Idea for a perfume.. Unless it's already made
America: A delicious apple pie coated with cinnamon wafting over the green grass of a baseball field. A sharp baseball bat wood with a hint of baseball leather in the background.
It sounds awesome to me , but I bet my body chemistry would eat up the pie before it even had a change to fully bake.
Another idea(s) kept thinking of different kinds for this one and mixing them all seemed kinda blegh.
Elementary School: Crisp, white paper, pencil shavings and graphite powder. A slight hibiscus in the breeze and a warm, earthy scent.
Or instead of the flower and earthy stuff, do dry erase markers/chalk and crayon smells.
Or sharp pencil wood, dirty cement, and the smell of a playground long loved and played on.
Ahh, good days when I was small... It probably wouldn't be the best perfume, but it'd make me a bit wistful for the past. If it worked on me, I'd wear it a lot.
My boyfriend thought of this one and asked me to make the description sound prettier.
Avalanche: Cold, bitter-mint snow tumbling down a dirt cliff. A heavy feeling of dread and a tang of watery blood splattered on pine trees.
Or: A soft gentle snowfall freezing the bubbling rivers, covering the smell of the dirt mountain and its bloodstained rocks.
Hope I didn't make it too off of what he meant. Said nothing about pine trees, but I thought it'd be an interesting twist. Might not go too good with the mint though. Hmmm... Should take one of those out.
Update: He liked the second one better.
I was bragging about the new perfumes I got to my boyfriend and he asked if they had a banana nut one. He described what he thought and we both liked the description I came up with (he came up with the name)
Bodacious Banana Fairy: A clean, cozy kitchen baking a scrumptious treat. A tantalizing nutty smell dances with the sweet softness of banana bread combining into a scent with warmth and happiness.
It's fun to make these silly descriptions.
