  1. Bottle: Wine and leather

Wet: Wine and leather along with herbs and dragon's blood. I don't get along with dragon's blood so I knew right away this wouldn't work on me.

Drydown: It's pretty spicy on me, actually. I don't mind it as much as most dragon's blood blends. Hmmm.

  2. Bottle: Flowers and ozone

Wet: Currant and lavender mix very well together, but I'm not a huge fan of ozone. It's a beautiful scent, very nicely blended though.

Drydown: I'm going to try this again next week, I really like the idea of this scent, but wish the ozone didn't amp on me.

  3. Bottle: Tobacco and booze

Wet: Tobacco and booze are very heavy here. I can get a tiny amount of melon up my nose, but that's it. This is not for me!

Drydown: The same, just tobacco and booze.

  4. Bottle: Booze, lemon and mint

Wet: Ooh, this a very light and summery. The wormwood, anise and hyssop are combining to just be general 'booze' in my mind. But I definitely pick up the mint and lemon.

Drydown: I would definitely wear this when the seasons change. It's a gorgeous scent that comes off exactly as described!

  5. Bottle: Almond and cinnamon

Wet: Sweet almond, vanilla and cinnamon are all vying for my attention, the cinnamon is winning. I don't exactly get frankincense, more of an impression.

Drydown: The cinnamon is almost all I can smell right now, but it's very sweet. I like it.

  6. Bottle: Sweet musk

Wet: Very sweet musk with creaminess, but no coconut.

Drydown: I really wanted coconut from this, so I'm disappointed. I'm gonna hold on to it for a while, see if it ages.

  7. Bottle: Ginger and musk

Wet: Unfortunately I'm already amping the florals! :P I so badly wanted this to be ginger, vanilla and musk. I can definitely smell those three things, but in the background.

Drydown: *Pouts* this is still all floral on me, and one that doesn't work. It smells very nice in the bottle, so I might try it again in a scent locket.

  8. Bottle: Red currant

Wet: Red Currant and green tea are very prominent, but the whole scent gives a very asian feel to it.

Drydown: I think I can kinda smell the sake and cherry blossom, but that might be my imagination.

I really like this scent, it's very fruity and uplifting.

  9. Bottle: Cream! Like hit you in the face cream!

Wet: Cream, amber and teak! Mmm, yum!

Drydown: I wish the teak would come out more and play, it's hiding in the background. But I like this a lot. I'm not sure about a bottle, I'll have to try it again. It's very creamy and warm and comforting.

  10. Bottle: bubble-gum

Wet: Woo, the bubble-gum is very strong! I get the lollipop scent, but not necessarily orange or cherry lollipops, more in general. The bubblegum smells like bazooka to me, which my father chewed when I was a little kid.

Drydown: The womanly perfume has just started to come out now. This blend makes me smile also, it's just happy and fun!

  11. Bottle: Musk and cinnamon

Wet: Mmm, chocolate covered cherries and cinnamon mix with the musk. This might be the most interesting BPAL blend I've ever tried. It's my first enraged musk. The musk smells very animalistic.

Drydown: I don't get any vanilla, which I think I'm happy about because it's already so complex. The musk is amping a bit on me, so I'm scared. I think I like it, but it's so different from any other bpal I've tried that I've gotta get used to it.

  12. Bottle: Cinnamon

Wet: Cinnamon and almond. I don't usually like almond unless it's ameretto, but I really like this!

Drydown: Much spicier and hotter than Chimera, which I tested along with this. I'm not sure which I like better, but I do like them.

  13. Bottle: Patchouli and herbs

Wet: I already knew this was not a good scent for me. Even though patchouli is low on the ingredient list, it's practically all I can smell. A bit of cedar and myrrh, no sandalwood.

Drydown: The cedar comes out much better here, but again, not my scent.

  14. Bottle: Clove

Wet: Clove and Orange. I annointed my husband's wallet, the inside of it, to keep the money in.

He's the breadwinner in our family and we're hoping he'll get a great review, a bonus and a raise this month.

Drydown: I also smell a bit of the metallic scent that makes me think money. Hopefully I'll report back with positive feedback!

  15. Grand, courtly and robust: a glittering, golden scent that would do Louis XIV proud. Gilded red and gold citrus with amber, ruby roses, jasmine and orris.

    Bottle: Ugh, floral!

Wet: The amber has already almost disappeared on me, and the floral has amped. The rose and jasmine are overwhelming.

Drydown: Yep, amber's gone and the florals insanely amped!

  16. Bottle: Lime and grapefruit

Wet: Lime, grapefruit and some complexity that I can't put my finger on. It makes it more than just a 'fruit' blend.

Drydown: Unfortunately the rose amped quite a bit. I think I'll have to try this on a less hormonal day!
