however there is jasmine here. And the jasmine is still doing that jasmine thing of going weird powdery. I never got any clove at all. oh well I love the vanilla, but I don't think it makes up for the jasmine.

I just can't decide how I feel about this one. It is sweet and light and candyish and also dark and dusty. hmmmm I might have to try it again some other time.

The color of this scent is deep burgandy. It is very rich. I get deep berry wine from this. When it is wet there is something sweeter and lighter there, i think it's the gardenia. I really like this a lot.

This one is a dark floral. The jasmine is starting to go weird on me. I'm not surprised. hmmm now I can't even really tell. The evil jasmine has taken over. off to swaps

I accidentally slathered this one on. It's kind of harsh at first and astringent. Then it's icy rosemary and cypress with a tinge of something warmer and darker underneath. The frankinsence and fig aren't showing up. Too bad as I really like those notes. It warms up after a bit. This really doesn't suit me. oh well

This starts out very wet and sweet. I'm guessing that's the red wine. As it dries it gets more blendy. mmm now it's sweet, warm and leathery. It's a little spicy too. yummm
-
At first it's patchouli, then some citrus comes in. Then it's lemon cedar. It's not bad, but I doubt I'll wear it much.

This is not as enraged as I expected it to be. It is actually a very soft, calm blend of musks. I think I'll use this more for layering than on it's own. It is a sweet, light, amber musk. My roommate thought it smelled a little like old lady perfume. Maybe that was the ambergris.

Odd. This one started out smelling very soapy. As it dried it turned slightly cola-ish. I can't even describe what this smells like at this point. So strange. It's not especially woody, or green, or watery, or airy, or dark, but it's some type of combination of all these. Very intersting. I definitely don't need a whole bottle of this, but I'm glad I have an imp for sniffing time to time.
