What movie scared the bejeezus out of you as a child? The Shining and the original Nightmare on Elm Street

Whatever (John Scalzi's Blog - sci-fi/fantasy author), The Pink Pigtail Inn (WoW Blog), Lush forums (though I mostly lurk), Etsy (when I'm really bored at work I window shop >.<), I've also gone through phases where I've read alot of nail polish and MMU blogs.

Do you like the Muppets? Which is your favorite? Yes, Hmmm I think Beaker is my favorite - he was always soooo trapped! Then Animal and Statler & Waldorf (??? yeah, I must have been a weird kid). I HATE Miss Piggy, she was such a diva, that I wouldn't mind punting her somewhere!

If you could have any creature (real or imaginary) as a pet, what would it be? A black panther and a mink

Comfort Rereads?: I re-read alot of my books, but I don't consider them comfort re-reads.

Will you be going out of town during the round, or is there any other time during the round when it would not be ideal for you to receive a package from your witch? Nope I'll be here all the time.

If you are in school now, what classes are you taking? Does anything you are currently studying really interest you? (if you are not in school, is there anything you are trying to learn?) Not in school, but trying to continuously learn about myself in general.

What animal would your daemon be? Alternately, your patronus. I got Sensitive Soul on a Daemon test and kinda went.. "huh?" Then again I cry really easy at most movies... so I guess I do have a very sappy side, but I try not to pay much attn. to it.

What's YOUR favorite word? Bauble - don't ask, I don't really know why, but it just feels neat trying to say it.. lol!

Do you have a special symbol or totem that is meaningful to you? Phoenix - which made finding BPAL very apropo!

Do you need a box for your bpal bottles? Your imps? Your something else to put in a box stuff? I could always use boxes!

If you could be any person, being, or animal from Fantasy what or who would you be? I would love to be Anita Blake before she got really slutty. I used to love how she would be no nonsense kick ass and ready to die for her principles.. (I know alot of peeps like the way the character went, and in general I don't mind it, but I think she was actually stronger and more interesting before she turned into a nympho)

If you could go back to any point in time, where, when, why? I would like to go back to Victorian England and experience a debutante ball.. as a debutante of course! Yeah I'm shallow and have read waaaay too many romances in that time period.

Favorite Halloween Candy/Treat? Sugar Daddies and chocolates

What are your favorite baked goods/homemade treats? Oy, I love baked goods, cakes, brownies, candies.. it's hard to go wrong here... as long as it's horribly unhealthy or if you can hide the fact that it's healthy very well, teehee! I especially love homemade Chex Mix.. cause I never make it myself!

Would you be interested in an astrology birth chart? Hmm hard one, I've dabbled lightly in this... I would like one if it came with a reading not generated by software? Or if it's drawn/done in an artistic way...

Socks? Sock Dreams? Anyone? I love Sock Dreams. Thigh highs, Leg/Arm Warmers, and fingerless gloves. Fav purchases have been - the micro fiber chenille arm/leg warmers (I love how squishy super soft they are!) and the super long ribbed leg warmers. I know it sounds odd that I live in Hawaii and use these, but sometimes it gets cold here and we don't have heaters in our house!

What is something you use to comfort yourself when feeling yucky, depressed, or in pain? Hot long baths, curling up in bed with a good easy to read fantasy book. Unicorns, elves and dragons come take me away???

Favorite Halloween/Scary movies/books: The first thing that popped into mind were the old Abbot and Costello movies with Frankenstein and Dracula and all that, but I don't know if that's really is considered Halloween or even scary.

What would the name of your custom blend be? The description? Seriously I have no talent in this way. It was really hard answering the question on the Questionnaire. Perfumes seem to be a big mystery to me and I love approaching them with a child's innocence.

COMIC BOOKS. Do you read them? Are there any series you like, or some you would like to try? Not really into comics, I did like "The Sandman" by Neil Gaiman ages ago... but I'd say comics are the last thing I would try.

Warm drinks? I love reg. and raspberry hot chocolate and lots of tea. Real tea please.. not herbal or rooibos type. I don't like mulled wine or anything like that though.

When you go to an etsy wishlist, it will tell you what things are sold. If you click on the sold item, sometimes it will give options that are similar to what was sold, but not identical, would you like the similar item or prefer not to get it at all unless it's the same item? How picky are you? Not that picky, I tend to like an artist's work in general. Though what is on my list will most likely be my favorite piece.

