Witch Baby

First Sniff: Woah!! Really Really fruity!. . . .it smells like a huge grapefruit stuffed with orange and cherry gummie candies. It's very invigorating! Wet: Now I smell nothing but grapefruit. . .with just the slightest hint of orange in there. I'm not sure if I like it or not. . .it smells good, but I don't know if it's a something that I want to smell like. Dry: Hmmm, when it drys it gets very sweet on me. I like it, I'm not quite sure if I'll get a big bottle of it, but I know I'll use my imp on those days when I really need to be bright eyed and bushy tailed.

First Sniff: Ooooooooh, my goodness. . . *takes another sniff* This stuff smells good. It's a super interesting mix of vanilla spice (although not really foody smelling) and flowers. Mmmm Wet: Wow, the flowers come out a lot more now. . . .it's become very powdery and sweet. . .almost a little on the cloying side. I like the scent, but it's not quite what I expected. Dry: Goddess, I need a 50 ounce bottle of this stuff. As it dries it begins to smell the way it did on my first sniff, only much richer and creamier. It's a wonderful vanilla with delicate flowers mixed in. .. I feel very girly.

First Sniff: Hmmm, it's surprisingly stronger than I thought it would be. Very very rosy and fresh. . . almost like a little girl's perfume. Wet: Hmmm, it's softened a little bit, but I can still mostly smell the rose. . .though there is something a bit more delicate about it now. I can't really decide if I like it or not. Dry: I like Eve, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. . .I got it in hopes of having an apple-y blend. . . but this is a nice surprise of an oil, as it dried it got a bit more grown up on me. . .I think I'll use up the imp and then decide if I want a big bottle or not. Edit Later On: Aaah, Eve morphed into a powdery headachey mess on me. . .this, I don't think I'll use.

First Sniff: Hmm, it's not so much fruity smelling to me. . .It's more musky than anything. Wet: It sweetens a little bit, and smells a bit more berryish. . .but the musk is really all I can smell. . .it kind of reminds me of old lady perfume. Dry Down In the end, I don't really like this one. It's just way too strong for me, even though the berry hints are lovely. . .which is sad, because I really wanted to like this one.

First Sniff: Mmmm, this smells like watermelon bubblegum with a little bit of flowers mixed in. Wet: I'm in love The watermelon note dies down just a little bit, having the flowers come through more. It's a wonderful mix that reminds me of a summer garden. . .and a Nymphet chewing bubblegum in it. Dry:Hmm, The Unicorn continues to soften as it dries on my skin. Now it is a very clean flowery smell with only just a hint of melon. It makes me feel young again I want a big bottle of it.

Wet: If they had a mint sweet tart. . .it would smell exactly like this. . .it's very candy like but also crisp at the same time. It's like it can decide what it wants to be. Dry down: Mmmmmmmmmm this smells soooooo goood. I'm in heaven. It makes me shiver, it's very cold and crisp like stepping outside into a winter night. The flower note has come through beautifully, and there is still that sweet undercurrent which makes this delicious. I need a big bottle of this

First Sniff: Mmmm, very light and flowery. . . .almost a candy like note to it. Smelling this just brings a smile to my face. Wet: A little stronger on my skin, a little on the soapy-flowery side. Dry: Deepens a little and smells less soapy. . .it almost has a spicy tone to it. . .I like it, but I think I'm just going to use up my imp.

First Sniff: Mmmmm, this is so yummy and complex! At first it's a little on the musky side, but then after a few seconds it sweetens into this fruity fun scent. Wet: Ooooh, the chocolate is really coming out on my skin. Along with the tabacco too, which isn't what I was hoping for. Drydown:Hmm, I'm a little dissapointed now. All I can really smell is the tabacco, which isn't what I want to smell like (especially since I still live at home with my Mom. ) It's nice I suppose, but not for me. Up for swaps!

In the Bottle: Mmmm, this stuff smells wonderful! It's a cross between apple blossoms and this apple soda pop that I always get when I'm in Mexico. It's very sweet and candy like. I'd want this as a room scent. On: Hmm, the candy sweet-ness dies down a bit when it's on me, it smells more like a very crisp apple that you just picked from some one's yard. There is a slightly sharp note under the apple freshness though. As is drys down a little, the candy smell comes back, but it's a lot richer. Like carmel apples instead of candy apples. I think I'm gonna keep this as both a room and personal scent!

Wet: Hmm, very almondy. I'm not a huge almond fan, but this is nice in a very different way. Drydown: Mmmm, Dana O'Shee really sweetens on me. I can smell the almonds still, but it's become secondary to this very sugary cake dough-y scent. It's very creamy and smooth, I'd really want my hair to smell like this. Verdict: It's not my absolute favorite, but I still really really like it. I'd want shampoo that smells like this. I think I'm gonna go for a bigger bottle of this.

Aww, I really really wanted to love this scent. I know my boyfriend loves food-y scents and I love chocolate. When I first smelled the imp it was this wonderful chocolate-hazelnut smell. . .just like Nutella. Then, when I put it on it just soured and went really really gross on me. . .. like someone vomited a chocolate & insecticide milkshake. I had to wash it off immediately since it gave me such a headache.

First Sniff: Wow! This is very very fruity, it kind of smells like the L'oreal kids Strawberry Shampoo I have only . . .I don't know, a bit sweeter and more candy like. Candy Apples come to mind, though there is no apple scent to it at all. Wet: *sigh* This is heavenly! A perfect Fruity-rosy blend of yumminess. . . .the rose really comes out on my skin, but there is also the distinct smell of pomegranate to it that is gorgeous. Dry: As it dries down, the rose become a little bit more powdery, but still essentially the same. It’s a lot gentler than it is when it's wet. I like both versions a lot! Big Bottle for me!

