Not skin tested as this is a gift for someone, but sniffing the decant this is woodsy and medicinal to my nose.

Not skin tested as this is a gift for someone, but sniffing the decant I am getting sweet evergreen.

Not skin tested as this is a gift for someone, sweet metallic incense. I actually really like the scent of this one and might have to get one for myself to fully skin test in the future.

Not skin tested as this is a gift for someone, but sniffing the decant it's all rose and incense. ETA: I got a frimp of this in my last lab order so I was able to finally skin test. I was surprised how sweet it smells on me. On me, I barely smell any rose and get lots of sweet myrrh, frankincense, and herb. Very resinous.

Not skin tested as this is a gift for someone, but sniffing the decant it's strong pine and frankincense.

Soft orchids and wispy vanilla, and maybe lipstick. Actually evokes the same images I get when I sniff B340 and Cabaret.Goth. I love this stuff!

Lots of spicy cider in this and....Hawaiian Punch? It's all good though. I love this scent so much!!!

I'm so happy I bought a bottle of this. It's like bottled cotton candy on my skin. (I haven't used it in a bath just yet.) If you love sugary candy scents, this one is definitely a must to sample.

Applied on my skin, not in bath: Buttery, rich pumpkin meat. I'm not really picking up on the stout, but this is smelling pretty yummy on my skin right now. ETA: Tried this again tonight (11/7/11) and I am now picking up a little smokiness and more stout to the scent. Still not as "stouty" as I thought it would be, but I do like the decant.

I really like this one. A bit of mint, a bit of floral, something sweet, and maybe some absinthe. I'd love to see this one released someday.

Dark, resinous, a subtle amount of root and wood that adds just a bit of bitterness. It's definitely dark, but a kind of sexy dark. I'd have to agree with the reference above to Aragon from LOTR.

Wet on my skin, it's mostly rich earth. It sweetens more as it dries and I begin to scent the pomegranate and floral notes mingled perfectly over that strong soil component.

Wet on my skin, I get mostly vanilla honey and brown musk . It's a warm, cozy scent that stays fairly close. As it dries, I begin to pick up the floral notes and patchouli though the honey note remains strongest. -
Minty fruit bubblegum on my skin. Mint is the strongest component on my skin, but the lotus is almost as strong. I kind of like this, but not enough for anything beyond an imp.

A flawless skin musk. Like others have said, very clean scent. Slightly sweet and subtle.

I tried my decant of Frankincense and Clove gloss this morning. Light fragrance and stays close to the hair, so not a lot of throw, which I am actually kind of happy for since it allows me to wear this anywhere. As I was spritzing the gloss into my hand for application on my hair, the clove was strongest note. Very holiday-esque scented. Same amazing effect as the SO gloss. My hair is soft, not greasy, very manageable, and styles with blow dryer so well. Can't wait to gradually try the other remaining glosses.

I've been using it SO gloss daily since I had my hair cut short a couple weeks ago. Personally, I have best results applying it right after my morning shower to my still wet hair. I spritz about 3 times into my hands and then glide through the back of my head. I do 2-3 more smaller spritzes and catch the sides of my hair and top of my head. I then continue my normal routine of blowing drying and styling. My hair actually retains the styling ALL freaking day long without being stiff or greasy looking. My hair has never, ever been softer (except maybe when I was baby. ) I've had almost no issue with static head. (With the colder temperatures settling in here in the Great Lakes region, my head of hair usually looks like I put a finger in a light socket unless I frequently run wet fingers through it. But not anymore!) This amazing gloss is even keeping my hair from flying away in the drier air of almost-winter. We'll see how it holds up when the temperatures really start to dip, but so far I am extremely pleased. AND on top of all that, I get to smell amazing all day long. (Plus the throw is not as strong for the SO gloss as I thought it would be, so I've been able to wear this everywhere including work without worry of overpowering any sensitive noses of co-workers. A win-win for everyone.) Big thanks to Beth & Co for this wonderful hair product!!! :wub2:

LOADS of pine in this one. A little too much for my tastes. I can't pick out any of the other notes over PINE PINE PINE.
-
Too much floral and grass for me. The lily note gives it a soapy quality on my skin.
-
Sweet dandelions and grass.
-
Violet, moss, and aquatic while wet on my skin. As it dries, I smell the sage and tobacco notes emerge. Sharp, earthy, and watery describes this oil on my skin.

Lilac musk and honey are the strongest notes right after application. As it begins to dry, I pick up the red rose note and frankincense, but no pomegranate at all. Dry, the honey note is strongest with lilac musk being second.
-
Lots of fir needle right after application. As it dries, I'm still getting mostly pine and patchouli. Completely dry, pine is still the strongest note, with patchouli and maplewood being the other 2 strong notes. I'm not getting any of the cognac, plum leaves, or hazelnut, unfortunately.

2011 Version: Not much coffee in this one. Mostly spicy pumpkin and vanilla. Still smells yummy though!

This one smells wonky on my skin. Kind of like sour apple, ginger, and flowers.
