About Walgreens, we don't have a Walgreens here, which is a shame! I had a good search through the website, and these are some things I could pick: EOS lipbalm in Strawberry Sorbet, Haribo peaches, Home Scent Home gell fill candle in Mixed Berries, Jelly Belly beans Ice Cream Parlor mix, Yes to Cucumbers facial towelettes, two Wallgreens votives in Spiced Apple and a Old Williamsburgh Country Creams scented candle in Apple Cinnamon.

 

I live near a brick and morter location for a really, really good spice store. Would you use cooking spices and if you would, what would you need (it's Penzey's if you want to google it)?

I would love more spices for in my kitschen, I don't have many. Things that sound nice to me are the Grill & Broil mini gift box, Baker's assortment 4 jar, Cocoa Lover's and Some Like it Hot . For the loose spices, I would like the smallest amounts just to try them out, because I am not really experianced in the kitschen but I would love to play around with them. I'd like to put them over here, but if I write down every one I would like to try, it would be a huge list, so I'll leave that up to you. But I can tell a bit what I like to make. I love to make Indian chicken dishes, hamburgers, I like to bake (should do that a lot mote often) and I like to drink hot cacao. I also like HOT food! I also heard someone about a catalogue, now I know that there aren't any Penzey's right here, and I know they have one in PDF, but I'd lust love a catalogue in paper just to go through and get idea's!

 

Do you like knitted goods? If so, what would you like, what colors, and do you have any sensitivites or preference when it comes to type of yarn (ex: wool: yay or nay? Do you prefer machine washable materials? Do you not care?)?

YES! I am just dying for a very long knitted scarf, or a collar type one, but a slouchy beanie would also be very welcome (and a sweater or cardigan, too, but I know that is not really doable LOL)! For the winter, I like purple, grey, black, red, dark blue, pink, green or white. I do not have any sensitives, so wool would be yay! I like stuff to be machine washable, but it's not a MUST.

 

Hey swap partner...could you use a new mug?

I actually got a gorgeous mug from my Switch Witch, but I could use another cute one!

 

Is there any kind of regional food/treat/drink that your really miss or want to try?

Beef jerky, but my Switch Witch told me that it isn't allowed to be shipped from the USA. I always love to try out candy or treats that I cannot get here in the Netherlands, or certain variations, like some blends of Jelly Beans!

 

Dear Snow Bunnies: Do you do a Christmas tree? If yes is it themed or specially colored or do you just have all different ornaments and such?

And yes, I will be doing a tree this year!I didn't do one for years, because it was just... financially not possible, so out Christmasses have been really simple. But now, things are better! We will be looking for a small fake tree (we live on a 30 m2 appartment, so not much room). Hmm, I didn't really think about themes yet, but I did go to the shop to get some ideas. I really liked white/snowwy/glittery things, like white crystallised snowballs with white feathers in them, or I saw a white Bambi-like deer that was too cute! I would say, a lot of white and silver.

 

Would you like a special ornament?

Now, a question of my own: I know some people are squicked out at the idea of eating things that other people make, or the thought of deep fried cookies sends them into cardiac arrest. If you were my fox, would you like to receive some homemade goodies, or would you prefer that your goodies came from the store?

I would LOVE homemade goodies! And I do not have any allergies, so that's really nice! Although I try to avoid SLS, parabens and silicons in my beauty products if I can.

Yes, I would love something winter of Christmas themed! But, in a stylish way, I don't really like childisch prints in red and green. But if you could find something that's elegant and sleek, my lovely Fox-to-be, I would be very thankful!

 

My lovely fluffy Snow Bunny, would you like a bodyscrub made by me? If so, what scent(s) would you like, if you had to think along the lines of essential oils? And would you prefer sugar or salt? A dryer scrub or one that's more oily/moist?

Yes, I would love some! I use scrubs a lot so I go through them pretty quickly! As for essential oils, I like orange, cedar, vanilla, cinnamon (but that one can be a bit difficult to use as it may be irritating), that kind of scents, warming scents especially. If I make them for myself I mostly use 50/50 salt/sugar, and a pretty good amount of oil.

 

Dear snow bunny, do you like candles? if yes, then what kind? scented (what scents), unscented, what colors, do you like them plain/painted on the outside/with decorations attached to the surface/sculpted?

