What strange misc. items would you love to receive that you just haven't gotten for yourself?

I can't think of any right off the bat, but it's likely I will as soon as I walk away for a minute. If I think of anything I'll put it on my non-BPAL wishlist.

 

How do you feel about franken polish? Are you okay with all chemicals, or would you prefer 3 free? Would you want glitter or holographic glitter? What colors would interest you?

That'd be interesting, I've never had one before, just bog standard ones from the store - for colors, the ColourLovers link up at the top should give a basic idea of what I like. Both types of glitter are fine, though I will say I'm curious about crackle polishes.

 

Dear witchee, how do you feel about lip balm? Favorite style (twist up tube, pot, tube with wand, etc.)? Favorite flavors? Flavors to avoid? Favorite brand? Do you need more right now or are you set? Are you one of those people who could never have enough lip balm even though you have a bowl on your dresser overflowing with them and 10 in your purse and an order for more on the way?

Yeah, I'm definitely one of those people that always has tons of them (and subsequently loses one or two on any given day) - I don't so much like orange, since it tends to smell and taste fake (to me). Other citrus fruits are okay, and despite that I'm not a huge fan of eating chocolate, I love how it smells. Basically the same rules apply to everything else - if it's fruity or foody I'll take it! Any style is fine and I don't really have a favorite brand.

 

Would you be interested in getting fountain pen inks or art supplies via JetPens and or DickBlick?

Yes, I love JetPens! And Dick Blick, but I shop there less often. I keep thinking I should visit their brick and mortar store in my city, but it's a bit of a drive and subsequently I'm torn between that and paying for shipping, which I'm too cheap to do since the store's right there, and so on ad infinitum.

 

For those interested in watercolors, how would you feel about getting a palette filled with paint from my watercolor tubes but not getting the paint tube itself?

Or, anything with lots of spires and windy streets and all that jazz!

Do you wear t-shirts? Are there particular things you like on them? Would you like one designed by your Witch? And, if you don't mind saying, what size t-shirt do you wear?

Yes - anything that fits my interests, or just a nice looking design that's not related to anything in particular, and I would love a custom design. In crewnecks I can wear a small or medium (M is probably safer), in ladies' between L and 2XL depending on brand. Measurements are at the top of the post.

 

How do you feel about pumpkin scented things? Not perfume related, but soap, candles, etc...

I love 'em - I was especially fond of B&BW's Perfect Autumn (I think that was the name, anyway) line a while back, I wish I'd stocked up on those candles.

 

Has anyone else heard of or does anyone else love Glamourkin?

I looked them up for the first time just now, they're very nice but I'm not sure I'd wear a pendant like that.

Used to, but not much anymore. I like General Grevious. I loved the (2D) Clone Wars miniseries, possibly more than any other part of the canon/media.

TBH I can't recall having thin and crunchy jerky, but I'd be open to trying it.

I like cute-creepy as much as actually creepy, to a certain extent. I'd rather you not make cutouts of the monsters from Amnesia: The Dark Descent and arrange for them to pop out of my box, for example. (Actually now that I think about it, that would be a fantastic idea...)

A multi-storey house with tons of separate rooms for all of the things I'd collect, being such a luxuriously rich person and all , definitely a library and gallery, maybe a smaller room for my smellies, a huge kitchen and a personal chef. 'Course I'd shoo them out when I wanted to do it on my own, which I would, because I'd have a fully stocked pantry and top of the line appliances. Oh, and I'd probably have some pets too, like a Welsh corgi and a rainbow boa. Am I sounding delusional enough yet?

 

What do you really NOT want?

Lipstick and yarn. The former, I don't wear, and the latter, I probably wouldn't use and I'd feel bad just having it sitting there when there are many deserving yarnies it could go to. Unless it's part of a kit or something, that I'd probably try.

Soap, as I don't have a loofah and they tend to fall apart on me when I have used them in the past. Scrubs tend to stick together well enough to use without, I think. I like foody, spicy, resinous and fruity scents - basically anything that I'd like in a perfume.

At the moment? Robert Glenister. I just started watching this show he's on, Hustle, and aaah. I just want to have coffee with him and a chat and go shopping for old books and we can be friends, right? Right? (So adorable.) And really it doesn't hurt that his character is undoubtedly the coolest on the show. Same goes for Benedict Cumberbatch and Chris Evans.

Ohhh yes. Both. Finally bought a french press recently, so much easier and better than those drip ones. I'd love to try new types!

The (new) Tron soundtrack, any Ratatat or Gnarls Barkley album. And I like mp3s, makes it easier - though I do find a charm in getting hardcopies (so to speak).

Sticks / cones are easier - anything that stands upright. I've got some charcoal discs and I like how pungent resins and loose incense are, but it is a bit inconvenient so I don't go for it nearly as often. I love Fred Soll and Nippon Kodo - I think one of our own forumites also had a shop, and the scents were great, but I can't recall their store name and they may have had to close. It was a while ago, and my memory is failing me right now.

 

Harry Potter - a fan? If so, what house are you?

Sort of. I like Slytherin but I am probably a Hufflepuff. :c

China Glaze sexy in the city, Orly's halleys comet and it's not rocket science. Those are the only ones I have (wow, completely misread this question when I was first answering it) but those are the types of colors I like.
