  1. Wet: Okay, I know it says "clean" in the description.. but I didn't expect it to smell THIS clean! Clean, sweet, tobacco. A little ozone-y.

Dry: Everything in the wet stage, plus some leather.

I.. am surprised by how much I like this! Not typically a fan of leather. Not sure that it's bottle worthy, but I definitely want to hold onto my imp.

  2. Wet: Amaretto and cherries!

Dry: The coconut has appeared, though it has more of a toasted coconut kind of smell to it. This is mostly just coconuts and amaretto now; the cherry scent has mostly faded, but there's still some sweetness left over.

    Yum!

  3. Wet: Fruit fruit fruit fruit fruit and fruit. The currants are sticking out to me the most, but it's more or less a giant fruit salad.

Dry: Currants are still the stars of the show. It's very, very juicy smelling. I think I can pick out some cantaloupe now as well, but much like the wet stage, it's basically just a giant fruit salad.

  4. Wet: A sweeter, chillier version of normal Dorian. Dorian and vanilla snow?

Dry: YUM. Okay. The snowy aspect of the blend has died off, and it smells like marzipan and Dorian now.

    This is SO, so good.

(As a side note; there's a lot of comparisons to Snow White in the reviews. It's been years since I've tried that blend, but it was absolutely HORRIBLE on my skin, so I'm not getting the comparison.)

  5. Wet: Something citrus(grapefruit?), and floral. Ozone as well. Definitely has that "hazy" quality to it. On the sweet side!

Dry: Okay, may not grapefruit? Still some citrus, floral, and ozone. The ozone is much lighter now, and the sweetness has amped up. I think the floral might be jasmine, but it usually turns soapy on my skin, and is not here.

So... a sweet citrus-floral with ozone.

  6. Wet: Warm sandalwood and mandarins. Lovely!

Dry: The sandalwood is a little stronger than the wet stage now, but I'm still getting some sweetness from the mandarin and mango. I can see how this could go soapy on some people, but it's rather flattering on me! Keeper.

  7. Wet: WHEW, that grapefruit went straight up my nose. Grapefruit, and apple blossom!

Dry: The ginger showed up, and there's something... medicinal-smelling about the blend now. It's a bit bitter and sour smelling now as well. For some reason this combination of notes just is NOT working on me.

  8. Wet: Much lighter and cleaner smelling than I thought! The coconut, tobacco, and linen are mostly what I'm getting. It's quite nice!

Dry: The bay rum has come out in full force! The tobacco note is gone. There's still a clean linen smell, a little coconut, and just a hint of leather.

I much, much preferred the wet stage!

  9. A nearly-narcotic blend of opiate-touched bark and blossom reflective of the bleakness and solitude of winter, the quietest point of the year : black opium poppy, bamboo pulp, ylang ylang, lavender, chamomile and white sandalwood.

Wet: Sharp lavender, chamomile, and something with a "green" quality to it. The bamboo pulp, I'm guessing.

Dry: A lovely lavender chamomile scent; I'm glad the initial sharpness from the lavender ended up fading away. The name of this blend is pretty much perfect, I can see a lot of people putting this on before they go to bed. Very relaxing.

  10. Wet: Cherry and a little bit of honey! Kind of giving me a Luden's cough drop vibe. (If you've never had them, Luden's cherry cough drops taste like candy. I'm not even sure they're that effective, but they taste good, and they're always in my cupboard.)

Dry: Sweet cherries, a hint of honey... and a tad bit of baby powder. BAH.

I'll still hold on to my imp, but this would have been bottle-worthy if it wasn't for the baby powder smell.

  11. Wet: Cold, slightly minty, vanilla-coated cherries.

Dry: With anything cherry, I think a lot of people worry about it going cough-syrupy. Well here, the cherry hasn't! ... Mainly because it's totally gone now. :| All I can really smell is a sweet vanilla mint.

While I do like it(the mint is light enough for me; I'm not really fond of the scent of mint), I think it's a bit disappointing that the cherry didn't last long.

  12. Wet: Red musk and .... sugar. Strawberry candy, maybe.

Dry: A lovely sugared red musk. It's about 50/50 on my skin, and I'm pleasantly surprised! I was worried the red musk would dominate too much, but it's sharing nicely with whatever sugary-sweetness is in this blend.

I'll be holding on to my decant! I'm surprised this wasn't more popular.

  13. Wet: Hot chocolate and cinnamon!

Dry: Faded hot chocolate and cinnamon! I'm glad the coffee never comes out on me, because it's not a note I'm particularly fond of.

Also of note; my skin can be sensitive to cinnamon, and it's never been an issue with this blend.

  14. Wet: Rich vanilla cake and currants. Sweet, foodie perfection.

Dry: A little bit sweeter than the wet stage, with all the same notes. Vanilla cake soaked in currants. Delicious. Amazing. A must-try for all foodie lovers!

  15. Wet: Sweet, warm, amber. A slight bit of sandalwood, as well?

Dry: The amber is lighter, and I'm not sure it was sandalwood I was smelling earlier. This is the smell of.. oak? Teak? Whatever it is, I'm not the biggest fan.

Amber does really well with aging, so I'm going to set this aside for a while. If it doesn't improve with age, I'll be letting go of it.

  16. Wet: Much fresher smelling than I thought this would be! Lilies and opium.

Dry: Very similar to the wet stage... but now there's some soapiness going on. :( This was going to be a surprise hit for me, but Soapy McSoaperson had to go and ruin it for me.

  17. Wet: Grass, something herbal, a little tobacco, and... soap.

Dry: The green cognac has come out, and is very distinct. Blending in nicely with the tobacco. It's become only borderline-soapy now, which is a major improvement. This is much, much better than the wet stage.

I'm torn on this scent. I think I'll be OK with just a decant's worth.

  18. Wet: Milk chocolate! There's something almost dusty or powdery smelling to it, too. Like cocoa powder, sitting on top of hot chocolate when it's not mixed in enough.

Dry: Just about identical to the wet stage, only with the addition of something vanilla-y. Marshmallow, maybe?

This is a great chocolate blend! Better than bliss, IMO.

  19. Unexpected... but I'd have to agree with previous reviewers; this smells like fruity cereal. I'm getting more of a Fruit Loops kinda vibe. Not getting ANY mint, which is what I was hoping for!

After it's been on the hair for a little while, it's much more marshmallow-y.

So... marshmallows and fruit loops. I'm into it.

  20. Wet: Sweet, strong, melon! With something... green. It smells like green, juicy fruits.

Dry: The melon is still there, but not as strong as the wet stage. Still very "green" smelling, and I think I can pick out bamboo and either orange or tangerine now. Less juicy then the wet stage, but still very nice.

Green fruit salad! This is like a "green" version of Fruit Moon on me.

  21. Wet: Ultra-sugary grapefruit and vanilla cream!

Dry: Helllooo, creamsicle! Actually, this may be better than a creamsicle. Still have the grapefruit and vanilla cream, but now the tangerine is in the mix. I can't pick out the lemon peel, but it may be hard to identify with both the grapefruit and tangerine.

Amazing. Wonderful. Highly recommend. My bottle is just about gone, and I wanted to squeeze in this review before it was.

  22. Wet: Cold, ethereal florals. Slightly herbal. Borderline-citrus.

Dry: As I feared, this has gone a little soapy. :( Though it's not listed, this smells like it has ozone in it. Slightly sweet, aquatic, cold, green, flowers. Evocative.

If this didn't go soapy on me, it would be bottle worthy!
