For anyone with leaky bottles and nasty labels, I had this problem recently in a swap. I lost almost nothing in the way of oil, but the damage to the label was nasty. What I did was this: I dabbed it with a soft cloth (cheesecloth works best), let it sit for a couple hours in the open air, then applied clear enamel nail polish to the label. Two coats hardened it up right quick and saved the label (only if it was not damaged too badly).

This might help for those of you who also lost minimal amounts but want to try and salvage the label.

Thanks for the update! The wheels are turning and that always takes time. So much good is going on, you just have to overlook the little things like small delays and stuff. I feel like the lab is just TEETERING on the cusp, about to explode into mass greatness!!

Mine was "pulled" from CCNow too, a 5/11 order, which surprised the heck out of me. The lab seems to be pulling orders a lot faster as of late. I think that, in itself, is great news.

I LOVE black opium and this did not disappoint in the least. The vertiver definitely stands more in the background, letting the opium jump right out, and the honeysuckle rounds it out with a bit of fresh sweetness (but not too much). I bought 5mL of this one right away.

I emailed Nella but it might have been on Friday so perhaps she hasn't read it yet? I think it was Friday (sorry, I have no brain). Trying to find out about my 4/5 order. If I don't hear back in the next day or so, I guess I'll try her again. Have people been getting responses from Nella as of late? Just curious...

I ordered on the 5th too and got the same "shipped" date from CCNow so I just assume they are being processed and will get here shortly. We should have a race to see who gets theirs first, LOL!!

I absolutely LOVE this one! On me it almost turns powdery but with green floral overtones. I just bought 5mL of this one. It reminds me of something I can't quite place, a note that I've encountered before but cannot put my finger on.

Well, in my part of the country, physical Beltane (the blooming of my hawthorne tree) doesn't come until at least June 1st anyway. So no biggie!

Since my order from nine days ago apparently hasn't even been received by BPAL yet I would be confused had I not been trying to keep abreast of things on this board ... (if I'm understanding things right, "awaiting shipment" means that BPAL has not yet "taken" the order from CC Now. Once it says "shipped" all it means is that the order has moved into BPAL's hands and it will probably be another 2-4 weeks before that gets taken care of and shipped at the current back-up rate, yes?)

Today, my order is on day 22. I ordered March 31 and it hasn't been pulled yet from CCNow. But I told myself going in that I shouldn't expect it for at least a month. Hopefully it will get pulled soon, but I know the wait time now so I'm not paranoid anymore.

I guess I'll add my "I cut them too" to the list. What happened for me (and this was heartbreaking!!) was the an end of fray got stuck in the bottle by mistake and by capillary action, sucked out about 1/3 of my Snow White onto the label!!!! So from then on, I've cut the ties as soon as I got them. They do look very cool, but I don't want to risk getting any stuck in the vial again.

So if it's easier, I have no problem skipping the ties and just using a sticky label.

If sample tying can be done via the mail, I'll be glad to volunteer. Just say the word...

Another idea (and it's the last one, I promise! ) is that maybe one or two of us could be the customer service address and forward Beth the questions that only she can answer, and take care of the rest ourselves? That might at least help with the current volume of emails.

I thought that this idea was addressed a couple months ago, but what became of it I'm sure I don't know.

I myself was wondering if Beth does her own website updates or if she has a web administrator. I emailed her a little while ago, offering to do all her website updates, as I have 2 other sites I'm admin for and this would be a piece of cake, no trouble at all for me. I haven't heard back about this.

I think a lot of us have skills Beth could use, and we certainly seem to want to volunteer. What we need is a yes or a no from Beth. We can't do ANYTHING without her go-ahead. Maybe she just doesn't want the help. We don't know anything without her input.

And like an idiot, I accidentally erased my CCNow confirmation so I can't even see whether it's been "picked" yet.

You can go to CCNow.com and find all your orders there. You will need to put in the credit card number you used and one other piece of info (like your email) and it will spit out all the orders you have with them.

Just FYI. I usually delete my emails too, so I was glad to find out you can still get the info off of CCNow!
