Wet- the scent is reminiscent of Snake Oil, only lighter. Dry - I get a bit of carnation and some musk, but it is very faint, even after slathering it on. Trying it a second time I get the same reaction. This isn't what I expected at all! It's soft and light and the spices are very subtle. I guess that's why it's described as "wafting on a breeze." On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 3.

Origins - I broke down and bought a bottle of this unsniffed, based on forum reviews. Preconceived notions - I love tea scents, and musk, lavendar and vanilla all sound delicious. I was hoping this would be White Rabbit without the ginger. Wet - Sweet tea, absolutely delicious. Dry - On the initial dry-down it smells very cologny. After a while though it comes back as vanilla, with a tea undertone. Because of the cologne-like scent, I didn't think I was going to like this, but once it fades I can see what the appeal is. I just can't see myself wearing this. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 3.

Origins - Imp received in a swap. The first thing I notice is that it is completely colorless. Weird! Wet - this isn't quite what I expected, strangely enough. It's definitely rose, but there is something else, that makes it smell crisp. Dry - it doesn't change much except that the "crisp" scent is...dust. That's odd, it smells just like dust, and is giving me a headache! I think the rose is this is amazing, but it's just too dusty for me. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5, being best, this rates a 2.

Origins - Bottle purchased from Black Broom, unsniffed. Wet - this is kind of stinky. Dry - okay now this is smelling delicious! Tobacco is the prominent note, along with unsweetened chocolate and a sweet spicy smell that I can't quite place. I smell a trace of mint, but it's very subtle. This is incredible! It makes me feel warm and content and smells so delicious. I can't stop smelling this; it's addicting! A new favorite! Efficacy - I wore some of this when I needed to ask my husband a favor. It unfortunately didn't prevent us from fighting, but I felt amazingly calm and never lost my temper once. Which is really unusual, because I AM a Scorpio. It must have been the oil On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 5.

Origins - imp from the lab. Preconceived notions - While I love myrrh, jasmine and rose, the ingredients seemed too similar to others such as Rapture and I honestly bought it for it's name alone. Wet - myrrh and rose. Dry - myrrh and rose. I really don't get much jasmine from this at all. But I think I have my "me" scent. This is perfection! The smell doesn't change, it has a lot of throw (but not too much) and it lasts a long time. I just love this. This is neither too floral nor too dark; it's something I can wear every day I am definitely buying a big bottle of this. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 3. ETA - the second time I tried this, it was still wonderful wet, but when it dried I got that horrid, acrid smell that others have spoken of. It seemed to be the myrrh, but I don't understand it, because myrrh is usually wonderful on me. I think perhaps it's a time of the month thing, but it greatly affects my love for this oil. I am revising my original 5 to a 3.

Origins - imp from the lab. Wet - rose and musk. Dry - oh this is nice! Rose, jasmine and myrrh are the predominant notes right now. Floral with a dark undercurrent, my favorite type of floral! I may need a bottle of this! Very sexy! This reminds of a bit of my beloved Flame of Desire, only with rose. There is quite a bit of throw to this, but the scent as a whole is not very long lasting. Two hours later it is naught but a faint memory. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 4.

Oh man, do I love this! Wet - cinnamon and dragon's blood, and something darker underneath…dark musk?…civet?…I'm not sure exactly what it is. Dry - Man, oh, man, this is amazing. Not only does it smell fantastic, and it has a lot of throw, but I feel powerful. Confident, sexy..this stuff really works! I smell cinnamon, dragon's blood, orange, and that darker something. Maybe it's vetiver? As it dries the spicyness fades, and I am left with the dark earthy smell. The Scorpio in me adores this scent, although I certainly wouldn't wear it every day. I think a big bottle is in my future. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 5.

Origin - imp received in a swap. Wet - I can't really pick anything out here. Floral with a tang…must be the pale pepper. Dry - The pepper is rising to the top now. It remind me of toilet water my grandmother used to wear, but with a pinch of pepper. I can't see myself wearing this one, as it smells kind of old ladyish, but it's not bad. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 2.

Origin - imp received in a swap Wet - mmm…nice! I smell opium and lily of the valley. Dry - The mandarin and sandalwood never did show up at the party. This scent is very light and pretty, but probably not something I would wear. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 2.

