Wow, this one smells familiar. Very lovely! I think I might need to do a death match between this one, Shadowy and Sublime (I think), and Saqqara v2. A lovely lovely scent. Sweetish. I think there might be a bit of slightly powdery amber along with some sandalwood and... musk? Such a golden scent! I feel like there also has to be some sort of wood in here as well. Teak maybe? I am getting a bit of a Glowing Vulva vibe. Maybe a slight hint of blossoms? Such a lovely, classy scent. Smelling this one, I could easily imagine myself in a gown at a fashionable party.

SNAKE OIL SOAP A blend of exotic Indonesian oils sugared with vanilla. The soap: absolutely smooth, sheer, silken lather enriched with milky kaolin and flecked with blackened vanilla bean. Oh, wow!! I just got a new bar of Snake Oil soap hidden in with my Inquisition goodies and I hope that there is going to be a major release of the Trading Post soaps with an update soon!! Pictures below: First of all, the smell is amazing!! I opened up the package and put the bar on the ledge in my shower to await my next showering session. Anyways, every time I walk down the hallway or near the bathroom I can smell lovely Snake Oil wafting out the door. Sooooooooo good! Compared to Snake Oil the perfume, it is almost exactly identical! There is a slight hint of a soap/clean smell, but since this is a bar of soap I am not surprised. I haven't used it yet, but the smell is amazing! I am considering cutting it up into bits and distributing it around the house to make the place smell fantastic... -EDIT- Well, I have used it now (lots) and I have to say that this soap is amazingly good! There are little bits in the soap that make it slightly (very slightly) scrubby. Also, the scent is strong enough, that it stays attached to my skin for quite awhile after showering! Normal amount of lather too. This Snake Oil is a bit different than the perfume, but it is amazing and definitely captures the same vanilla yumminess of the perfume! The bar has managed to last me a bit since I put it away from my SO's eye line... My preciousssssssss!

Oh, my! This scent is AMAZING! Definitely clove, but this is a nice sweet clove. No bitterness or sharpness at all. There also has to be some kind of musk or amber here as well, but this is a note that LOVES me! I wish I knew what it was so that I could hunt down every scent that has this note in it. This scent just makes me think golden glow.

If someone were attending Disney on Ice (Toy Story 3) with a bunch of Girl Scouts, would you want a patch/souvenir? Wet: I am getting a dry floral scent (calla lily?) that is quite pleasant. At this stage though, I wish I could smell more of the vanilla! Drying: It smells quite like real flowers! It has the lovely fragrance of the flower as well as a dryness that I associate with real flowers as opposed to floral perfume. Sadly it is also starting to smell a bit like sunscreen on me. Noooo! Hmmmm, sadly I never get any of the vanilla. *sigh* I might keep this one around a bit longer though and see how it ages...

I really couldn't wait to try this one! First off, the label is gorgeous!! Now for the scent: Wet on my skin, I can definitely smell a green juniper scent as well as some tart berry. From what I could find on the internets, daemonorops is actually dragon's blood and I don't smell any in this scent. That is a good thing though, since dragon's blood has a tendency to turn to sunscreen on my skin. Later the juniper disappears a bit, but I am still getting a hint of wintery green. The berries aren't quite so tart, but neither are they sweet. Kinda hard to describe. This scent really evokes winter for me. Smelling it, I feel like I am outside in the snow standing next to a nicely fragrant bush with slightly tart berries.

I just got this in the mail 20 minutes or so ago, so it hasn't entirely had a chance to settle. I just really wanted to test it anyways! At the moment, this is almost entirely tobacco on my skin. I think there is also a slight sweetness as well as a hint of smoothness that I definitely attribute to leather. So far, this reminds me of how A Bachelor's Dog smelled in the bottle before it went icky/smoky on my skin. A few minutes later I am definitely getting a stronger whiff of leather while the tobacco has backed down some. This is lovely worn leather coat type leather that I just want to bury my nose in!! Reminds me of the jacket my SO used to wear when we first started dating. Definitely don't get much in the way of coffee, hazelnut, or spices, but the bottle might need to sit for another day before they show up. At the moment though, I love this scent! The tobacco doesn't smell like burnt cigarettes to me and the leather in this scent doesn't smell chemically. -ETA- Trying this again and... I get sweet tobacco, a bit of coffee, and... That's pretty much it. It is sadly not for me at all. The sweet tobacco always seems to throw me off.

