In the bottle - Holy boozy coconut! I'm think i'm a bit buzzed from sinffing! Wet - CARAMEL APPLES!! I can't believe this is the same stuff I was smelling in the bottle - coconut and booze? Gone... Dry - Still caramel apples, just much softer... like you are kissing someone who just ate one rather than eating it yourself. This scent is amazing, it manages to be both fruity and foody - is there anything better?? I love how this stays nice and close to the skin, my boyfriend does too, lol! Unfortunatly it doesn't last too long on me, luckily I was able to pick up another bottle from one of the LJ communities and I just might need to make another lab order before this goes away.

In the bottle - Overpowering cranberry with a bit of apple cider in the background. Wet - The cranberry is still there but not as strong as earlier, the apple cider comes out more and blends beautifully with the cranberry. I get a slight woodsy scent in the background. Dry - The apple cider is the strongest note now with the cranberry making it nice and sweet. I get a tiny bit of spice now and the woodsy smell seems to have disappeared. Not a whole lot of throw but it does last a while on me and it just gets softer as it wears on. A perfect fall scent!

I'll second Twenty One... Beth makes fabulous boozy blends! I also love Grand Guignol (which layers beautifully with Swank), Elegba and Juke Joint.

Baobhan Sith and Swank, those are my happy scents Lightning calms me down and tends to 'ground' me, its my best friends scent and anything that makes me think of him makes me feel better. On days where I just feel like I need a hug? Milk Moon or Antique Lace.

This is the first oil I sniffed when I got my Yule order. According to my friend who was with me my reaction was priceless Yes, there was squeeage and lots of it In the bottle - Its blended so beautifully I can't pick out any particular notes. Wet - I smell vanilla, but its the soft vanilla I get from Dorian and a very faint whiff of berries. Dry - The vanilla is a bit richer, the berries a bit stronger and there is another element I can't quite put my finger on. I don't get any coconut from it at all on my skin but I can smell a faint trace of it on my clothes after. Not too much throw, it seems to sit close and envelop you in a warm, soft cocoon Its really beautiful and I am so glad I got this.

I had to try this because I am in love with pomegranate. In the bottle - Rich buttery pumpkin and super sweet, very tart pomegranate. OMG LOVE! I decided as soon as I smelled it that even if the oil hated me I was keeping the bottle to use as a room scent! Wet - The fruit takes over and overpowers the pumpkin so that I am only getting a faint whiff. Dry - The pomegranate mellows out a bit, still crisp and sweet but a perfect balance to the warm richness of the pumpkin. This scent has a lot of throw and lasts forever. Its beautiful and I love it - so glad I got a bottle

Typically foody scents hate me but I needed to try this... In the bottle - Has anyone ever had Butter Shots? Its a butterscotch and rum drink thats sooooo good. Thats exactly what this smells like! Damn, now I want a shot, lol Wet - Still smells like Butter Shots buts its getting warmer and sweeter. Dry - Fresh, out of the oven sugar cookies, maybe a touch of cinnamon and still a bit of the butterscotch, but the rum is all gone. AND IT SMELLS GOOD ON ME!! I can wear a foody scent!! I LOVE this, may have to get another bottle.

I was so hoping this would work on me. In the bottle it smells amazing - like rich warm, gooey chesecake with a graham cracker crust. It stayed that way on my skin for about 5 minutes, then went to plastic. I hate my chemistry ::pout:: Off to the swaps... so someone can give it the love it deserves.

La Belle Dame Sans Merci smells very rose to me... its really lovely.

My Boy likes Swank on me so much that I bought a big bottle. He also goes nuts over Baobhan Sith, Storm Moon and La Belle Dame Sans Merci. When I wear Dirty my Sgt. will stop dead in his tracks and notice - every time

I bought a 5ml of this for my Mom as she adores rose scents. I couldn't resist trying it myself though It smells more green than rose int he bottle but on my skin and dry there is just an explosion of fresh cut roses with the tiniest green the background peeking out. This is amazing, I can close my eyes and breathe deeply and picture a huge bouquet of lush roses in front of me. I may have to beg Mom for an imp of this

I wasn't sure what to think of this in the bottle, none of the notes really jumped out and grabbed me. On my skin though its a beautiful crisp green and rose scent. It makes me think of a cool, crisp morning in the garden with fresh roses that are just starting to hit full bloom and lush greens dripping with dew.

