Licorice gummy and lemon flavoured jell-o! This is awesome! Too bad the scent only last two or three hours. But it's already one of my favourites.

In the imp, caramel, sugar and melted butter! When applied, vanilla and caramel. The currant makes it appearance. When dried, it really smells like white cake! It's fantastic!

From 2006, I only get a heavy jasmine scent. Like a jasmine single note. I don't get anything foody or any cocoa.

I was very curious about that oil and decided to get a imp of it. Bad idea. In the bottle, it smelled a bit floral, like patchouli (other people mentioned it before). But when applied, it went horrible! I guess that I must have that problem with civet too. (I am so Bpal-unlucky lately...)

The hollow scent of a vast antediluvian civilization, now frozen and buried, smothered by a thick sheet of ice and trapped deep beneath the ocean. Thick incense, clay, stone, and hothouse blooms with a spike of frost, a hint of decay, and heavy, dolorous aquatic notes. It really does smell like snow, water and ice with a bit of pine in the back. It as mineral notes too. The description totally fit the scent of the oil. Kumari Kandam has a very good lasting power in my opinion and it's a bit masculine too.

In the bottle, it reminds me of a pine forest on a foggy day. The scent is rather sweet, and mysterious too. I like it very much! Unluckily, the scent doesn't last for very long, for about 2 hours on me.

In the bottle, it smells exactly like banana flavored antibiotics. But when applied, it becomes more fruity and I do smell a bit of leaves and vegetation too. Unluckily, bananas are not my cup of tea.

In the bottle, it's very floral. I cannot definitely tell where are the violets into that bouquet, but it's well mixed and balanced with the other scents. When I applied it, it reminded me of something very familiar but I can't remember what. The scent is strong, and like every one said before, its very sophisticated. A couple a minutes after, I remember! Its smells exactly like jasmine incense! I really love is scent. I will definitely buy a bigger bottle.

Tokyo Stomp smells exactly like what I was expecting! In the bottle, it's smell like melted butter and sugar. It exactly like if the mint cookies were being made/baked in front of you! When applied that butter smells goes away leaving a very sweet smell of sugar cookies and mint! The scent didn't last for every long, for about 3 hours. During that time, the scent was getting me very hungry!

Like lots of other people, this scent reminds me of spring rather then autumn. In the bottle, I had that 'pine sol' smell to but when I applied it, it immediately disappeared. When dry, it smells like lilies (and tulips, I don't know why) surrounded by grass, herbs, and trees too. I really love that scent, it's relaxing. It reminds me of a warm morning in the end of spring, when the tulips in my backyard started to wither and the lilies started to grow.

When I first opened the bottle, it immediately made me though of a bouquet of flowers (not only roses). I imagined a whole flower garden in a green house in the middle of summer. When applied, the scent of roses became very strong and when drying the roses started to faint, leaving only the scent of violets. Once dry, it was smelling like violets, but not simple violets: violets candy! A bag full of them!

This is my first review!... When I first opened the bottle, the sent immediately made me though of an old bottle of air du temps turned bitter (and that's not very positive). I decided to try it on anyways. After one hour or two, that smell of 'perfume' disappeared, living a sweet smell of vanilla. I think the notes that I misinterpreted for that perfume (that my mother was wearing when I was kid), are the mineral notes that other people are catching. I am not completely sure if I love this sent. But before giving a definitive judgment to Black Opal, I want to try more vanilla scented oil.
