This is really FOODIE wet. I tried it twice and i was surprised that a shunga scent was so foodie...put it in a locket and you'll get a pure bakery donutty scent that is quite yummy. As it dries it gets a bit dusty...almost like incense. The lab's vanilla does this on my skin. I'll bet for those who can wear the lab's vanilla this will be the hit scent of the shungas. The ginger is prominent as is dries...similar to Teenage Cannibal but without the bubble gum cutey factor. Overall a foodie lover's dream wet.

this is "chock full of chrysanthemums" - i thought it was pretty strong for a floral blend and it smells a lot like sunshine and yellows and golds. It's a sunny strong scent wet. As it dries it smells more like the real flower. Overall i'm not a big floral lover so i'm not sure i'd wear it but I can see how this might be a nice spring scent or remind people of a mum garden.

This was the least favorite of all the chocolate box scents for me. I didn't get any creamy chocolate scent and the marshmallow was not sweet enough either. I had a hard time picking up any coconut. This was the only chocolate scent of the box to go slightly sour on my skin as well (like Bliss does, but like Lump of Coal does not).

i'm a mint lover and unlike other posters, i did NOT get a lot of mint from this scent! it was definitely more of a green or herbal scent with a slight mint undertone. i was hoping for an in your face mint mint mint scent and this was not it. it actually smells a lot like one of the yules from 2007...like the snow storm or something like that. It is definitely green and definitely a COLD scent. Overall not bad but not what i expected.

I'm not getting catholic incense from this. And wet it's very dusty smelling. I don't know if it's ashes or wood shavings or rotted wood...it never seems to leave this zone for the scent whether it's dry or wet or the dry down 5 hours later. Smells like a head shop to me about 10 hours later on my skin. I have never developed any love for this scent and i had high hopes for it. not "incense" to me!

wet:green but perfumey. Wet reminds me of a tiki like opuhi kind of note that must be the kiwi. Dries to a green floral. Fresh but medium strong. I never knew wasabi could be in a scent..i guess I can smell it with my imagination. There is an undertone of it beneath the floral..it smells like heat and mustard. weird. I would have to say that this is a wearable green scent and probably more suited for spring. and since it's snowing here right now, i think i will retest this when the weather gets better! overall rating is a 3 out of 5.

Sour!!! And first smell almost made me gag, like spoiled or rotten food. Waited a minute...Light scent overall, a little like cleaner? Ammonia? Lemon? Definitely the first whiff is bad news for me but it settles down to something interesting. Not strong at all, lemony and hint of something minty. Very pleasant. Not for me but this is the first time I've sniffed something so vile on first whiff morph to something so benign overall!!!

Very green scent....the harsh bitter greeness of grass (in a good way). I don't get the autumn leaves at all in the bottle or on the skin. As it dries down it's almost floral..like a dandelion that is not bitter...very fresh undertone that comes out and makes it quite wearable. A surprise scent.

Foody lovers dream and truly as it is described. Orange glazed cake? yep. It's very sweet and slightly cakey as it dries down. This one did not morph on me, nor did it last very long, which is my only complaint. A perfectly lovely scent if you want an orange, glazed cake.

Very harsh true apple peel. Almost bitter but not quite unbearable but it's very strong all around. This makes Sga look even less appley!! This is harsh apple and I thought I would enjoy this a lot more...I'm surprised at how strong and bitter a fruit note can be. Dries down to something lightly perfumey and not really memorable.

love this! i stayed away since this was supposed to be Lush's Potion but it's so much better and not at all carnation on my skin. I get a lot of spices. Spices and pepper and not patchouli.
-
White sandalwood, patchouli, white amber, orris, bourbon vanilla, champaca flower, and kush. This is kind of a love it or hate it kind of scent. It's a strong, cold and masculine scent. But a dusty head shop patchouli the vibes the most when dry. As it further dries down, it gets a more green scent. I would say it's best on my skin about 4 hours later when all the strong stuff is burned off!!

