This is a lovely amber & orchid blend on my skin. I love orchid so this works for me.
-
Wet on the skin, this is definitely a heavy floral with light musk scent. As it dries, I do smell the vanilla caramel note which helps to soften the sharp floral throw after initial application. It's a very different scent from any others I have previously tried and I will be buying a bottle of this as well.

This is mostly amber on my skin...with a bit of spicy rose thrown in. If you like amber scents, this is a good one to try.

All I can say is Beth outdid herself with all of these Aphrodite scents. There is not one that I do not want to a bottle of. This is no exception. It's all creamy pear, grape, and soft rose loveliness on my skin.

Mmmm this is yummy plum wine on my skin.

This was the Aphrodite scent I was most worried about...patchouli can go very, very wrong with my skin chemistry. On my skin though, the patchouli is very faint and is overpowered by clove, anise, and tobacco. This is the surprise hit for me from all of the Aphrodite scents just because I never expected it to work on me. Even my husband loves it (and he HATES just about anything with patchouli notes). When I told him there was patchouli in it, he shrugged and said he couldn't smell it. I eagerly added a bottle of this to my massive lab order placed last night.

Straight up lavender on me.

I'm getting lemon scent on my skin with this blend as well. This has happened with several of the Aphrodite scents. Thank goodness I love lemon. Beyond that, the plumeria and lily are the most dominant notes, though I do detect the tea rose very faintly on my skin. As it dries the lemon scent did disappear and I'm left with just that fruity floral scent others have described. Quite lovely.

This was the melon note of death for me. Despite all of the other lovely notes in this blend, the only one I could smell on my skin was melon. And though I like eating Cantaloupe, I don't want to smell like it.

This is softly blended coconut, amber, musk, and tobacco on my skin. This is the kind of soft, creamy, soothing, comforting scent perfect for applying before bedtime.
-
This is a citrus floral on my skin. Jasmine and Rosehip are the most prominent notes, but the honey definitely softens the floral effect enough to make it a beautiful scent on my skin. I'm not sure which note is going kind of lemony on me...perhaps the white ginger?
-
This scent reminds me of fizzy orange soda. As it dries though, it's more musk than fruit. If you like Citrus blends, this is definitely worth trying.

Sniffing the bottle, I get mostly patchouli and citrus. Wet on the skin, it's still patchouli and lemon/lime citrus....as it dries more, I definitely smell the sage....still no blackberry though.

2006: This scent reminds me of Snow White a bit. It's fresh slightly sharp green floral and pine blended with berries. Definitely an embodiment of winter and Yule holidays. 2009: Sweet pine and melting snow are the main notes on my skin. On the dry-down, the pine becomes even stronger and a bit less sweet.

OMG this is such a beautiful peachy wine scent. Sniffing the bottle it's just light, fresh peach. Applied to my skin it's still a light fresh peach scent but now with floral mixed in it. A lovely scent reminiscent of summer days.

This is not a very complex scent on my skin, but it's still beautiful. Sniffing the bottle and after application on my skin, it is pure amber and orange blossom. Just a trace of creaminess.

Sniffing the bottle, this is all pink pepper and berries for me. On my skin, it's still mostly spicy pepper, but I do smell a bit of the rose and caramel as well. Berries are kind of lost until it dries down a bit more. Still, this is almost all pink pepper on me. Which is just fine with me.

No chocolate for me either....it's all brown sugar and spices. Very sharp scent. I agree that this will probably age into something gorgeous.

Where is my order? What is Click N Ship? How long does this take?

USPS has really slowed down since the 1st of the year, I've noticed. I used to get Priority Mail from the lab and trading post within 2 days, but it's now taking 3 days (I live in Ohio BTW). And the USPS has been even worse than usual at scanning DC#'s. My last Trading Post order didn't even get the scan out of LA...the first scan it received was the day it was delivered. I'd give it a week before worrying too much. If it was last scanned in Georgia, chances are it somehow got re-routed the wrong way and will make its way to you eventually. It's happened to me before and can add a delay of several days to the normal delivery time. -
This is thick, gooey butterscotch.

Sniffing the bottle, I get lemon and leather. Once applied to my skin though, I swear I smell anise. This strongly resembles licorice on me with a hint of lemon. It's one of my favorite scents to blend with Snake Oil.
-
Sniffing the bottle, it's mainly caramel to me. Wet on the skin, it's still mostly caramel, but I can definitely the smell the smoky note (for those who do not like smoky notes though, it's not unpleasant.) This reminds me of melting caramel over a stove and that point where it's just about to begin to burn, but hasn't yet. Does that make sense? I'm really not getting much chocolate with this. My skin amped caramel to the exclusion of all the other notes. I still love it though.

Sniffing the bottle this smells identical to Faith. Wet on the skin, it's still a twin scent to Faith. I get all sugared violets and no chocolate note. The more it dries though the more the chocolate note is apparent...fully dry it's become a beautiful blend of chocolate, sugar, and violets. Sweet without being as foody as the other chocolate scents.

Mmmm, yes I get boozy chocolate cherry cordial ice cream with this. Absolutely divine.

Sniffing the bottle I get chocolate coconut liqueur. I seem to smell boozy notes with most of the Box of Chocolate scents at least upon initial sniffing of the bottle. Wet on my skin, it's mostly coconut and I worried about it becoming suntan lotion, but the white chocolate scent was there shortly after application and the more it dried, the more I could smell the marshmallow as well. The coconut note is balanced perfectly by the chocolate and marshmallow by the time the oil is dry on my skin. Not my favorite box of chocolates scent, but still very yummy.