Do you wear make up? Yes, though the amount I wear varies on my mood. I would say I'm a medium user - definitely for work and maybe on the weekends. I do like to collect tons of colors though, because I do community theatre and can get away with wild super vivid/sparkly crazy stuff there!

Disney movies, Yay or Nay, and favourites if you do like them? Umm more like meh??? Not all that interested, sorry.

Do you have A VCR, DVD Player or Blue Ray or a combo of the three? DVD and Blue Ray

Would you like custom icons as a gift? No thank you, I don't use any... *eyes her boring profile* Hmm on second thought, maybe I SHOULD say yes? Lol! I would have to say that on this I would be pretty picky... I'm picky about how phoenix are portrayed.

What is your favourite snack food, something you could grab any time? Candy bars and Lays potato chips.

Ebooks: No thank you, I love paperbacks.

Nail Polish: Love them, have a nice collection.. I'm like a magpie and love brights and sparklies and shinies! Neutrals not so much. Would love to get my hands on BB Couture's Kelly's Green or OPI's Alice in Wonderland.

Soft/plushy things: Umm if they are cute and small (shorter than hand height?) I'd be up for it... don't have much room for more.

What hobby/craft would you like to learn how to do? Nothing at the moment, I have lots of half finished projects around the house. >.<

For those who decorate for Halloween, do you prefer cute decorations or creepy ones?: I love both, though cute tends to win out.

Also, as part of the cute-or-creepy question, would you want hand made, molded, glazed (by yours truly!) ceramic decorations (napkin rings, potporri/tart warmers, etc) to add to your stock? Oh that would be wonderful! I envy all you blessed with craftiness!

how do you feel about mortars and pestles: I haven't ever used them.

Is there anything you have a phobia of, or that would make you go "squick" if you saw it in a package? Bugs.. not that I can imagine anyone giving me bugs, but yeah.. unless they are like cute - like a stuffed spider beanie baby... but realistic bugs.. no thank you!

Are you into Austen's books? No, not at all

Do you read Tarot cards? If not, would you be interested? I do dabble every once in a blue moon. I own several decks all that were picked because they really appealed to me. The Shadowscapes deck is the deck I'm currently coveting.

So for those of you who are into Harry Potter at all, which house do you think you'd be sorted into? Not sure, I would like to be Gryffindor but who knows and right now I'm a tad too lazy to go looking for the quiz.

If you cosplay or need a costume for your bellydance/burlesque hobby (or any other hobby which needs dressup/different from your normal wear), is there anything you need/want for it? No.

Celebrity crush?: Vin Diesel, but please don't gift me anything with him plastered on it. I just crush on him in his movies.. and I have them all. I especially love him The Chronicles of Riddick series... his voice! *swoon*

Do you have any body mods? If so, do you need any new jewelry, o-rings, plugs, etc (and if so, what size, length, etc)? Do you like pro-body mod stickers? No body mods? Do have regular pierced ears but that's it. Don't have a clue of what a pro-body mod sticker is...

Booze. Do you drink it, would you like some: I do drink it, I don't think you should send me any unless it's a chocolate cordial-ish type of thing. I'm pretty sure Hawaii doesn't allow it to be shipped here, cause I haven't been able to order any wine!

Hallowe'en plans? Not at the moment, at the very least I'll be passing out candy, but I haven't done that for a bit

Mix CDs? Sure, I love to get introduced to new things.

Girlyness level? I would say.. um Medium? I don't go outta my way to decorate with cute stuff or put bows in my hair or on my clothes. But I can appreciate cute things (if not neccessarily buy them.) I definitely do make up and nails and have a HUGE love for high heels and boots. I like pink and have been told I look good in it... I've never been the type to dot my i's with hearts or doodle cute swirlies. Though you might never know that from the way I seem to abuse emoticons. >.< Oh and lace is... so so? I do love the sparklies, though most times I run outta the house without jewelry.

Okay if you made it this far down the Q & A of doom. I figured I'd post this little bit of extra info about me.

I really do love to try new products and things.. even though it might seem I ruled them out above.. for example you LOVE this particular Rooibos tea and really none of the others compare.. then feel free to send me a sample of it, who knows maybe I just never had the good stuff?? And will fall in love with it? So feel free to try to enable me... that's why I love these forums! (oh though really no.. I don't want any Jane Austen.)
