I'm going to give this another shot; right now it smells like a taqueria or a paleteria, but an old one; think old Mexican candy store with dust and cumin.

Wow; I smell exactly like Lemon Pledge. Not for me
-
Something smelled feral all right; I was reminded of a wet dog in a head shop. Ew.
-
I don't know if it's the ylang ylang or the labdunum but this is disgusting; something rotted and died on my arm; rank and dark. Ew. Must wash.

A tribute to the opium den cum bawdyhouses of Shanghai in the 1930’s. Golden amber, blonde tobacco, Sudanese black coconut, rich caramel, black currant, white opium and delphinium laced with a sensual blend of Asian spice. Wet: sexy; I don't normally like spicy scents, but this is exotic without being a headshop...let's wait for the drydown... Two hours later: sweet and creamy; what I love is that the caramel, tobacco, and coconut, and currant are predominant. I feel sexy but not slutty

Wet: heavy apple, touch of butterscotch; nice, but I'd like less apple and more caramel and scotch We'll wait for the drydown... Two hours later: oh yeah! the butterscotch kiss is predominant, but the sweet apple adds a nice foil, but subtle; I liken it more to a green apple than a red...I adore it!

Wow; this is nothing but melon and chili pepper on me. it reminds me of the flea market and the fruiteria with the bowl of mixed fruit covered in lime and chili powder. Needless to say, I don't love it; I don't even like it; I'm going to wash myself.

Gorgeous; the fig is toned down and rounded out by the smoky honey and milk; this is a keeper ADDED Dec. 16: Bottle: heavy almond, medium coconut, touch of fig and sandalwood Wet: heavy fig now; can't tell if it's leaf or fruit...coconut is gone, milk is now subtle, and sandalwood is starting to blossom... Dry: honey almond milk and fig is the overtone with a touch of milky sandalwood Sensual, sexy, foodie without sugar...very nice.

I'm so not into this; the patchouli is spicy and overpowers the orange.

I loved Treat#2 and thought I should grab this...wrong move. Sugar fruit, like gum...kiddie sweet.

Everyone's descriptions of this ethereal blend are so intoxicating, so imagine my disappointment...ozone hates me. I smell like Irish Spring...period. Not yummy...

I am surprised at how gorgeous this is! The vanilla and tonka are sweet without being cloying; the oak is woodsey without being a forest; really nice! ADDED April 14: Oh my goodness...this is so beautiful! the oak and tonka give it the perfect touch of woods without green or bark...the lily and the sandalwood is so soft, so it's not too flowery or powdery...the vanilla mellows it all out... This is what I imagine the foot of an angel smells like... UPDATE: TEN MINUTES LATER....something smells like bandaids....?

Wet: not too impressed; it's OK... Drydown: lovely cream, vanilla, tobacco, and cognac...thank goodness the incense isn't too strong... verdict: really nice, but I can find that similar smell in other blends...all I'm saying is I wouldn't give my firstborn for a bottle, you know?

Very dark, smokey, burning leaves...gorgeous; really reminds me of autumn night. I would not wear this, but I would burn it in my oil burner...

Disappointed. This does not smell like snow; it smells like a Christmas pine tree, which might make me think of snow, but that's about it. The pine note is overpowering!
-
Delish! Smells more like cookies than cake to me, but I adore it!
-
Wet: Hmmm...sage...reminds me of new mexico
-
Weird...this just smells like floral perfume to me....
-
This is perfect! It reminds me of Franjelico liquer; almond and sweet butter.
-
Gorgeous! Sweet cream custard...yum!
-
Wet: divine; smells more like carrot cake with that delicous cream cheese frosting... Dry: Whoa. The cinnamon has taken over everything; I feel like potpourri. This is not good... Two hours later: Gorgeous; the cinnamon stage passed and the creamy sugary carrot cake is back, but not as intense as wet stage. Lovely.

Wet: nice coca; touch of myrrh in the back. Dry: Hmmm...I don't know about this. The cocoa is gone, still no vanilla; dark, heady, swarthy incense. Hippie. Two hours later. I am quite perplexed. I thought the incense smell would be a NO, because I hate that. But it's faded; the coca is back tempered with the vanilla. Still very dark. I think I might like it...

Wet: nice. teak for sure. I give this a B-; I don't know if I want to wear it, but it would smell OK on someone else. i'm not blown away. I don't see what the big deal is about. Three hours later at the bar: oh dear God. I'm orgasmic. My vulva is glowing. The scent transformation is unbelivable! I am in love; I feel like have this rich peach flourescent pink floating around me. I don't have the skilled note vocabulary to describe this...all I know is I NEED it!! ADDED April 17: Sometimes when people go nuts for an oil, I have to get my hands on a decant and see what the fuss is about; yes, I'm a follower I am many times disappointed; see my review on Madame Moriarty...however, I am so glad I tracked down a decant of Glowing Vulva... wow. I'm in love with my wrist. I want to marry it and make sweet, sweet love to it. I knew the notes were right up my alley; I'm a huge fan of Agrat Bat Malahat. But when the glowing vulva met my skin, well, it was like the explosions on that KY Jelly commercial.

I am so sad Wet, in the imp, this is beautiful! The brandy and rum are dark and rich; the cream is sweet and heavy, the spices are well blended. I am instantly whisked away to Christmas... On my skin, it turned rancid within three minutes and never got better. Old alcohol mostly, with a touch of rotten condensed milk. and cream never does that to me!

OK, I am swooning; this is the nectar of the gods! the tobacco is lovely; old school cigar. The tobacco with the rum and lime make me think of my trip to San Juan, and the sugar is just a sweet note of beauty on top of it all. Yum!