Origin - imp, fresh from the lab Wet - Absinthe! Dry - yes this smells exactly like Absinthe, or at least the fake Absinthe that I tried in New Orleans. It smells strongly of anise, with the other ingredients blending in way that I really don't notice them. I love Absinthe and wanted to try this, although I really didn't think I would want to smell like this. But I was wrong, I need a big bottle of this! My only complaint would be that this is another scent that doesn't last very long on me. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 4.

Oirigns - imp, fresh from the lab Wet - oh this is absolutely beautiful! I have been looking for a honey scent, and O doesn't work on me as well as I would like. I smell honey, orange blossom, a bit of rose, and a tiny bit of sandalwood; four of my favorite scents together in one bottle I wish the sandalwood were a bit stronger, but otherwise it's perfect. Dry - hey, where did it go? All I get now is powder. Ah Jezebel, I so wanted to love you. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 3.

Wet - patchouli and a bit of a green scent. Dry - faint and almost sickly sweet. Oranges and patchouli with barely any ginger in sight. This is odd; I get most of the scent from the throw; when I sniff my wrists I barely get anything at all. It ends up fading to a powder. This is one of the two bottles I bought in my first order, unsniffed, and sadly, I don't think it's working for me at all. Time to swap. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 2 .

Origin - imp, fresh from the lab. Wet - almond and something else. It's sweet, but not too sweet. Dry - the almond fades quickly, which is good, because I am not a big almond fan. I get traces of musk and saffron, but it's hard to pick out any individual notes. About two hours in, this smells like sweet honeyed amber, which is weird, because my skin usually turns amber to powder. This is a lovely, golden scent, but it is very light on me. If it was a bit stronger I would probably go for a big bottle, but it's a bit too soft on my skin. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 4.

I was thrilled when I received a free imp of this from the lab, since it was something that was on my wishlist. Wet - Lemon and ginger; very astringent. Dry - At first the lemon and ginger overwhelm everything else. Behind that is a trace of a soapy scent, which I assume is the milk, because so far, BPAL's milk scents don't work on me at all. Whatever it is, it doesn't last too long. I also smell the linen scent now. After an hour or so the tea comes out to play, but it's very soft. Now it smells just like a cup of hot tea with lemon, served on fresh linen. After a few hours the scent is amazing! Tea with honey and milk and lemon, so sweet and lovely and perfect. But it is much too faint; I can barely smell it. Overall the scent is lovely, but the lemon is a bit too strong on me for me to love this one. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 4 . ETA - I am editing this post, because I am finding that this is one of those scents I reach for again and again. I raised the rating to a 4, and plan on putting this on my big bottle list. The wet stage, which is sharp ginger, not lemon, is still to sharp for me, despite my love of ginger, but once this dries it is nearly perfect. My only real complaint is that it is too light on me. But that's what slathering is for ;-)

Preconceived Notions - This is one of the the two bottles I bought unsniffed in my first order. Orangel blossom, rosemary and rose are three of my favorite scents, so I was hoping I would love this. In the bottle - herbal and sweet. Wet - Beautiful! I don't smell rosemary per se, but I get roses and a green, herbal scent and a very light bit of floral. I also smell dirt, as if I had been working in the garden with my roses and herbs. Dry - As this dries, the rose takes center stage. I can still smell all of the notes, but rose dominates. It takes about 2 hours for me to find my beloved orange blossom. The rosemary is completely gone now, it's all rose and orange blossom, an uber-femine scent. Summary - the rosemary balances out the rose in a lovely manner, saving it from being to floral. I really like this scent a lot, and can see myself wearing it regularly. It won't make it in my top 5, but it probably will end up in my top ten. And yes, I am glad I got a big bottle of this. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 4

First time I tried this, I had an allergic reaction. Since I am allergic to many commercial perfumes, I didn't worry too much about it. But I came back to it today, and OMG, this is simply a masterpiece! Wet - this is too well-blended to pick out any one note, but it smells autumny and sweet. Dry - help me, I can't stop sniffing myself. Yes I am having a slight allergic twinge, but this is so good that I don't even care. I smell patchouli and clove and honey and smoke and the sweetness of pumpkin and apple, but the overall scent is greater than the sum of it's parts. Five hours later and I can still smell this, which is almost unheard of on me. I so need a big bottle of this! On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 5.

