Sniffing the bottle, this is a very strong red wine scent. Wet on my skin, red wine & spice. The spice becomes mostly cinnamon the more it dries. In the end, this is a cinnamon red wine with a touch of honey on my skin. Just a gorgeous holiday scent.

Yes, it is the lab. Actually, Puddin handles all the shipping of items from Amazon. (Or at least he has the 2 previous times I have ordered from Amazon.) I just placed another order over the weekend, in fact.

In the imp vial, it's sweet fruit with a hint of floral. Wet on my skin, sugary florals and grass. As it dries, I smell more of the incense but it's still a sweet, greeny floral.

In the imp vial, it smells mostly floral to me. Once applied to my skin, still mostly floral and smoky. As it dries, I can smell a bit of the plum, but it's mostly a floral-incense scent. Really quite lovely.

An ethereal vintage, steeped with dandelion, honey, and red currants. In the imp, this smells fruity with just a hint of greeness. Wet on my skin, the red currants are the more dominant note, but I can smell the dandelions keeping the oil from going completely fruity sweet. As it dries, it smells more boozey and fruity floral. Must get bottle!

I've had this on my wishlist for some time to try. I was finally frimped some today and OMG, this scent knocked me on my butt. It's a gorgeous blend of amber and musk. Deep, spicy, sweet, but not cloying. Once dry, it's a bit powdery, but in a good way. I will be getting a bottle of this stuff asap.

At first sniff, this is a sweet herbal scent. Very pleasant. Wet on the skin, sweet, snow-covered lavender & pine. I know Pine is not a note in this blend, but there it is on my skin. As it dries, pine scent goes away and it becomes a light, musky, floral with just enough sweetness to make it so, so pleasant to smell on my skin.

Slippery Poppy Tincture

In the imp, this smells like a lovely sweet fruit. Wet on my skin, it's still fruity, but I smell the poppy floral now too. As it dries, it smells more powdery. I too get that "apple" scent, especially as it dries. It's hard for me to pick up the honey notes, but the floral note begins to amp the more it dries on my skin. I like it, but I don't think I'd use an entire bottle of it. -
In the bottle: very green, grassy scent Wet on skin: grass and dirt and a bit of herbs Dry: mostly just a dusty/dirt scent on my skin. No floral, no fruit. Nothing but dirt on my skin. This may have to go to the For Sale/Swap pile.

This started out smelling a lot like Tokyo Stomp on my skin, but as it dried during the day it turned into this amazing vanilla with a hint of soft mint. I adore this! And it's been periodically throwing more scent off and on throughout the afternoon to remind me it's there. I've been huffing my arm all day.

In the bottle: Very spicy herbal scent Wet on skin: Spicy cinnamon and a touch of lemon with pink pepper Drydown: Still spicy, a bit of floral, and now more musky Glad I took a chance getting the bottle right away. Smells amazing with nice throw.

Sniffing, I get cinnamon & spice. Wet on skin, still is very much spicy cinnamon, but I agree with Shelldoo about the incense and smoke. It's not foody, but it is a perfect representation of what the holidays should smell like. Drydown is much the same for me, but the smoky/incense notes are more prevalent. And this one really lasts and has a very nice throw.

This definitely smells like Champagne & Cigars. In the bottle, the cigar note is really powerful. Almost an assault to my nose. On the skin, champagne and, yes, cigars. I am still trying to decide if I like it or not. My husband really likes it, but he's a cigar smoker. It's not a bad smell, but just weird. I can't think of a better way to describe this. I'm looking forward to trying the other 2 champagne scents to compare with this one.

In the bottle: Sweet, fruity pine Wet On Skin: Snow covered pine, lemon, tea Drydown: turns to a powdery (but not in a bad way) lemon pine. I didn't get any peach from this....and from sniffing bottle to applying on skin, the pine note stays with me even though pine is not listed as a note on the scent description. VERY happy to have finally tried this lovely scent.

Snow White is one of my favorites as well, so I was ecstatic when this was offered on the website for this season. It smells exactly like Snow White perfume oil. I think it's a perfect room spray because it is long lasting, but delicate and non-obtrusive. Two days later and I can still smell it throughout the house. And it's divine inside a car........

This one's going to rocket to my top 10 favorite BPAL oils list. In the bottle: Creamy licorice Wet on skin: mostly licorice, sweet but not exceedingly so. Drydown: Straight vanilla and licorice. This is a very simple scent, but it's one of my favorites already. :D ETA: I put a little of this in my hair last night before bed cuz it smelled sooo good on my arm. Even this morning when I woke up I could still smell the lovely creamy licorice in my hair and on my pillow. (And I only dabbed a bit on a few strands of hair last night.) If there were a way of buying another bottle, I would definitely get back-up for this one.

In the bottle this is sugar coated pomegranate. Strangely, when it hits my skin it smells almost identical to Faith from Carnaval Diabolique. I guess it's the sugar reacting to my skin chemistry causing this. I love Faith, so that's not a problem. It's just not exactly what I expected after sniffing the bottle and smelling the fruitiness.

My order with Snake Charmer RR, Beaver'versary, and Candy Phoenix arrived. How friggin' cute is Beaver'versary?

This is a gorgeous scent. I almost did not order it, but when it stayed up a little longer and I decided to pick up a few more bottles of Yules, I added this as an after thought. Boy, am I glad I did. This is such an enchanting scent. I get no pine on my skin. Mostly a light snow, tea, and something slightly sweet, but not cloying nor foody. I can almost detect the floral notes, but something has really softened them and the cedar that I worried about, I cannot even smell in the bottle, wet on skin, or on dry down. The snow and tea are probably the 2 notes that jump out most for me, but to say it smells like just those 2 notes is not accurate either. All of the notes are just so well-blended together, it's hard for me to pick out each individual one. I dabbed a bit on my wrists and a few strand of hair before going to bed last night and it was so relaxing to fall asleep wearing. I loved it so much last night, I re-applied immediately this morning after my shower. It's not as long lasting on me as other oils--it lasts on my skin for about 2 -3 hours then fades. But it's an amazing scent while it lasts and totally worth keeping for myself.

I haven't seen it posted yet, so here's Moon of Small Spirits. So cute with the ghosties.

In the imp, this smells like buttery caramel with something sharp, which I assume is the metal note. Wet on my skin, this is all lemon on me, even though that is not one of the listed notes...maybe that's the sun-baked aspect??? As it dries, it's pumpkin and lemon with that sharp metal note. I really like this and would have purchased a bottle if it had been available as one.

Are you interpreting the "shipped" status at CC Now as being the actual ship date? Because if so, that's probably where your confusion is. "Shipped" on CCNow only means the lab is working on the order, not that the order has actually shipped. The order does not actually ship until the CnS email comes through from USPS. I've noticed my CCNow order status switches to "shipped" about 7 days (on average) before the order actually goes out from the lab. Hope that helps!

Nice to see the Election Day scents. Mine probably arrived today but I am out of town until Tuesday night so it will be a few more days before I can enjoy.

I finally found a somewhat reasonably priced bottle of Underpants to try and I have to say it comes close to living up to its hype, although truthfully, I think Underbed, Closet, and Bloody Mary are just a little better. In the bottle it's like creamy vanilla rum. On the skin, it smells like yellow cake with buttercream frosting and a dash of boozy rum.

I've never been one for the heavily floral oils, but something about oils with winter or snow-covered flowers just works for me. This is most definitely a floral scent, but it's that soft wintery floral you get the with Snow White blend. A very light, feminine scent. I think this will only get better with age. I will definitely be keeping my bottle for now.