This was difficult to review because it falls in a very hard to describe kind of vein. I guess I was expecting something light and airy and got a really strong floral scent. It's very unique to my nose....i can't pick out anything individually but it's strong and unique. After awhile, it fell into an "annoying floral" category that i wanted to wash off my arm. I didn't pick up the resins that I was aware of...or at least if i was looking for "morphing" of the scent, I didn't get it.

Vanilla paper with trees! The lavender in this one is more floral than herbal or camphorous. I'm not picking up a lot of cocoa.

Definitely a soft baby powder with a tinge of smarties. As it dries it has a bit more of a rotting rose flowers and damp baby powder smell to it. I like to keep all oils on my skin to give them a fair shake..up to 4 hours of dry down etc. but this one required washing off. This did not work on my skin at all!
-
This starts out a little harsh, but the dry down is quite lovely. The rose is not prominent at all and vanilla cream works fine with my skin. Lab "cream accords" have been terrible on me so i'm glad that this one is different. I was just about to give up on cream notes! I'm not getting a strong tea read like most people. This is a soft scent, a tinge of violets or floral but extremely wearable. I really like this scent!

This smells like Thai Coconut Curry. Exactly like it. And not in an EW curry kind of way..like the funky note of a red or green curry but truly the pure essence of a coconut milk based thai curry, complete with something like lemongrass lifting the scent up. It's totally food in a vial!!!! It's the strangest experience to have thai curry perfume.

Pumpkin 5 - ----- smells a bit like cookies wet and goes straight to really strong fruit..the red musk amps the fruit essence...like Shango but a lot stronger. thank goodness the last 4 scents listed aren't dominant...i can imagine them if i try but i'm not getting any OMG washitoff moments with some of the lab strong scents like jasmine or fig. pleasant pungent fruits sprayed with red musk. not a bottle for me but a nice scent overall if you like fruits or shango or a fruity red musk.

weird blue floral musky violet scent. Hovers on something pretty…wafts of something annoying. At first I thought I liked it…now not so much. I could possibly try this in a scent locket but will give it another run on my skin. It starts off as definitely something that smells well blended and pretty but then dries to a much more harsh tone of violet that is not as pleasant.
-
Curry. And it's OMGgetitoff curry too. And as it dried it did not get better and I really wanted to wash it off. I kept it on to see if it would morph or bloom or SOMETHING, but it stayed in some weird curry zone....curry with papers, curry with dirt. Not good. Needless to say this did not match well with my skin!!!

I hate this. I wanted to love it but I cannot. I can see the resemblence to the idea of snake charmer. It smells a bit like snake oil with a cherry or berry undertone to it. It dries to a tea scent that is much more wearable and agreeable to my skin. But is smells hollow to me...lacking depth. It is a strong cherry snake oil scent that i just won't reach for. But i do wonder how it might age.

A whole bunch of good spices from Fall....I don't pick up any pine sap wet or dry. I like spicey scents and this is a good strong in your face kind of spice scent. The cinammon/clove is bright and most prominent and it doesn't morph too much from wet to dry. It's not complicated but it's delicious.
-
I love this scent. It's great in a scent locket and good from wet to dry. There is a light cantelope scent that gets stronger with a dried syrup quality to it. Like reduced fresh fruit scent. I'm so glad I got a bottle of this..it's well blended and a great fruit scent!

dial? Lever 2000? Wet. Blends and dries into something warm and sandalwoodish. Total dry down gets a flower note I don't like. Shoot, I really thought this was going to work on me. This starts as a nice soap scent that is familiar, but not something I would use in a scent locket. the total dry down is a fail on me.

This smells like a very pleasant room spray to me. It's not nearly as piney as i thought it was going to be. I get a little bit of pine with a big burst of lemon...it's pretty light and has zero staying power on me. I can't say that I would wear it...it smells like it should be a household cleaner or room spray, not a body scent.
