in the vial: Heno de Pravia colonia (which is a lemony, sea-breeze Spanish scent line) on me: flowery (buds not blooms) and the previously mentioned Heno de Pravia later: honeysuckle, lavender. Absolutely lovely for someone appreciative of florals. I am not that someone.

In the Bottle: aloe, green tea, and lemon On me: lemon and lime iced tea Later: becomes oceany and masculine Verdict: It's okay, but it reminds me too much of a lotion I used to have and didn't like.
-
In the vial: mint, herbs, shrubs, forest loam wet: pale mint, moss, tree bark, dew drydown: powdery itchy mint and vague clay-like herbs verdict: I originally LOVED this scent. Enough to get a bottle which is big for me considering how small my bottle collection is. But for some reason, the more I try it, the less I like it. It might make a nice room scent, but I don't like it on me any more. It is pretty earthy, but also a little nose-itchy.

In the vial: A concentrated sharp and visceral liquer of grasses, reeds, and white yellow musk on me: Gah, cloying man perfume Verdict: Killer cologne, too strong and too much like something I would not want to smell on either man or woman

I am astounded I have not reviewed this as it is one of my all time favorite scents. I even checked back through the pages, completely unbelieving that I had not reviewed this. In the vial: sharp fizzy bold red fruits On me: Bursting with pomegranate and cranberry, spiked with electricity and tartness Verdict: Simply divine. A clean scent to me because of all its energy and sparkle, though there is nothing soaplike about it. Bursting fruit. Bathing in the guts of red fruit. Drinking red fruit smoothies with a sharp jolt of something. Sophisticated and yet fun.

In the vial: Creme de Menthe Torani syrup On my skin: Heady, too heady. The booze note is super sweet and sickening. Verdict: The booze aspect is overwhelming and makes me feel light-headed and the mint is too sweet sweet sweet.
-
In all its stages on me it's musty perfume mixed with plastic strawberries.
-
In the vial: a soft summer floral On me: nightblooming jasmine, mint. Mmm, smells like the Med sea. The ocean. And like a natural version of my favorite beauty product. Sea Plasma by Focus 21.
-
Wet: Sparkly citrus candy On me: Mm, orange. A juicy orange. An organic orange perfectly ripe, perfectly cultivated, eaten on a hot sticky summer day. A very natural, succulent orange. I don't get the other notes, but I don't need to. I love this.
-
In the vial: Lime popsicle Wet: Sugared limes on ice with a twist of coconut meat. Dry: Undercurrent of my Spanish grandmother... weird. Lime yogurt. This is swiftly going claylike on me. Everything turns to clay! What is up with my skin?
-
In the vial: This is weird. I get the smell of rice. Like a just-opened package of jasmine or basmati rice from the farmer's market. Also something herby, with unsweet spices. On me: Warm tile, clean but well-worn handmade furniture. Sundried sheets that were NOT washed in detergent. Still with the rice. Hot, warm rice, with some bland herbs rolled into it. Later: Flat, brass, unsweet spices, rice pudding. Clean, earthy, herby scent. Saffron coming through I think. I actually really like this.
-
In the vial: Spearmint, wintergreen, mmm. On me: Wintergreen, oh please don't go claylike, mmm! Fading. Changing. DAMN. I get Icing's 'eau de nursing home' with this on the drydown. No wintergreen on anymore. Just musty old lady home. Maybe in a scent locket it will stay wintergreen? Because I lurve the initial scent. I will test.
-
In the vial: fresh cut grass. No one else got this? Wet: Almond. Sharp almond grass. Dry down: Cinnamon, cinnamon, nothing but cinnamon.
-
In the vial: White flowers, salt, tears, pepper. Wet: roses, cream, pepper, salt. This becomes amorphous on me. I thought it would be amazing but GAH, a trouble I've been having with many scents lately; this goes to bland clay within half an hour.
-
In the vial: Creamy red musk with black florals (very different from other reviews here) Wet: Like Vice (candy) with florals. Dry: So far, too perfume-like. Why do I always want perfume NOT to smell like perfume? Later: Whoa, mint coming through. Weakens to clay. I wish I got what others got.
-
In the vial: Cranberry cordial, faint fig. Wet: I like it but it's too soft. I have to graze the tip of my nose against my wrist to even get a faint essence. dry: plastic toys and fig newtons. I think this could be great paired with something that brings out it's fig and orange... can't smell the orange at all. But alone this doesn't take the cake.

Born in the shadows of a Temple to Set, this corrupted Egyptian scent evokes images of black pyramids, river demons, and bleak, deadly desert sands. Black lotus flower, amber, myrrh and sandalwood. In bottle: Sweet and young, essence of bubblegum Wet: Root beer? And a smoky floral coming through. Dry: Candy flowers, clay, musty mildewed herbs, yucky... mold. It starts great, but on my skin turns into yech.
-
In the vial: White wine, white flowers, soap, aquatic sweet sparkle. On my skin: same as above but softer, kind of makes my nose itch. Dry: All the notes are really not for me. But I still admire this scent for its purity and paleness. An unobnoxious floral.

Not sure which version this is. Do both bottles look the same? Mine had no year printed on the label and deep blue and black swirly designs. In the Bottle: Ewww, pickle juice. And not nice fresh pickle juice. Old rank pickle juice. Maybe the 'miso broth' smell that some people were getting in earlier reviews? I almost didn't try it but remembered my 180 experience with my BELOVED Nephilim, so I gave it a shot. On my skin: Old violets and pickle juice. Later: Softens to something a little more sugary and powdery, but still a stark pickle-like musk. If that's possible. Swappppppingggg!

In the bottle: sharp fruit with a booze note Wet: - pomegranate - guava - apple - rich fruit ambrosia - plumeria - flower punch dry: peach and pear This fades on me to nothing. I must try it in a scent locket. Mmhmm.
-
In the bottle: burned wood, mint leaves Wet: This recalls the scent Spooky. That's what it smells like at first, coconut, mint and eucalyptus. Dry: Lubriderm. I want to like this because I have an emotional attachment to vervain. Yeah, it just goes to lubriderm moisturizer on me.

Congratulations on deciding to try for a wee one. When you decide to go off birth control, can you describe what it's like and if your body does anything weird? I've been on the magic pill for five straight years now and I'm wondering if I'll have unusual things happen should I ever stop taking it and let my body go back to its natural cycles.

I loved reading this and not just because of what I'm about to write below. Numbers 1, 5, 17, 54, 55, and 62 are all true about me as well, to the letter. I'm also a Scorpio. Now I want to make a list. But I don't think I could come up with 100 interesting things about myself.

In the vial: Almond, white honey, and sweet grasses. Wet: Clay and almond extract, and YES the almond is lingering (usually my skin sucks up almond or turns it into cloying vanilla). Dry: MAN. Vanilla and clay. There must be some note that goes clay like on my skin, I just need to identify it.
-
In the vial: Morning dew and something citrusy. Also something like fresh cut tomato (this is a good scent, not a criticism). Wet: Lemon and orange, cherry, sticky orange scent. Dry: It gets peachy and plummy. This has a very weird morph. I like it but I think I like Vice better.