I ADORE candles, especially scented ones! I like them in all kinds of sizes and shapes. I would love to have a very big candle with multiple wicks, or tiny ones that can float on water. But also, regular pillar ones, votives, jars... I love them all! For the winter, I'd love spicy, warming scents, and also bakery scents! My favorite colours for them would be white, silver, red, orange and gold. As said, my experiance is also that candles with decorations on the outside tend to burn, so.. Maybe one in a jar that's just pretty looking would be better?

 

Also what do you think of little soaps?

You mean guest soaps? Yes, I could use a few, but we don't go through soap a lot, so please don't send me loads of them hihi! As for scents, please have a look at the candle & scrub questions!

I love them both, and I love Sockdreams! Never had the oppertunity to buy from there, but I already have spent many hours drooling over everything!

I love coffee, but don't have a coffee machine at the moment, so if I drink it at home I like to use the hot water solvable one (with caffeine). But I rather drink hot chocolate or tea in this case. I totally love aromatic spicy apple-y teas, or mint variations, or green teas. Not so much of the black teas.

 

Who else here loves or would like to try Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics? If so, what would you like?

I added stuff from OCC in my Amazon. But I'd also love any samples of their loose eyeshadows, pigments, glitters, lip tars, foundations, everything what you can make one of! So, for example, if you have a favorite Lip Tar, just squeeze out a little bit in a mini jar and you'll make me very happy!

 

Have you tried anything from Cocoa Pink and if so, what products and scents do you like or would like to try?

I really loved Cocoa Pink once, but ordering internationally at them is not a pleasure at all (well, my past experience at least), so, if a Fox should consider ordering for me and letting it shipped to her/him first, that would be great! They have such great foody smells! And they have whipped soap. I. Freakin. Love. Whipped. Soap. Oh, and about my wishlist, you'll see 10 scents listed behind every Cocoa Pink item on my Amazon wishlist. These aren't just for the item they are listed behind, but I would like any item listed on my wishlist in any fragrance that is somewhere on my wishlist .

 

Anybody into nail polish? Any color or formula preferences?

I really love the look of nail polish, but I just cannot work with any, I am just a disaster in it.

In pure form? Honey: yes PLEASE! For beeswax, I wouldn't know what to do with the raw stuff but I like beeswax candles or something like that!

I read way less than I would like to. I am dying to try one of the Dark Delicacies books, and there are a few books about make-up on my Book Depository list. I would LOVE to read a good horror, or get a book with ideas and techniques about make-up looks. Also, a book about cupcakes or cookies would be lovely!

Do you enjoy things that taste like roses? For example chewing gum, turkish delight, delicious goo that you eat by the spoonful out of a glass jar? Also, same question about mastic. Would you be interested in trying it out?

I don't know yet, but our lovely Chielamera is currently making me some hard candy with rose flavour! I'd love to try something else, too, but no chewing gum please. The goo sounds fab, haha! Same for the mastic, haven't tried it, but I would love to, as long as it's not gum (I am just not really a gum chewer).

Yes, I would love a CD with all the tracks like All I Want for Christmas by Mariah Carey or White Christmas, stuff like that.

I can tolerate heat pretty well, I even loved spicy food when I was supposed to eat baby food, lol. I like it hot, but I need to still be able to taste something, I don't want things to be that hot that's it's just... hot. For savory food, I like it more to be spicy than sweet.

The first Christmas my boyfriend and I were together, which was in 2007, my boyfriend had a silver heart, with best friends on it, broke it in half and we have one half each. Although I don't wear it a lot anymore (most people tend to think that it's more for younger teens, so I am searching for something that is more elegant), I love it to death and I covet it so much... Yes, please! I'd adore some antique-looking tiny box for 5 BPAL bottles or so, to make it my top 5 box. I also would like something prettier for my decants (I store them in a 50 slot ammo box right now). My decant-supply box is an old shoe box and it's a mess, so if you would come with something that would organise it better, that'd be welcomed.

 

Coffee or tea? With caffine or without? Flavors (if so, what?) or no? Whole bean/ground/loose leaf/bags?

Tea (or instant coffee with caffeine). I like Forest Berry tea, or a nice peppermint or Turkish apple. I both like loose tea and tea bags, I really need to get a nice tea egg or something, because mine.. well.. just let's say that it's ready for replacement, haha!

 

Do you have a strong preference for any sort of bath and body brands?

