Villain was fizzy on me; anyone else have that happen? It was one of my first imps, so I tried it a whole bunch of times trying to figure out why I smelled like a fizzy drink... And ozone scents that work properly with my skin don't smell fizzy on me, either - they smell more like pure, smooth, electric air, where something has either just happened or is just about to happen. I wish I could describe it better! (They also don't usually develop the true ozone quality for at least 5-10 minutes on my skin; at first, then tend to smell citrussy or aquatic rather than actually like ozone).

You might also take a look at the reviews for Danube -- it's a pretty freshwater floral on me, though I don't know how the strength compares to Amsterdam. Mag Mell is also on my list to try -- sounds like a tropical freshwater aquatic. (Personally I prefer seaweed and saltwater, but that's just me...)

Pronunciations of Irish words can vary depending on the part of Ireland you're in, but I'd either pronounce it "Ee-nack Doon" or "Ee-nuck Doon". The second word is definitely "Doon", though. Thanks!!

Okay, "EANACH DHÚIN" ...help??

My nose may be mixing up some other strong scent association, but I get a lovely beeswax smell from Pulcinella & Teresina (despite no mention of beeswax or honey in the notes). Anyone else get this? I was intrigued by the beeswax in Hand of Glory, though it didn't ultimately work on me. It was a truly different combination. And I love Hanerot Halalu too. (Thanks for the No. 93 Engine recommendation -- I'll look for it!)