This oil is amazing... in the bottle it smells very sharp and I almost set it aside to try for another day. I'm glad I didn't Once it hits my skin and dries its a perfect blend of herbs, woods and rose... On me the herbs are the dominant note with the roses and woods in the background just complimenting it perfectly. This is a very comforting scent to me... it makes me think of my Mother (who is an herbalist) sifting through her herbs and making teas I *LOVE* this

Brownies... Fresh warm out of the oven brownies is what this smells like. Its really lovely but not me at all. I gifted the imp to one of my co-workers though and she is madly in love with it.

This is an odd one on me... I can't really place any of the notes but I know its fruity and floral. I'm thinking maybe rose? Either way, whatever it is, its beautiful... Light and soft, yet it has great staying power. I'm thinking of makinga spray with it for my hair I put some in an oil burner last night and my bedroom was filled with this lovely scent - I could still smell traces of it when I woke up. I bought a 5ml of this unsniffed and I am so glad I did.

In the bottle this is pure chocolate, similar to Bliss... Wet on my skin the chocolate fades a bit and the tangerine comes out. Once it dries though - WOW. I have never had a scent morph on me at all and I certainly wasn't expecting this! Some floral comes out (couldn't tell you what though!) and blends beautifully with the fruit and chocolate making this a rich warm foody scent. Typically I don't like rich scents... or foody ones, but this is just amazing. I can't wait to have my Mom try this - I am sure we will be fighting over the bottle!

In the bottle this smells like sweet condensed milk... Once it hits my skin it warms up and there is almost a minty carmel flavor to it. I have to keep from likcing my arm cause this is so wonderful I am really looking forward to the cooler weather though... this heat we have been having just amps it up to the point its overpowering. I'd actually prefer it in cooler temps though since its so warm and comforting. SOOOO very glad I ordered a bottle of this

Wow... this smells amazing in the bottle. Rich, creamy and warm I couldn't help it - this is one to slather on... Oh hell yeah this is divine. Its just like it is in the bottle but better... I was afraid it was going to be like Chaste Moon (which hated me) but its not. I'm not getting any mint from it like others have mentioned, maybe a touch of caramel? Its so rich and warm and just yum, but at the same time there is something soft and comforting about it too. I'm in love... this is so beautiful. I need to hunt down another bottle!

I just received this in a swap from Penance and I am head over heels in love with it. Its bright, fresh, clean, crisp laundry, florals and freshness, it makes me think of some really happy times. Last summer I took care of my young cousins who I absolutely adore a few days a week and it was one of the happiest experiences ever for me. They have a pool in their backyard, behind it is a clothes-line and behind that is all flower gardens. This scent captures perfectly for me the feeling of the warm sun and cool water on our skin, the breeze carrying the scent of the laundry and flowers through the air, and the smell of Water Babies suntan lotion while we splashed and played in the water and laughed like there was no tomorrow.

In the bottle : Apricot, apricot, apricot... this did have patchouli right? Wet : Ahhhhh, there it is Sweet patchouli with a hint of apricot. Drydown : Wow - what an amazing balance... the apricot is perfectly ripe, and the patchouli is rich, dark and sooo earthy. This is really nice, I can feel a big bottle coming on...

In the bottle : Syrupy sweet with a faint hint of booziness in the background. Wet : Sharp, tart & bubbly - the sweetness fades to the background. Drydown : Exactly the same, this one didn't change on me at all. Excellent staying power and throw - to me, this is a happy, bouncy, 'pick me up' scent. I get tons of compliments every time I wear it and it just makes me feel good. It also makes me want to kick back with the girls on the beach and drink cold fruity things with umbrellas

In the bottle : Uh oh, cough syrup... ummm Robitussin I think? Wet : Oh my! Juicy, ripe, rich berries... If I were to take a handful of berries, smush them in my hands and let the juice trickle down my arms THATS what this would smell like! Drydown : Same rich berry smell, just a bit lighter and with a hint of green thrown in. This has amazing staying power and just the right amount of throw, I can't wait for the late spring/early summer.. this will be the perfect scent for that

In the bottle - Sharp, crisp grapefruit with a bit of an edge... Wet - Ahhh, apple blossom... Yum! Drydown - The apple blossom has faded and sweetens the grapefruit, (it makes me the think of raw sugar on freshly peeled grapefruit) and the ginger gives it just enough spice. It stays very close to the skin, and lasted a while on me... I went a whole shift at work without having to reapply. I'm *so* glad I got a 5ml of this... its really very lovely
