Velvet Tiger gives me a lot of vetiver, black licorice, and cinnamon. The orange and tangerine aren't nearly strong enough for my liking.

I love Yemaya, and so do my children. It's cantaloupe/honeydew and grapes, and maybe a bit of water. It smells like summer and happiness.
-
Minty eucalyptus. I like the smell, but I don't want to smell like this.
-
Whirling Wind Moon smells just like I remember one of the other winter moons smelling--Snow Moon, maybe. It's cold and full of ozone. Dries down to soft florals.
-
Fizzy champagne and berry. I thought strawberry but as it dries down, it's more of a generic berry scent. This is pink and fun.

I'm still kicking myself for passing up the '09 Inquisition--I've had a devil of a time tracking down decants. Anyway, BPAL honey is not my thing, but I still couldn't resist this. On my skin, it's pink and fruity over a buttery cookie scent. The buttery cookie is really not good, but then it's gone and I get vanilla and sugar plums and a faint, sweet pink rose (much like Hope). I don't detect honey at all, which is great. I probably won't need to try to find a bottle of this, but I'm very grateful to the forumite who swapped this to me.

Thanks to the lovely forumite that sent this to me! (On a side note, I love that although this scent is in such high demand, a ton of the reviews mention that they received theirs as a gift. This community is amazing. ) This reminds me of Black Lace--maybe they share the vanilla/cream note? Anyway, it's gorgeous. Creamy vanilla cream, a bit of amber, powdery and warm, a hint of teak, and sweetness (but not bubblegum!) from the lotus. I can see why this is so treasured. I am now even more eager to get my Glowing Vulva Bath Oil!

Simplicity and innocence, gleefully despoiled! Sugared rose. Sugared rose, indeed. Maybe a touch of vanilla? Hope is a pretty sweet pink rose.
-
Chocolate, mint, and lime. It is a little medicinal at first, but quickly settles down. This is cute and fun.
-
Milk Chocolate, Raw Ginger, and Butterscotch is just that. AS it dries down, the chocolate and butterscotch recede--the chocolate all but disappearing--and I'm left with a sweetly spicy ginger, very much like Mother Ginger.
-
Ylang ylang and... jasmine? This is Ginbane! Instant headache.
-
Lemon and eucalyptus, heavy on the lemon. I love lemon, so something this lemony really can't lose. It's a little astringent, though, definitely for aromatherapy and not daily wear.
-
Andra said, "Lavender, but not" and that's my reaction to it, too. I get lavender and lime which sounds weird but is actually really nice. I'm not much of a lavender fan, but this is a good lavender blend. (Maybe it helps that I *love* lime!)

I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets olives/olive oil from this. That, and something burnt. Very strange and not relaxing in the least.
-
Citrus and lime! This is cute and cheerful, but I always forget to use it. I need it in an automatic room diffuser.
-
Lavender, lavender. I use this when I travel--especially flying. I don't know if it's the Safari or the power of suggestion, but I do think it helps calm my nerves (I'm a terribly nervous traveler).
-
Oranges and ginger? I don't know what's underneath the oranges, but I don't like it very much. Not that it matters, if I'm not wearing Moxie as perfume, I suppose. I don't think I'll use more than my imp, though.

I don't understand TKO. There are a few BPAL blends that I just can't pin down, and this is one of them. What does it smell like? I don't know. I feel like the more I try to smell it, the less I am able to smell it. I'd say vanilla-lavender, but that's too simple for what it actually is. It's sweet and cozy and unlike any other sleep oil I've tried. Bottom line is, it smells good and it works.

Oof is all menthol-eucalyptus. I've been prone to sinus trouble recently, and this is just what I needed.
-
Love the Grr! It's super-minty and cheerful. I haven't used it for headache relief, I've been using it more as a pick-me-up. Works great for that!

Ugh! I love the Panaceas, but I don't really understand Ugh. It's lemony-eucalyptus, but what do I *do* with it? I ended up rubbing it on my sore legs, but my Lab-fresh imp wasn't very full so I didn't get much mileage out of it. I suppose I chould have mixed it with a carrier oil, but I was too sore to think about all of that. I used it right before bed and felt less sore in the morning, but I don't know how much of that I can attribute to the Ugh. I liked it well enough to give it another chance, though, either in the bath or in massage oil form.

Wow, anyseka has a good nose. I was thinking lavender and maybe chamomile or lilac, but I happened to see her post above and she nailed it right on the head. Lavender, jasmine, and sandalwood. I'm not of fan of lavender nor jasmine, but I actually like them together here. This is a very soothing blend. I usually like TKO or Yvaine at bedtime, but this one might find a place on my bedside table as well.

Lavender and something sharp and astringent. Eucalyptus, maybe? I'm not a big fan of lavender, but I do think the Somnium blends work.
-
Cathode is minty and ozoney, and the oakmoss stays in check for once! I like this but not as much as some of the other clean, ozoney blends.

I love this soap--but I'm a sucker for black soap. It has a soft candy smell--I can't pick out any type of candy in particular.
