I love ASIAN HORROR FILMS soooo much! psychological horror movies, Tim Burton movies, old horror movies from the 60's, 70's and 80's. I love but don't have: In Dreams, Sweeney Todd, 3 Extremes asian trio (more to add later when I can think of them!)

Are roasted pumpkin seeds and home made chex mix the best fall snack foods, or what? I like homemade chex mix for New Years, as that's when my mom always made it. Autumn treats in my house are always pumpkin seeds (I usually prefer them shelled) and fresh apple cider. I have been VERY VERY partial to roasted and seasoned SOY nuts and I have been eating them constantly lately!

Whats your favorite pie, my dear SW's? I LOVE pumpkin pie. And I also love Apple pie. everything is apples with me. EVERYTHING, even BPAL. even fake apple flavor is good.

What kinda socks are you wearing tonight? no socks! I only really wear them around the house in late fall to winter. I prefer being barefoot unless I'm FREEZING!

Do you like socks? Blankets? Wrist warmers? Arm warmers? Headband? Shawl? Or what kind of knitted thing would you love the most? I love anything knitted! arm warmers would be awesome, though I already have a lot of them. I think I need a knitted headband the most, because I have very long hair, its hard for me to wear hats, so a headband would keep my earsies warm!

How do you feel about ghost stories? Do you like to tell the old tales around a campfire? Read true accounts on the web way past your bedtime? Do you like to pick up a good anthology of Poe stories on a blustery day? Or is all that too scary for you? omg I LOOOOVE ghost stuff!! Almost everynight I have to tiptoe scared up to bed because I usually read ghost stories every night haha. I also watch ghost hunters (TAPS) every wednesday night, and I LOVE the new episodes. My favorite haunting is the LaLaurie house in New Orleans, and I am currently researching stuff online about the possibility of Edgar Allan Poe haunting his cemetery (since I'm taking Poe class this semester!) I love Poe so much, I am so excited to be taking a class about him!

I wear very dainty danglies from time to time. and I always need more 'special' hair ties that Goody sells, that look like rings cut off of panty hose (no metal and no elastic inside, just fabric)

Any other steampunk fans/lovers? I love the idea of steampunk so so much and I even admire the style a lot, but I can't get into actually wearing the style for some reason. I'm not sure why, maybe for the same reasons Salamandrina has?

Yes! lots of different tea sandwiches (yes they have to be tea sandwiches, the cute tiny ones, lol) in egg salad, turkey, chicken salad etc, cheese and crackers and some great red wine. Black or with cream and/or sugar? Hmm, well I'm not too crazy or extreme about my tea. I have a metal ball for loose tea and some pretty tea cups and organic teas. I think if anything I'd love a sampler of gourmet teas from Teavana or something. I especially like fruit teas and green/white teas.

How do you scent your home: tarts, reed diffusers, BPAL, candles? usually with candles, though I have been out of candles for ages now that I don't have much money. I used to use tarts a lot, those would be awesome!

What's your favorite dessert treat? Ice cream? Cake? Pie? Fudge brownie cake with pie flavored ice cream on top? I've been trying not to eat so much dessert but if I had to pick my favorite dessert regardless of dieting, it would be cheesecake (specifically the Cheesecake Factory's Godiva cheesecake...) and for ice cream my favorite has always been Peppermint Stick.

Do you believe we control our destiny, or does our destiny control us? I believe that our spirits choose a particular lesson, theme so to speak before we even start our lives, and even though we have complete free will we have a longing to do things that would help us to learn that lesson. And if we don't learn that lesson then we just try to learn it in other life/lives.

What one thing that is missing from your life would you like to have above all else? a car. after I get one I can concentrate on the big one. Writing and figuring out my career.

What was your favouritest job ever, and why? Probably working in the Barnes and Noble cafe as a barista. It wasn't the best job, but I got to work with my brother and some awesome people so that in itself made it great.

Honestly I don't think I'd take anything with me because I am such an eclectic music freak that it would drive me insane to listen to the same three albums over and over. What's your favorite candy to stock up on at Halloween? Candy Corn! (and those pumpkins too!) that's really it I think, everything else I can get year round (plus if I restrict myself to just that, it saves the Halloween candy binges that can sometimes happen)

What are your phobias?mostly bugs but I seem to be slightly better about them now than I was. I like to challenge my fears so I like to think I am not afraid of anything. I do think I may have slight OCD since I am constantly terrified that I will get into a car accident, see someone or a child even get hit by a car, or a dog or something.

What is your favourite flower (or plant)? Lilies (any kind really) oddly though I'm not crazy about the note in perfume, I just think they are so pretty.

Duct tape purses and wallets and things are pretty darned cool. Who else thinks so? meh they're cool in concept but I'd rather get something nice and classic that will last.

Who likes coloring books? I had a Little Mermaid coloring book a few years ago when my roomate and I had a itch to color, lol. But I probably wouldn't want one now.

You're in the kitchen at the end of a pay period and groceries are pretty scarce. Do you take the five ingredients you find first and make something fabulous, or do you order take out? definitely look for stuff to make something from scratch. I can't afford to eat out that much. that $25 bucks I could spend on takeout is about a weeks worth of dinner from scratch at the grocery store!

If you could decorate/redecorate any 1 room in your home, what would it be and how would you decorate it? well I live at my parents house and their basement is ATROCIOUS. Like so so terrible. If I had no limit money wise I would totally refurbish their basement for them so they could have more room to do stuff as their house is so tiny. or maybe the bathroom.

Any rabid sports fans out there? What teams do you root for? nope. I'm a Red Sox fan simply because my grandpa's were but that's about it. I'm not a sports person at all.

What's your favorite animal? (You can have more than one.) Mountain Lion! though I really do love all animals, any kind of kitty just resonates with me, especially big ones.

This is how the world ends... zombie apocalypse, robot uprising, alien invasion, return of the elder gods... which doomsday scenario do you prefer (or make your own!)? meh. I may be the minority but I'm kind of tired of the whole zombie thing. Yeah the older movies are cool but its way overdone. I'm just the kind of person that really appreciate originality and get bored with ongoing themes. Robots might be cool though. Doomsday scenarios really bore me as well, I'm more into Science Fiction and Fantasy ideas that have nothing to do with planet Earth lol. I did however love Wall-E though because of the way Earth and mankind was portrayed way way in the future.

In the year 2525... if man is still alive... what sort of future do you imagine? (apologies to anyone who gets that song stuck in their head!) I really have no idea. I don't think we can even predict that far into the future honestly. I hope we've been able to advance farther into space at least by then.

Do you believe in magic (or magick, if you prefer)? What does it mean to you? I do believe in it, though I'm not sure I am capable of understanding it or practicing it. I have tried in the past and I just can't get it. Maybe I just haven't had it explained in a way I can understand it? I understand and believe in the Law of Attraction and focusing and visualizing things you want in your life, if that is considered magick then I guess I understand magic.

If you found the puzzle box from Hellraiser, what would you do with it? ( and would you be able to resist playing with it? ) oh god. good question. I think I would like... bury it like 70 feet underground or something. Or maybe throw it into an abandoned quarry.