First Sniff: Oooh! This is lovely! Very dark and wine-ish, a good sort of 'I feel grown up scent'. Wet: Still very dark and decadent, I'm totally in love! Drydown: Ewwwww, it's gone all icky on me. . .it smells like black licorice and wet leather. Not at all the wine scent I was going for. Up for swaps

First Sniff: Woah! It smells like very very strong beer. It reminds me of the endings of a highschool party. . .after everyone has gone home and you're stuck picking up the mess. Wet: The Dandelion note picks up a lot when its on my skin, as does the beer smell. Drydown: Hmm, now the smell of tobacco has finally started to come out, not exactly what I want to smell like. . . Final Thoughts: It's a very interesting creation, and in the end it's not for me. I think I'm too young for this scent, and in the end it just ended up giving me a headache. Up for swaps!

In Bottle: Very Very Green and Herb-y. It smells like a Health Food Store or a Holistic Healing Center. A little bit on the crisp side. . .with an almost soapy clean hint to it. Wet: Still the same, though the soapy note is a bit stronger when it's on my skin. Dry Down: Yay! The soap note seemed to calm down a bit and now it's this sharp crisp clean scent on me. Its something that I'd wear when I need to wake up and have a lot of energy. It's very invigorating

*whimpers* Why can't a billion dollars just fall from the sky and into my lap? There are so many things that I want but don't have the money to get! Psh, I need to invent something or marry very very rich Although, I think the questioning process would be so much fun, I love surveys and filling out things like that. . .Though I would probably keep bouncing around on certain issues. . .I can be very indecisive. Any one have 150 bucks they want to donate to a very good cause? *sweet and innocent look*

Out of the Bottle: Ugh, it smells like a terrible kind of cherry cough medicine. It gives me a terrible headache. . . Wet: Still the same Dry down: Not sure, my head couldn't stand it for that long. . . This one is up for swaps!

Initial: Woah! Very very musky. . .all I can really smell is the myrrh. Hmm, I haven't had too much luck with these types of scents Wet: The jasmine really comes out, but it's that sort of car air-freshener sort of jasmine, not the pretty real jasmine smell. Dry:Very overwhelming and fake smelling. . .darn, and I really wanted to like this one too Up for swaps.

First Sniff: Yummy! Very sweet and perfumey. . . .with an almost candy like note to it. Wet: Wow, it's very very strong and rosy. . .like a little girl's perfume that you'd imagine her wearing to her best friend's tea party. I want all of my old stuffed animals to smell like this. Dry: I think I'm in love! Its a very misty delicate scent upon the dry down. The lily comes out beautifully, and complements the rose perfectly. I feel like taking my hair down and to go and pick wildflowers until my one true love comes to rescue me! I'm going to get a million bigger bottles of this

First Sniff: Very strong and incense-y. Not bad, but something that I'd want for a room scent (like a ritual room) not a fragrence for myself. Wet: Oooooh! It's soo very spicy and floral all at the same time. Its super yummy! Drydown: Nooooo! Its sharpened and gone sour on me. It smells like insecticide mixed with baby powder. Darn it, because wet is smelled divine. . . Up for swaps.

When I first smelled/tried this one, it reminded me exactly of the purfume that this old lady who taught me piano smelled like. Very cloying and elderly, with the overwhelming scent of musk coming through. On the dry down though, it softened into a somewhat powdery vanilla. It's nice I suppose, but it doesn't really suit me. I think this imp will go up for trade.

Warrior, Trickster and Goddess of Magic and Poets, she is one of the Tuatha De Danaan and the Queen of the Faeries. A very complex scent, both shadowy and fierce: black orchid, sandalwood, night-blooming jasmine, osmanthus, Somalian rose, and Chinese musk. *sigh* I wanted this one to work on me so badly. . .since I love the name. All that came out on me was the overwhelming sour scent. . . only to fade in a few minutes. It smelled divine on my friend Shannon though. Well, I know that this imp is bound for her makeup table

First Smell: Hmm, I wasn't too sure that this one was going to be for me. It reminded me of an herb shop, a bit too green and medicinal for me to begin with. On: Beth has done it again! I *love* Maiden. . . .I feel sweet and very innocent in a coy, flirtatious kind of manner. The rose and carnation blend beautifully into a very light spring fragrance. I feel like Scarlett O'Hara at the Twelve Oaks Barbecue. . .hiding demurely behind my fan, but still flirting with all of the boys. Maiden I'm definitely going to order a big bottle of

Add me to the list of people who adore Snake oil. . . . When I first opened it I was a bit worried . . .since I also got the medicinal feeling from it. . .but after putting it on it warmed up to exactly what summerpixy describes it to be. . .like a spice cookie. . . Its very warm and exotic smelling, the way I would imagine an opium den to smell like ADDED May 13: Bwah hah hah. . .I had the same problem Astarte. . .that's why I've started wearing Snake Oil on other less noticiable places (behind my ears, between my breasts, that sort of thing)

On the first sniff it reminds me of little girl's perfume. . .like a little nymphet trying to act all grown up. While drying down I can definetly smell the honeysuckle and orange. . . it reminds me of a summer twilight spent in a friend's backyard in your little shorts and bathing suits. . .talking about boys and gossiping while eating orange creamsicles. As my very first BPAL scent I really like it. It makes me feel like a giggly middle-schooler again
