  1. Wet: Gingerbread cookie.. with a hint of orange, maybe? Not as strong of a ginger scent as Gingerbread Poppet, but still a prominent ginger note to my nose.

Dry: A delicate, sweet ginger. This doesn't have such a baked goods vibe anymore, but it's still nice and "warm" smelling.

  2. 2010 version.

Wet: Spiced vanilla honey. Smooth, and a little musky as well. Amazing.

Dry: Smells very similar to the wet stage. The honey is playing nice, and didn't turn to baby powder on me. Stunning, and it's only gotten better with age.

I HIGHLY recommend picking up a bottle of this if you're a fan of Snake Oil. It's so, so good. :wub2:

  3. Wet: WHOA. Eucalyptus. Very strong eucalyptus. I think this just cleared my sinuses.

    Dry: A faint citrus-eucalyptus. The pine isn't detectable(thankfully), but eucalyptus isn't a scent I'm fond of.

  4. Wet: Very light honey, which I'm assuming is the honey musk coming through. A tiny bit of tea is in the background, but this is mostly honey on my skin. It's very pleasant.

Dry: My skin has almost completely eaten this scent. :( It's now a very faint honey, with a little more sweetness than the wet stage. I'm guessing that's the vanilla bean? It's nice, but I have to press my nose against my wrist to smell it, because there's no throw. Darn.

  5. Wet: A sharp, in your face, woodsy scent. There is nothing subtle about this blend.

Dry: A very "green" dragon's blood. Not as intense as the wet stage, but still not a scent for me.

  6. Wet: Cocoa powder!

Dry: Cocoa powder! This scent is lighter than the initial application, but it still smells exactly the same.

If you're looking for a nice milk chocolate scent, I would highly suggest checking this out! It's awesome, I'm just not sure if I want to smell like this. ;)

  7. Sun-warmed squashes, peppers, salad greens, snap peas, radishes, green onions, and silphium.

Wet: This smells like a... perfumed vegetable garden. Very, very green.

Dry: My skin ate this one up, for sure; this is very light on me. This smells like being outside on a bright sunny day in a vegetable garden. I feel like if you were outside tending your vegetable garden all day then came back inside, this scent is how you would smell.

This is an interesting, evocative scent... but it's not for me.

  8. Wet: Yum! "Warm" and foody. Smells like a slightly sweet cookie fresh out of the oven.

    Dry: Plastic. .... Wtf?! :(

Really, really disappointed. This was so promising!

  9. Wet: Well, I know what every note in this blend smells like... except peony. So I'm guessing that's what I'm smelling! It's a sweet peony scent. Very nice.

Dry: YUM! This is a keeper, for sure. It's a very sweet, peachy floral scent on my skin with a touch of amber. This is a good floral for those who florals usually don't work well on (Read: Me! Florals usually go super soapy on my skin).

The scent dries a bit light on my skin, which just means I'll need to slather it. ;)

  10. Wet: Sharp, sweet patchouli.

Dry: This is a sweet patchouli-leather scent on my skin. No vanilla, no honeysuckle, no sarsaparilla. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't bummed out, as this was the NYCC exclusive I was most looking forward to. :( However, I know a lot of other people would absolutely love this scent.

I'll probably give this a few months to see if it changes. If not, then it's off to swaps!

  11. This is a creamy, delicious vanilla when you first apply it to your skin (I don't take baths, I just rub a small amount of oil into my skin during my showers). As it dries, the rice flower comes out a bit. It is awesome.

If you love vanilla, this is a must have. This easily pairs with a lot of perfumes, as well. ;)

  12. This is a spicy pumpkin pie. Heavy on the pumpkin, and don't expect a dollop of whip cream on top.

This is a MUST for pumpkin or foody lovers. It smells delicious, and lingers on your skin for hours. (I don't take baths, so I take a small amount of oil and rub it into my skin during my showers.) Lovelovelove.

  13. I hate strong lavender. This scent, however, is like a big fluffy lavender marshmallow. It's lovely.

The oil itself sinks into your skin fairly quickly. It isn't greasy, and the scent lingers for quite a while.

    Highly recommended. :D

  14. For Halloween(and Halloween-related events), here's what I'll be wearing:

    Sticky Pillowcase

    Fizzy Jack O Lantern

    Any of the Pumpkin blends

    Ghoulish

    Spiked Punch

And something blood-related for my costume. Haven't really figured out what though! I need to dig through my massive imp collection. (I'm going as a nurse from Silent Hill.)
