Hello all!

Two things I need to let you guys know about tonight...

First off, we have no internet connection at the store yet ( SBC), so if I am delayed in responding to your emails please understand that it is because I have to compile a list and figure out what is what the following day. We've tried using smoke signals, since the lab is so close, however the LA smog makes it very difficult.

Also, Nella's last email response was Monday night and my first time responding was this evening, I apologize for the delay but it was unavoidable.

Secondly, there was a delay on all the orders that were processed for shipment on June 10th. They were taken down to the post office on Monday, but still haven't shown up to their destinations yet. This is a new post office, that is closer to the lab, so can a few ppl post here when they get orders from the 10th? I would like know wether or not to continue to use this new branch. Until then I will be dropping them off at our old reliable post office

I know Beth has been too swamped to post anything really, so I've crawled out of the lab to make a post.

For starters we will be shipped through about the 28-29th by tomorrow. So, that puts us currently 3 weeks behind. We only have one person tying samples right now (my mom, poor thing) so that is the current bottle neck. I tried to outsource the work to an "assembly house", however they came back with $4.00 each sample to do it. I died laughing. Then I cried. We have an ad out now and will try to get some competent people tying for us.

So, the better news... We are bringing in someone to help Kebechet on the email/questions side as well as help me on the "where's my order" side. She'll be introduced when she starts on Monday. Which will free up some time for Kebechet to do site updates, put out new blends and if she can squeeze it in... regain her sanity

I have a plan in effect (crosses fingers) to be nearly (within a few days) caught up with shipping by the end of the month.

I also wanted to ask of you guys if you could, when you place an order to put that you are on the forum and forum name in the special instructions field. So I can know when you are coming through, as I haven't really been able to hang out in here and get to know you all as well as I'd like.

Internationals, Canada included will leave tomorrow. They require standing in line, so I try to drop them about twice a week.

Eve, if your zipcode is 73071, then the reason you got two emails is because I ran yours twice. Once under 1lb, like the majority of the orders and once at the correct weight so it waould actually get to you. If that isn't your zip, pls disregard.

It looks like 99% of the orders up to 3-5-04 (Internationals excluded) should be leaving today. I processed their tracking info last night, but since I never got a confirmation for them from the USPS, I'm going to have to assume that none of the recipients did either.

I've got a new little helper and she /seems/ to be working out very well.

Back to the oil mines...

Unfortunatley all the papow address are hosed until further notice.

As an aside, I was looking at our links page and we still have a positive review for our old host (who won't release papow or keep it up) If only we had time to give them the review they deserve.
