In the bottle: I think I smell mostly.... blackberry and something sweet. I am loving the smell of this already since this is a yummy, perfect blackberry.

 

On the skin: Woooooo! Something turns a bit tart, but it is still very enjoyable! This scent is close to turning soapy on me, but I think it is the tartness that keeps it borderline. Still, quite lovely!

 

Overall: I think this one is a keeper! It isn't my favorite, but it is still pretty good. I think I like it better in my scent locket than on my skin sadly.

In the bottle: Wow! One of my favorites this time around!

 

On the skin: Sweet and marshmallow creamyness! Normally I don't think I would like this scent too much, but it is actually very.... attractive!

 

The sweetness dies down after a bit and I am left with a wonderful creamy marshmallow scent. Soooooo yummy! This one is definitely a keeper. I am actually very tempted to get a back up bottle.

 

-EDIT- *sigh* Just tried this one after awhile of it languishing in the box, and it definitely isn't working as well on my skin anymore. I am definitely getting the "Plastic" in Plastic Pink Flamingo... Nooooooo!! Off to sales... *sigh*

In the imp: Ick... something sour, sweet, and sickening....

 

On the skin: Hello, root beer!! There is definitely other notes in this scent, but the root beer smell is definitely dominant. After a bit, the root beer fades and I smell something... strange instead. Must be the poppy.

 

Overall: Not my thing.... Interesting though.

Reminds me of Fire of Love without the musk or a few of the Draconis blends. I am not good at picking out notes, but I think that there is some pleasant florals in this one. No sharp herbals.

 

Not really my thing, but it is definitely pleasant.

On the skin: there is an effervescent quality to this scent that is what I think of as musk. Also, a definite cinnamon that fades quickly. Pretty sexy actually. There is also a spice in here that reminds me of Snake Oil.

 

Over all: I actually really like this one! Smelling the scent up close on the skin is kind of icky, but from further away, it smells heavenly! Definitely would not wear this scent of the wrist though....

 

-ETA- I just tried a newer imp I received from the lab and what a difference! It smells like... green tea. Whaaaat?! Also it is a completely different color than my past imp! This one is a bright pink while the other one was a yellow brown color. Definitely staying away from the pink Fire of Love decants!!

In the imp: eucalyptus and juniper. No doubt.

 

On the skin: Hello juniper! It is actually very pleasant for a juniper scent and not too strong.

 

Overall: Not too bad. Not a scent that I would wear too often. Strong plant smell.

In the imp:

 

On the skin: herbally lilac. Kinda strong... As it dries down, it becomes pleasant. Still a bit herbally/green for my tastes though.

 

Overall: Don't like the strong green of the fern even though it eventually dies down. Not my thing at all.

In the imp: nice sweet lilac and florals

 

On the skin: Whoa, there is lots of soapiness here! It is so strong and almost hurts my nose....

 

Overall: Not a scent for me.

In the imp: Whoa, cherry!!

 

On the skin: the cherry takes over immediately. Sadly, it is the icky cough syrup cherry..... On the drydown, the anise takes over and creates a licorice smell.

 

Overall: definitely not my thing.

Oh, my! After seeing the Warrior Queen labels I want my order more now than ever!! Oh, please may it come soon!!

In the decant: Whoa! That is RUM!

On the skin: Pretty sweet! I am definitely getting the lovely vanilla cream with a burst of rum. It is nice, but not something I would wear regularly. Anyways, this kinda reminds me of a SO CT that I have though my CT is missing the rum part.

This fades pretty quickly on my skin... It has been around 20 minutes or so and I can't smell it anymore. Well, I am kinda glad that this one didn't work out so well on me.

Smells almost exactly like Fearful Pleasure! Nice warm apple cider. Yummy!!

Velvet Nudie has become my personal gym scent. I love the skin musk and I find that it doesn't turn too sweet on me. More of a lemonish kinda fresh scent. It also doesn't have to much of a throw, so it is more personal refreshing. Also, I like the idea of wearing Nudie to the gym... Hee hee! It makes me want to work out.

This scent is beautiful! Nice peach with a bit of yummy sugaryness. Very nice and creamy yet there is a perfumey floral undertone. I really like this one. Definitely a keeper!

Sugar scents don't normally work for me, but I think that skin musk might actually be a good not on me...

 

So, on the skin this scent turns into a lemonish slight floral with some other note that is a bit deeper and harder to describe. Strangely enough, I like it. Don't normally like anything lemony, but this is actually nice and friendly. It has become my first ever "workout scent". I just put it on and think "Yeah, I am such a Velvet Nudie, now go exercise and get that nudie butt in to shape." Hee hee!

On me this is pure pineapple. I don't even get any florals at the moment! I think I am going to keep this one around for a bit in order to try again.

On the skin, this is only smoke. Icky!

 

On the drydown the smoke fades a bit, and I start to get a bit of orange. I am afraid that this one just doesn't agree with me one bit.

I have no idea what I think about this one. Smells a bit sugary yet the drydown is a saltiness that might be peanuts and something else that reminds me of... smoke and something else that I can't explain. I don't think this blend likes me though....

On the skin: Whoa!! Sugar candy fruits! Sugar Shock!!

 

Drydown: Wow, most of the sugar is gone and it turns into a creamy strawberry scent. This is pure creamy strawberry. Truly lovely. Again, not normally my thing, but it is so yummy.... Mmmmm!

Hello sweet coffee! Wow!

 

On the dry down the coffee goes poof and I am left with a sweetness that I am guessing is tonka as the smell reminds me of Wood Phoenix. After a bit that fades a bit and I am left with a sweet smokiness. I don't normally like smokiness at all, but this is actually pretty good.

 

-EDIT- Well, the boyfriend likes it as well, so I will have to get another bottle.... Maybe he will actually wear it without whining...

On me this smells like a minty lettuce. Very strange. Definitely herbally. Not my kind of thing sadly. Love the art though!!

Smelling this reminds me of the Strawberry Margarita Mousse that my boyfriend makes. Very tasty, but I am not sure if it actually agrees with me. On the skin it turns into a sickly sweet strawberry with a hint of booziness that is definitely gin. I will have to try it a few more times.

Hmmmm.... I kinda like this one!

 

In the bottle: Not really sure how to describe this one. Not really sour, but a mix of sweet and slightly sour. Interesting.

 

On the skin: Wow, this one completely changes on the skin. It turns into honey vanilla. Pretty good.

 

Only drawback of this scent is that it fades pretty quickly.

On the skin: Wow! The only part I can smell is the plum berry mix. It is a tame fruit smell though and not as artificial as other fruit smells I have encountered. This scent doesn't last long on me and within an hour it is already faded. Apparently my skin likes to eat fruit just as much as I do!
