This was a surprise imp I received in the sale thread. I wouldn't normally have picked something like this on my own, mostly because other foody scents haven't boded well, but holy cow am I glad I received it. From the get-go, it smells like moist, buttery cakes soaked in thick, gooey honey with a douse of sweet milk, and it stays that way once it dries too. This is so amazingly delicious on me, that I couldn't stop sniffing my wrists, and eventually had to resort to eating some sweets. I'll have to see what my bf thinks tomorrow~ I was glad to find that it lasts nearly all day and the scent stays true to scent even as it eventually starts to fade. Definitely going on my bottle list. Nom nom nom!

When I first put it on, it smells like some kind of lemon household cleaner for a little while. Once it settles though, it totally smells like green tea with a smoky musk floating on top. The aloe and lemon become just barely present enough to give it a sort of clean that isn't kitchen floor clean. *laugh* This one is definitely bottle worthy.

At first, it smelled strongly of amber and vanilla but once it dried, it quickly faded into a nice amber behind thick, sweet honey (there's no honey in this so maybe the vanilla crosses with something that makes it smell like that) and accented around the edges by like a peachy sandalwood. Very relaxing and I may claim a bottle of this one.

Ends up smelling very sweet and incensy. Mostly patchouli and sandalwood with cinnamon on top. It smells nice, but not even 20 minutes later, it goes into powder and diaper rash mode. Awww man!

Beautiful spicy orange scent...but it turns too much into a potpourri rendition on me. I was really hoping this would turn out more sweet and fiery but it doesn't like my chemistry I guess. I'm a little heart broken.

Darnit, well I don't think anyone will be gravitating toward me unless they like the smell of a glade plug-in! Lol.

I can smell the vetiver and patchouli super strong as it dries, but once it sets, it smells like pungent wet nail polish! Noooo! I'm actually amazed at just how much it smells like whiffing a bottle of nail polish. Won't be making this into a bottle, sadly.

It smells like musk and patchouli incense burning in a luxurious temple with a little hint of sweetness, but it's not something I'd like to wear on my skin. Rather, I'd love it as an incense.

Mostly the orchid comes out on me, but then I can't say I'm familiar with any of the other flowers, so maybe there's more. I love this smell. It's a very sweet, exotic floral and it's going on the bottle list. (coincidentally alongside pele)

Unfortunately this one ended up smelling very obnoxiously fake on me, like bathroom spray. I'd hoped it would soften into something nice but no such luck. Still no likey. Too bad.

Seething with passion, yet utterly cold-blooded. Dragon’s blood, vetivert and spice. In the beginning I very much smell the vetiver and spice, dragon's blood just around the edges letting you know it's in there. I definitely get a sense of the "seething with passion, yet utterly cold-blooded" nature of this scent. It's also very dark and dense green. It makes me want to wander into the woods in the middle of the night with the boyfriend and a blanket...and have my way with him.

I definitely smell every single one of these notes as it settles on my arm. Mostly floral and masculine with some citrus musk...almost androgynous actually. Not sure I'll bottle it but I'll keep the imp around, should more use change my mind.

Unleash the bawdy, unrestrained passion of the satyr! A ferociously masculine scent: sexual, vigorous, and truly wild. Ok, on me it smells like the smell of a sexy, manly man's neck....with vick's vap-o-rub wafting up from his chest...for at least the first hour. Then it starts to smell like just the sexy, manly man's neck. Not too sure I'll be using this one if I have to endure an hour of vick's. Ah well. Back to the old drawing board!

After I put it on, it's dragon's blood sweetened by vanilla, making the cherry aspect more dominant over its spiciness. But once it absorbs, it becomes a resiny cherry over vanilla candy, sweet incensy dragon's blood adding a certain spiciness around the edges. This one is probably the closest to the dragon's blood incense I burn at home that made me want to find a scent like it, but cleaner and a little sweeter (probably because there's no lighting it on fire involved. ). I may turn this into a bottle even if the dragon's blood fades behind all the other notes (as seems to be the pattern with me and dragon's blood so far), as it just smells so darn GOOD.

Oh this one is just lovely. It settles into dragon's blood with accenting musks that make it a bit sweeter, gentler, and smoky. I would almost say I smell a tiny bit of cherry tinged amber and/or opium laced in that smokiness ever so subtly as well. Eventually, the dragon's blood and amber/opium die off partly and it becomes more of a sexy, smokey, skin musk with a hint of heat from the dragon's blood. This one'll either become a bottle or a semi-regularly stocked imp. Yum!

It's really weird. On me, it smells like incense but not dragon's blood. I'd almost say herbal and soapy, with a little sweet flower somewhere, even after an hour or so. It continues to kind of burn my nose too. I won't be keeping this one, I don't think. Haha, my body chemistry must like playing tricks on me...

At first sniff, it smells very herbal and mossy, but once it settles and dries, aquatic and masculine floral notes come out and take charge, with that green herbal/mossy tone making its place in the background to accent things and mix with the aqua. It sort of reminds me of Armani "Mania" (a favorite men's cologne of mine to wear) except on me, more delicate toned. Almost a tad bit sweet (every BPAL I've tried so far except pele ends up having at least a hint if not fully noticeable sweetness) I think I found my new favorite men's cologne for those days when I feel like reveling in my masculine side. This one may become a bottle once the imp has run out.

The minute I dabbed this on, the wood notes came out and intermingled with thick, syrupy cherry. Very bold. It stayed this way dry as well. After an hour, the fragrance softened. You can't smell me coming anymore but if you're close enough (like boyfriend close ) it's a tasty surprise. The end smell makes me think of a dark, mahogany throne that was polished with cherry scented conditioning oil the day before. Almost edible... I'm on the fence about whether or not I'm going to buy a bottle, but I do like this scent and plan to test-run the heck out of it to make that decision.

In the bottle, it's a very rich vanilla and on the skin it also smells rich and mostly vanilla, almost caramel-like after-scent. As it settles and dries, it changes almost instantly to a light, sweet vanilla musk. I can smell a slight hint of sandalwood in the background. I can almost smell a bit of floral too. My skin eats this one up though and what's left after an hour is a faint, sweet smell that I can't make out. I was pretty bummed as I'd hoped it'd be this rich, musky vanilla. Pleasant but not bottle material for me.

In the bottle it burns and smells like an ultra strong avon perfume I had at some point. On my skin, it turned into this weird smell that was like a cheap gardenia candle and that's how it's staying. Too bad. Not really my cup of tea.

Straight from the imp, I get the rose with a misty, mostly powdery scent. On the skin, I barely smell the lily at all. A little of the powdery feel lays like dusty lace over the top of the juiciest rose scent I've ever smelled. The rose smells like it's almost dripping and sweet, like I could take a bite right out of it. I'm not sure I'll ever buy a 5ml of it, but I will be keeping this imp for occasional use. Maybe even buy a second and third for backup, as this one seems to be growing on me by the hour. Very delicious.

In the bottle, it smelled almost like liquid soap to me but I know how little that matters and put a little on my wrist. At first, most of what I could smell was strong soap-like lily (muguet) that burnt my nose but after maybe 10 or 15 minutes, it softened and a light mix of different flowers surfaced with white ginger accenting it. The stronger notes turn out to be the ginger and lily on me, but nothing that overpowers the other notes. It also seems to linger pretty well on my skin. (I think being oily helps. ) It reminds me of a light and cool, tropical floral breeze somewhere under a shade tree. It's a gorgeous smell (my first!) that may end up being my first 5ml.
