Yep, sparkling strawberries sums up the description of this scent. Scent holds true on my skin for hours. I love it.

Sniffing the imp, this is Dragon's Blood and Orris. On my skin, it's a sweet musk that takes on a light floral quality. I'm not really getting any coconut, but the more it dries, it goes a little cinnamon on me.
-
On me this is Snake Oil layered with baked brown sugar.

I was gifted an imp of this a couple months ago and just got around to reviewing it. Looking at the imp, the bright red color made me suspect a Dragon's Blood note even before I sniffed it. Wet on my skin, this is spicy cinnamon and Dragon's Blood. As it dries, I think I smell Lotus as well, but it's still mostly cinnamon layered over Dragon's Blood. I do like this blend and I am grateful to have had a chance to try it out.

Chaos Theory V: Recursive Self-Similarity v2

XVII Sniffing the bottle, it's a creamy floral amber. Applied on my skin wet, it's O + Rose with a bit of green note to it. Not much of a morpher on me. Scent remains pretty true from wet to dry on my arm. The amber and vanilla really temper the floral. This is a beautiful light, faintly sweet floral blend. -

LXXV This one has had me stumped all afternoon. Sniffing the bottle, it's a bit astringent. Applied to my skin wet, it's hard picking out anything over the Snake Oil base. At that time, I was beginning to think my skin had just soaked up everything else and left me with only the snake oil remaining... Now that it has fully dried, I think I do smell a bit of leather and maybe faintly tobacco. But I'm still not sure if that's exactly it either. I plan to pass some of this along to others and see what their thoughts are. I like it, but it's a bugger for me to try to review. -
Chaos Theory V: Recursive Self-Similarity v1

XXV Sniffing the bottle, I just smell Dorian. Once applied to my skin, there's some kind of berry note. I'm having trouble pinpointing exactly what type of berry, maybe raspberry, but not exactly. This is pretty much Dorian + Berry on my skin, wet and dry. No morphing on my skin. Decent throw, but not overwhelming. Lasts several hours on my skin before fading. Goes a bit powdery as it fades. The berry-like note(s) turn this into a very pleasant feminine blend. -
The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil

Sniffing the imp, I smell chocolate and fruit notes. I would definitely categorize this as "foody". It's a rich chocolate dessert with with boozy fruit sauce dribbled on top. I can't stop sniffing my wrist. I think know there will be a bottle of this in a future order. -
Sniffing the imp, this is gooey, tacky sweet. Wet on my skin, it's sweet lotus. I usually like the sweeter blends, but something about this is giving me a headache.

Sniffing the imp, this is a spicy apple scent. Once applied to my skin, I definitely smell the ash note over the spicy apple scent. As it begins to dry on my skin, it almost turns to cinnamon. Fully dry, it's a powdery, burnt, cinnamon apple scent. I kind of like it and think I will keep the imp, but don't think I want an entire bottle of it.

This is spicy gingerbread with a dash of incense as it dries down. Gingerbread Poppet lovers will enjoy this blend.
-
This scent is sweet, soft apricot on my skin with a hint of orange blossom. A very light, delicate feminine scent. My skins just loves these kinds of blends.

2009 Version Sniffing the bottle, it is very much a citrus blend. On my skin this is mostly lemons and green herbs cologne. The more it dries on my skin though, there's sharp metal note that emerges. As with the Bards of Ireland scents, this blends makes me feel clean and refreshed especially when applied right after my morning shower.

Yes, definitely aquatic. On my skin, I can pick out the rose, frankincense, and what I assume is the driftwood with an underlying aquatic quality. As it dries, it sweetens a bit, perhaps the blackberry leaf is contributing to the emerging sweeter note. My skin tends to make a lot of scents go sweet, so it might just be me. I agree that it's a spicy wood scent once it dries down, with just a little bit of sweetness added.

I too am terrible at picking out notes without a list. My first impression is this is a sweet, green blend. After applying to my skin, I think there might be some patchouli in it along with a light sweet green floral note.
-
Sniffing the bottle, it smells like grass. Once applied to the skin, it turns into this wildly fresh, clean scent. It's quite an invigorating blend.
-
Sniffing the bottle, this is roses, lilies, and earth. On my skin, it's mostly roses mixed with earth and green yew. The blood note adds just a bit of bitterness that balances out the floral and earthy notes.
-
Sniffing the bottle, this sweet red currant and honey to my nose. Definitely the sweetest of the Bards scents. The patchouli is very subtle in this scent, almost not there. I'm getting mostly berry and honey with this scent. As it dries, a little bit of musk. Hands down my favorite of the Irish Bards scents.

I think you get it as long as you order one of the Irish scents. Someone else in another thread received one and I believe they mentioned they ordered 2 bottles.
-
If anybody was wondering what the Irish bottles look like, I received my order today. Looks like we get a special frimp called Leipreachan with the order too.
-
My bottle arrived today and it's a lovely sultry blend. This is a heavy fragrance so a little goes a long way. I love how the scent just envelops you. If I didn't already have so many other atmospheric sprays, I would buy another bottle. It's that good.

Jonathan's Coffee House Atmospheric Spray v1
angelicruin replied to alicia_stardust's topic in Atmosphere
I was gifted a small amount of this from a very kind forumite. I hope that it gets released one of these days because it smells absolutely amazing. It's the perfect scent of coffee blended with cream and caramel syrup. -
You're right! I've never noticed before, but there is definitely something different with the Alice label. Side by side with another GC label, you can see there is something on Alice that is not on the other GC labels.

This is mostly mandarin, lime, and tonka on my skin. Very sweet and sugary on my skin. It becomes a little more floral as it dries which balances out the sweetness.