I try to avoid SLS, silicons and parabens. I Haus of Gloi and BPTP for all the products I can get, and the thing that's left then is shampoo, and I use that one from Avalon Organics, but I am still on the lookout for shampoo and conditioner from a nice e-tailer that is scented like.. cupcakes, or cookies, or red musk or, you know, any BPAL scent, lol. I tried Cocoa Pink but I am not too fond of them at the moment, so... I just think BPTP should make hair care stuff! But I am certainly willing to try other bath & body brands that are organic or mostly natural!

Oh my god, those Burlesque candles sound perfect for me! Pornography is just the scent for me, and Sex Kitten sounds amazing! I'd love tarts as well. The scents I'd pick for those would be Insomniac, Silk Sheets, Wench, Kitchen Alchemy, Don't Make Baby Jesus Cry, Tease, Innocence and Satin Sheets. I'd also like to try the experiments #3 and #5. Do you need special recipies, or is there something you'd like to be made or baked for you?

I always love new recepies to try, as long as they don't require hi-tech kitschen stuff or complicated steps. I love baking, but I am very unexperienced. I'd LOVE to receive homemade/baked food by my fox, but I am afraid that, since I live overseas, that might be not possible? I'd love any candy or sweets (but no peanut butter, please), but maybe something like marmalade or chutney or anything that can stay fresh longer?

Speaking about candles, how much do you look forward to the BPTP candles that will be launched on Etsy? I don't know if there will be other scents than the Samhain and Pumpkin Cookie one, but is there a specific one you are longing for?

Wheeeee they were gone before I even got up! It broke my heart, since that was the item (especially the Pumpkin Cookie one) that I wanted the most from the BPTP Halloween release!

Not really that I can think of right now. I really do like anything that has to do with the universe, planets and stars though.

I do not have issues with anything used, as long as it's still in a nice condition. I am also not afraid of the bedbug, so clothes are also welcome!

Lemon curd!!! Lemon marmalade woul be a no, and I generally go for other flavours in cake or cookies than lemon, but lemon curd is just... pure love.

If you are my Fox, really, I like pink pretty much! I could imagine a scarf in pink as a statement piece!

 

What are your opinions on traditional holiday cookie flavorings? I'm thinking anise and cardamom in particular.

I don't know what cookies taste like with those flavourings, but I'd love to try some!

 

Do you like artisan oils and vinegars?

I don't really use oils and vinegars. I don't make dressings or sauces of my own (well, only one to dip my Pringles in lol), so I am afraid that they'd just be standing around here. Although I totally love the look of those chique tall bottles with some fruits or twigs in it with the oil. They are so lovely as decoration!

 

Any crafty pursuits you've been dying to experiment with? Would you like a little kit of something you've never tried? Do you need any particular items for your new or existing stash?

I would love to do something crafty. I don't have a lot of space though. I made Pergamano stuff years ago, and sold all my tools. I am so sad about that! I'd like a lot of things to try out, as long as it doesn't need a lot of skill. I can work precise, but I am not good at drawing for example. Oh, maybe a good one: painting by numbers, but then the more complicated stuff (I mean, not those children projects hahaha)? Oh and I'd love stuff to make scrubs with/add to scrubs. For example fruit powders, seeds, oils and such.

 

Bunny, could you use a 2012 calendar, and, if so, do you like big monthly ones or the page-a-day type?

Yes I could use one! My 2011 calender is an Escher one, a big monthly one. I'd love something cats or fantasy themed, or with forest/nature things on it. I do think a page-a-day one is.. a bit of a paper/tree waste? Oooh or one with hot guys like Jason Statham, Alan Rickman, Vinnie Jones, Johnny Depp, that would be the best calender ever! And there may also be some hot girls on there too (Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman, Adriana Lima), well, because.. I like them too.

I like both, but I overate a bit on the dark one lately, so I'd like some milk chocolate now. But I also like white!

Both would be great! I am more needy of socks, if I must be honest, but I just LOVE shawls. They are great to spice up my basic outfits.

I would, but it must have a good drainage system. I found one that has that, but it's white plastic, like, really ugly.

Are you a Harry Potter fan?

I love the movies and the books, but I am not really a fan. I am wondering if the last movie already came out in the USA? It didn't here yet.. I'd also adore the part before that (movie 7 part 1) on DVD.