Origins - gifted imp received in a swap. Wet - rose, dragon's blood and red wine. Yummy! Dry - I am beginning to think that my skin eats dragon's blood, because this is the second dragon's blood blend I have tried, and both times it disappeared almost instantly. During dry-down, I get roses, overwhelming roses. As it dries the wine begins to come on a little stronger. By the hour mark, the rose is gone entirely, and all that is left is wine, and even the wine has become a bit grapey. Three hours in it's become grape kool-aid. I really wanted to love this one, but I don't think it's a good mix with my chemistry. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 2.

Origins - decanted imp, received in a swap. Wet - it smells pretty and somewhat sweet, almost buttery, but I don't get any notes in particular. Dry - First the frankinscense comes out. It smells nice but rather perfumey. Much later I finally get a bit of the floral tones. There's a bit of incensey smell to this, but mostly it smells like a typical perfume. Nice but excepting that initial waft at the beginning, nothing extraordinary. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 2.

Preconceived Notions - Even though I am not much of a berry fan, I wanted to try this based on the name alone. I love Carnivale!! Origin - Tarted imp received in a trade. In the bottle - Berry with something darker. Wet - very little, I can barely smell this. I think my skin ate it! Dry - It's back! I get berry and a floral, probably carnation. This is sweet, but not too fruity. I like this more than I thought I would. It is giving me a bit of a headache though, and I think that might be the heliotrope. As time passes it gets much darker. I can't smell any musk, but I think it's what is giving it that dark tone. Later, the floral is completely gone and all that is left is rich, ripe berries and amber. I am not much of a berry fan, but this could make me change my mind. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 3.

Origins - Imp received in a swap. Wet - amber, apple and something that tickles my nose….carnation? Dry - light and pretty and golden smelling. The carnation isn't strong at all. The amber has gone a bit powdery, but I can still smell it, and the apple blossom is very pretty. Argh...now it's has all gone powdery on me. Followed moments later by being gone entirely. Off to the swap pile. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 3.

Origins - Imp received in a swap Absolutely lovely, but so well blended that I really can't pick out any notes from it. I definitely don't get any lemon, although I do think I get some apple blossom. The only thing keeping this from getting a higher score is that is fades very quickly on me. Still, I think this is very lovely, and will consider a big bottle, just not immediately. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 begin best, this rates a 4.

Origins - Imp received in a swap Wet - cedar, spices….wow! Dry - cedar, cinnamon, tea, incense; this is the incensy scent I have been looking for! The cedar doesn't overwhelm, like it does on me in Cathedral; this is perfectly blended! Love it! On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 begin best, this rates a 5.

Origins - Free imp from Black Broom In the bottle - almondy. Wet - nope not almond, ylang-ylang, a little sweetness and no myrrh at all. Dry - very soft and light. I still smell the ylang-ylang, but it's becoming a little powdery now. And sweeter. The sweetness fades quickly and I am left with a skin scent mixed with a dusting of ylang-ylang. What happened to the myrrh? I never got the myrrh After a few hours it has turned to a sweet powder, similiar to O. This is light and pretty, but it's really not anything I would wear. Off to the swap pile. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being best, this rates a 2.

Origin - part of an imp lot bought off of eBay Preconceived notions - I love orange blossom, it's one of my favorite scents. I like vanilla too, but the reviews on the BPAL board likening this to a 50/50 bar made me worry that this would be too sweet for me. Wet - a dark, sweet, 50/50 bar! Dry - what I assume to be the back narcissus comes out. I think this must be an ingredient in Snake Oil, beceause it smells similar. The orange blossom is still there, but now it's overpowered by spicy vanilla. I think I really like this a lot, but as time passes it starts smelling more and more like Snake Oil, and the problem with that is, the vanilla in Snake Oil smells very plasticy on me. The longer I wear this the less I like it. Oh well, it was a beautiful thing there for a little while. On the wickedgoddes scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 3.

Origin - Free imp from Black Broom Wet - carnation. Dry - I get all three of the notes, carnation, rose and white tea. I didn't think I liked carnation, but this is lovely. The notes stay true and this lasts a really long time, which I didn't expect from something so light. This is absolutely beautiful; it feels young and innocent and oh so pretty. On the wickedgoddess scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, this rates a 4.
