The most delicious cherry almond cookies! OMG! I love how it smells in the bottle. I don't get saffron or much coconut but the cherry and almond is so wonderful. I want to eat my wrist. A Definite keeper.

OMG, Lovely fruit salad soaked in brandy. Love this. It is sweet and fruity like a fresh made fruit salad that was soaked in honey and a bit of brandy. A Definite boozy undertone but not overwhelming, more like the smell you get when you sniff a strong drink. A definite keeper.

Holy Christmas tree Batman! All I got was pine, pine, and more pine. There is no sweetness, no berry. And when DH sniffed his eyes started watering. Not what I expected, into the swap pile.

Very green and gardeny. Like sitting in my grandpa's garden in the summer sun. There is a definite tomato note in there. A little sweetness of honey but it is very slight. Very expected as a fragrance.

Instantaneously got smelly flowers. Looking through the reviews marigolds make total sense. Not an appealing fragrance to me.

This post is for all my answers to the SW questions in the thread, I will update this post as often as I can remember. Amazon wishlist: a work in progress: Wishlist baked goods: Always welcomed in my house although my kids and DH are biggest cookie monster than myself. Just one note and this is on my questionnaire, one of my kids is allergic to peanuts so as much as I love PB cookies, it is a no go. Gifts for the fam: That would be a nice gesture but not necessary. My kids are spoiled enough by grandparents and are too little to really get it. And DH is a picky guy and frankly he doesn't care that much about it. Testers of lots of little stuff vs. "big" items I love samples! Because then if I hate something, it is not alot of product wasted, and if I love it, I can gp buy myself some more! What honestly whatever is easiest for my SW. social networking: Um I really don't do it, I have a facebook page but I never post, Twitter but never tweet, LJ but never post. But I will make a concerted effort to but stuff on my blog here at BPAL for my SW convenience. groupons: Yes please! I live in between Phoenix and Las Vegas so either ones would work for me. PJs bottoms and tops: ooo, I love wearing PJs to lounge around in. Just remember I live in Arizona, so lightweight please. I wear size XL on bottom and XL to XXL on top (yes I have *girls*). Halloween Plans: Going Trick or Treating with my little girls. They will be Dorothy and Little Red Riding Hood this year. Nothing too exciting. Mix CDs: Honestly, no. I love music but I will never listen to it if it's on a CD. I just won't. But I love the thought! How girly are you?: I don't wear pink but I don't mind it as much in things like paper goods or jewelry as long as it doesn't scream pink! Other than that, I'm pretty girly. I like pretty things and ruffles and ribbons and hearts and all that jazz. Handmade soft things: Very cool but as mentioned above, I live in the desert so if you send mittens or a scarf, the only time I'll get to use it is when I visit my parents in the winter. Plushies are cool and anything small and squishie! Are you into Austen's books? Not really but I have never really tried reading them, so I can't give a completely informed answer to this. Do you read Tarot cards? If not, would you be interested? I did years ago with a set my mom got me for Christmas, bringing them to school freaked the kids out (which was a little fun to do!) Would love to get back into it but would need a new set and a guidebook. So for those of you who are into Harry Potter at all, which house do you think you'd be sorted into? I took a quiz and it said Hufflepuff but I have always thought of myself more of a Ravenclaw for some reason. What, if anything, is your guilty TV watching pleasure? Um what's not? I just finished watching the Highlander Series, now watching Veronica Mars, I live for Food Network, any cooking competition, the Hills, America's Next Top Model. If you cosplay or need a costume for your bellydance/burlesque hobby (or any other hobby which needs dressup/different from your normal wear), is there anything you need/want for it? I don't do anything like this. Celebrity crush?: The guy who played Duncan MacLeod (Adrian Paul) and Michael Buble Knitted things?: Sure why not? As long as it is not too thick. What about [mixed or otherwise] DVDs? sure. Just nothing too off-color or risque, I have small children who love to spy. fav snack food: yogurt covered pretzels. So addictive, I think I love them even better than chocolate. Otherwise, Popchips in any flavor. nail polish: YES! I need to rebuild my stash and while I don't paint my nails, I love painting my toes and I wear sandals as often as I can get away with it. I'm still hurt from when my DDs poured an entire bottle of OPI Melon of Troy on the tile (I had only used it once!) Soft plushies: I love little cute cuddlies, and even if I don't, my girls love carrying anything like that around so an all-around winner in my house. Craft or Hobby you would like to learn: Oh so many but right now, knitting, proper crocheting and tarot reading. For those who decorate for Halloween, do you prefer cute decorations or creepy ones?: cute definitely. Don't want to scare the kiddies or me late at night. Also, as part of the cute-or-creepy question, would you want hand made, molded, glazed (by yours truly!) ceramic decorations (napkin rings, potporri/tart warmers, etc) to add to your stock? Most definitely yes, ceramic and pottery is awesome! how do you feel about mortars and pestles: I really don't have a use for them. Is there anything you have a phobia of, or that would make you go "squick" if you saw it in a package? um rats, particularly dead ones, vermin in general, big huge spiders. Obvious plastic things are okay but nothing too realistic. When you go to an etsy wishlist, it will tell you what things are sold. If you click on the sold item, sometimes it will give options that are similar to what was sold, but not identical, would you like the similar item or prefer not to get it at all unless it's the same item? How picky are you? Something similar is more than fine. I always think of a wishlist or registry as more of a guideline of my tastes. I had a really hard time explaining this to my guests for my wedding. Similar is okay, the list is just to give you an idea and if you find something completely different and think "She would totally love that!", that's cool too! Do you wear makeup: Yes I do and I'm always willing to experiment with new products. Just a few things, I work as a professional so my makeup needs to fit that (I am my own boss but I need to not freak out clients), I am pale with dark hair and brownish hazel eyes. Love all sorts of stuff and samples are awesome! Do you have a special symbol or totem that is meaningful to you? Not really a specific thing, but I am a Pisces so I really do identify with the water element. And for some reason elephants. Socks? Sock Dreams? Anyone? Not a huge sock wearer unless I'm with my parents. Never heard of sock dreams. What is something you use to comfort yourself when feeling yucky, depressed, or in pain? Besides cookies! I usually watch 80s cartoons (Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears, Rainbow Brite). Favorite Halloween/Scary movies/books I am really not into scary movies. I didn't sleep well for a week after seeing Blair Witch. So for Halloween I love the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, Hocus Pocus, and A Garfield Halloween. I'm a sucker for cartoons. What do they like or dislike? Also is there anything a (sane) adult might think they would like that you don't think is appropriate for whatever reason? (I'm thinking of things like temp tattoos, make up, things that make noise, or anything else that might be bad for non-obvious reasons.) If you have something on a wishlist that we could craft INSTEAD of buying, though it might not end up identical to the wishlist thing, would it be okay to craft it instead? Obviously we don't want to copy anyone else's design, but if we can replicate the flavour or intent that you like without stepping on toes? That would be cool. This is a fresh green scent. I definitely smell the melon but the musks are in there too. It kind of reminds me of Tempest but more fruity less salt water. It is very light so I would expect to have to reply often.

It smells warm. Like delicious cake filled with custard. So glad I got a bottle and I might need to get another one.

On me, it smells like a boozy almond scent. I smell a kind of grainy or oatmeal undertone but it is mostly almond. Very delicious like fabulous almond cookie made with lots of almond extract and perhaps some amaretto. It is a light scent, so it fades quickly and I definitely slather. Great everyday scent.