I don't know why I never tried this one before. It is quite nice!! On the skin: Smooth and lovely. Definitely getting some powdery amber with some sweetness that must be fruit, though this doesn't really smell fruity. Oh, no.... One note turned sour on me. Darn, this one started out soooo nice!

On the skin: I can smell each note! Old leather, musk, and sweet tobacco. I think this might be the leather from Bow and Crown of Conquest. It isn't too strong. Sadly this one starts to turn to burnt cigarettes on my skin. Ah, well. Not for me.

2010 Version: For some odd reason I am getting a flowery cake scent. Very interesting. There is also something in this scent that really hurts my nose though. It's not like it is too strong or anything.... Weird and definitely not for me.

On the skin: An ambery floral. Very lovely! Sadly this one turns on me after a bit. The florals completely take over and are beginning to hurt my nose. *sigh* Not for me.

This smells exactly the way I remember Berry Kix cereal smelling. Crazy! Definitely reminds me of my childhood. Veeeeery sweet scent. A bit too sweet for me.

On the skin: Not getting any vetiver. Mostly this scent is a slight floral with a hint of frankincense and clove. Quite soapy on me. On the dry down, this becomes a lovely floral frankincense. A pretty scent actually. Not really for me.

Yep. White tea and a floral scent. Gets quite sharp after a bit. Not for me at all!

This one is like boozy cough syrup on me. Wasn't really expecting anything different though since I just can't do cherry.... After a bit, the cough syrup cherry is nearly gone and I am getting a huuuuuge wave of amaretto. I want to say almonds or hazlenuts? Pure boozy nuts. Hee hee!

Oooh! I am liking this one more than I thought I would! Lovely spiced pumpkin. Almost a pumpkin bread? Not too strong, but wafts nicely! I don't really get anything else in this blend, but that is okay with me! This is what I was hoping Pumpkin Queen and most of the Pumpkin Patch scents would smell like!

Very interesting. Definitely have to swirl this bottle around a bit to mix the cocoa that collects at the bottom. I smell cocoa and musk. A light scent that is really starting to grow on me. I think I will need to test this one again!

This one is very soft on my skin. I think I can smell a bit of creamy sandalwood and maybe a bit of pomegranate, but that is all.... Whoa, after a bit this blend turns kind of herbally. Lavender? Very interesting.

This blend is very very tart!! Citrusy as well! I think I am mostly smelling the lime and grapefruit. Wow, this is crazy tart!

In the bottle it really smells like those banana runts candy! On the skin the coconut part reaaaaaally takes over. Wow, that is sweet coconut! Kinda too sweet really. Wow, now it is pretty much only coconut rum on me. Eeep! I am afraid that coconut and I just don't play well together!

Wow! This smells quite a bit like a Dorian CT I used to have, only this has a lovely hint of creamy vanilla! Such a comforting scent. It smells to me like a muskier Dorian with a different creamy vanilla. Slightly lemony? Wow, this gets even creamier/lovelier as time goes on! If you are a fan of The Girl, I think you will quite like this scent! To my lovely Sibyl angel.... You are amazingly awesome! -ETA- If you like Sibyl, you might want to try the Harp of Cnoc I'Chosgair. They are quite similar to me!

On the skin: Interesting. Smokey and slightly woodsy. Definitely getting a strong wood scent. Getting a slight powderiness that I normally associate with black musk. Definitely isn't overpowering though. I feel this one could be quite popular if given the chance/on the right skin.

On the skin: A musky pine with a hint of green I think might be verbena. Not getting any mint yet. Definitely a green scent. It seems to get light/soft pretty quickly. Quite pleasant.

On the skin: Clean and slightly green. Kinda hurts my nose a bit. Not getting the powdery orris that is usually a death note for me. Definitely not for me.

On the skin: Ooooh, honeysuckle! A nice sweet floral scent. Veeery nice and pretty! There is a slightly.... sourish hint? After a bit it smells kinda minty. Interesting, but not my thing.
