I admit to being hesitant to put this to my skin. Inside the imp, it did not smell very welcoming, but I find on my skin, it's not that bad. This is definitely an aquatic and green scent with just a bit of underlying sweetness. I would not buy an entire bottle of it, but I'm happy to have had a chance to try it.

Sweet & aquatic musk. Definitely has cologne qualities to it. It borders on being "soapy" on my skin, but never fully crosses over. I find it intriguing and keep placing my arm under my nose repeatedly. Still cannot decide though if it would be worth an entire bottle. I think probably not, though I do enjoy the 1/2 decant I have.

Wet on my skin, it screams vetiver. As it begins to dry, it mellows out a bit and I begin to discern the leather and myrrh notes. There is also a sharp metallic note within the blend. I usually love leather blends, but this one is not really playing nice on my skin.

Wet on my skin, I'm getting lots of rum and something old. As it dries, the incense note emerges. This is an extremely pleasant scent on my skin. I believe a bottle may be in my future.

Wet on the skin, this is mostly brimstone on me. As it dries, I get a bit of aftershave and something vaguely sweet, but it's still being overwhelmed with brimstone. Unfortunately, not for me.

This blend is amazing. It's dark and sensuous. I get smoky musk and myrrh above all else, but the patchouli and nutmeg are there in the background. I really don't pick up the vanilla or chili notes with this blend. Dark and complex and perfect for those cold damp Autumn nights before Winter. ETA: And, yeah, this one is going to age magnificently.

This scent is mostly strawberries and carnations on my skin. As if I took Strawberry Moon '05 and layered it with Pink Moon '05. Very pleasant and probably something I should think about buying a full bottle of.

Wet on my skin, I get mostly patchouli and wood notes. As it dries, it turns slightly sweet, but I'm still getting mostly wood and patchouli. Definitely a more masculine scent.

This one is boozy, aquatic and citrus on my skin.

I have a hard time describing this scent, other than it is definitely dark, resinous, heavy, and smells amazing in our bedroom. The scent hangs in the air for hours and hours. I sprayed 2 spritzes in our bedroom about 5 hours ago and when I walk in, the air is still thick with spray. The poppy note is the strongest, but I do get whiffs of faint garlic and a trace of something metallic, which I imagine is the blood note. I concur with the above review that while I wouldn't necessarily want this as a perfume, it makes a great room spray.

Barmbrack smells like baked fruit and spice. Very Fall-like scent and one squirt last for hours.

On me, this is licorice and vetiver. It smells like evil-licorice on my skin. If these were available in bottles, I'd buy two. ETA: I asked my husband what he thought it smelled like and he says "red hots" too. Why does my nose not pick up the cinnamon in this???

Inside the bottle, sharp, fresh limes. On my skin, sugared lime and I'll agree with the sandalwood references above. Sadly, it does fade pretty fast, but smells oh-so-amazing.

This scent is dead leaves and rotted fabric on my skin. I agree with review above. This is amazing realistic. Fun to try, but I don't really see me wearing it as a perfume.
-
Fresh grass and something vaguely sweet.
-
This is leafy salad greens on my skin.

This scent is all lily and green on my skin. -
This is patchouli and lavender on my skin during the wet stage. As it dries it kind of takes on a men's aftershave scent on my skin. Too masculine for my skin.
-
Strong florals on my skin. Enough to give me a headache. I think there's honeysuckle and lilac among the notes.
-
Cedar and sage while wet. Dries down to a woodsy leather on my skin.
-
Roses are strongest note with this blend, but I definitely pick up the apple blossom note too. The honey note adds just a scant amount of sweetness after several minutes on my skin. Then, sadly, it all turns to soap.
-
This is a blast of patchouli & dirt on my skin and then goes really sinister and begins to amp fire & brimstone. Just too dark and oppressive for my skin chemistry, I'm afraid.

Black algae, drooping seaweed, salty brine, and crushed coral. Aquatic, salty, and citrus on my skin. Unfortunately, shortly after application, it turns to detergent soap on me.
